On our first day there, we went grocery shopping. As soon as we got back to the house the refrigerator broke. We had about $160 worth of groceries that we lost. We immediately called the property manager 24 hour line. They had someone come out 3 hours after we called at 10:00 night. They brought dry ice for the food but at this point the food had gone bad. The next day we kept waiting for someone to call us about a replacement fridge. No one contacted us. We did go out that day and when we returned they had brought us a replacement refrigerator but they put it in the dining room, so there was no water line to makeIce or get water. The fridge was filthy, we had to go grocery shopping again and had to clean the fridge before putting our food in there. Also, when we returned to the house one of the maintenance men was urinating on the side of the house. I did call the managers office and let them know of this as well. We could not get anyone to call us back about compensating us for the lost food. They would text me and they said that the manager themselves would not be contacting us. We took this vacation to celebrate a very tough year. My wife won her battle against cancer, we were so excited. We still had a nice time and made the best of it but the customer service we received was horrible. RealJoy had reached out saying that they wanted to do something nice for my wife but once we had contacted them about the fridge no one did anything for her.DoNOTstayHERE
