End of Summer Vacay

We had a lovely vacation at Casa Indigo. The house looks just like the pictures. Everything was clean and the fenced-in yard was perfect for our fur babies. Would definitely stay here again when coming to Panama City Beach.

Loved it!

We loved this clean, spacious house! The location is perfect—just a short distance from the beach. The kitchen was well-stocked, and there were plenty of extra towels, washcloths, and linens. The backyard had great amenities for everyone to enjoy. When we needed a propane tank, Scenic Stays brought one quickly and communicated wonderfully. Overall, a fantastic stay in a beautiful, quiet spot!

Relaxing stay

Enjoyed our visit! Just a short walk to the beautiful beach. It was never crowded on the beach. Enjoyed the patio, ping pong table and games at the house. Had everything we needed. Can’t wait to come again.

Relaxing place close to the beach

We had the best time staying here. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out. We spent many days walking to the beach and quick 10 min trips to the pier and 30A. This is a perfect location to enjoy all this area has to offer.

Clean, cute, easy beach access

House was clean and close to beach access. Easy/ quick response to questions about the property. Enjoyed that it was at the end of a street so there was less traffic and felt more private.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Indigo. The house was very clean and comfortable. The floor plan of the house is well designed with a nice open concept kitchen-dining-living room. The third bedroom on the second floor is nice for teens or kids to have their own space. The beds were comfortable and the master bath was really great. I loved the separate sinks in the master bath. My fur babies loved the fenced-in back yard. The yard has nice grass with no sand burrs for the fur babies to pick up in their fur or paws. The only complaint I have is that the washing machine was loud and the dryer doesn't dry well due to the dryer vent needing to be cleaned out. Overall we really enjoyed our vacation and would stay at Casa Indigo again.

Convenient Beach Stay

The location of the house itself is only .37 miles from the beach, so the walk was only 8 minutes even with kids. The area location seemed a little concerning at first due to the realtor companies buying out plots as they went up for sale. Other "houses" in the area were not as well kept as the rental we stayed in. As for the house itself, it was cute and clean. Very simple and well kept. The yard is fenced in with a patio, 6 person dinning table, 6 person fire place, a ping pong table and small shed with beach items inside. It also has an outside shower, but I would only recommend using for rinsing off since the neighbors can see over the privacy fence. We did have an issue with the microwave not working, as well as the dryer too. We did an online form for maintenance and they sent someone out the next day. He was able to help some with the dryer, but the microwave was going to have to be replaced. Other than that it was a nice visit, and we will be most likely be rebooking with this company.

We stayed here for our vaca the week prior to the July 4 holiday. The house is beautiful and in a great location. We had a few minor issues. The mattress in the master is not great….its not comfortable. The kids loves their beds though. The upstairs half bath toilet wouldn’t flush so we refrained from using it. The washing machine was so loud it sounded like someone trying to come through the wall. One of the bulbs above the dining table was out and the vents on the microwave vent hood were loose. Even with all the small issues we had a great time. The house was SUPER clean and there is a smaller extra fridge we used to put extra drinks for the beach. The location was excellent…close to the beach but sort of secluded too being at the end of a dead end street (it was very quiet). We had a great trip!

Could use a good cleaning

It was dusty (vents/fans). Pull out couch had no sheets and mattress pad was covered in red and brown stains as well as the couch. All of the additional blankets were stained not washed. Front door was black. We took a magic eraser and cleaned most of this as well as dusted and cleaned the couch. Fridge was leaking as well as only one door shelf in the fridge and glass top of top pull out tray was missing. There was glass in the oven that had been broken. The kitchen otherwise was well stocked and sorted. The guest bath shower curtain had mildew but we washed this.

Great little beach house close to the beach

This is a great little beach house with a 6-10 minute walk to the beach. It is a great location and on a dead end road. It is spacious with all of the amenities. The amenities: The dishwasher leaked on the floor the first night we were there so we had to hand wash the dishes the rest of our week there. The refrigerator leaked from the freezer side onto the floor so we had to keep a towel in front of it the entire time. Also, there was only one shelf in the refrigerator door. We had to cram everything on the regular shelves. When the dryer is on, the master bedroom does not have electric, it trips the breaker. They cannot be on at the same time. The master bathroom sink across from the toilet drains extremely slow, so my husband and I did not use that sink. The second bedroom bathtub wouldn't drain during usage, they were standing in water, so my brother had to plunge it to get it to drain after each usage. Would I stay here again? Yes, if there is a guarantee that all appliances, plumbing and electrical systems work properly. Is there a guarantee?
