Very nice home as advertised. Clean and well maintained. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Perfect home for our family of 4. Quiet neighborhood with all beautiful white homes. Walking distance to the beach and shopping. Walked to the Donut Hole(must visit) in the mornings for coffee. We highly recommend the 30A Market for your meat, fish, and groceries which is just a stone throw away. Bikes were included. Easy access to 30A is provided by a tunnel under 98 near the Donut Hole for biking or walking to Rosemary and Alys Beach shopping and dining.

Great location, clean, good beach access close by. Did not have a full lengyh mirror in home, not on Master bed and bath which was a negative but other than that we enjoyed our stay

Well furnished, fresh home. Would have preferred master down; it was just the two of us and my husband prefers to avoid the stairs...that's on us, I should have asked before booking ~ all good, location etc... AND, this place had a bathroom @ the beach, our friends vacay home does not and you have to wade through water to get to the beach.

Gathered for a quick beach getaway. The house was large enough for all of to relax. Clean, modern and beautifully decorated. Bikes were a nice addition.

My family and I enjoyed our stay from the moment we checked in. Everything was clean and well kept! The property appears fairly new yet it has a warmth to it that made us comfortable traveling with an infant. It is right next to 30Avenue which included so much to do! It’s also moments away from Rosemary and Alys Beach. I cannot recommend this rental enough. It was a perfect stay.

-Ants on the counters consistently ( the minute we got there i noticed) -NO garage door opener... had to exit car EVER time you wanted to open or close - water filter was on red, no replacement (should always be one in owners locked closet) -if the house accommodates 6 guests, there should be enough bikes to accommodate half the guests.

This was a great location for us with many activities planned with other friends and family staying in the area. Easy access to Inlet beach which has a bathroom and free parking. We hosted a bonfire at inlet which was a hit. Other companies set up gatherings with assorted tents/ furniture / picnic items. Great place for romantic and family events. The rental had great space, reasonably stocked kitchen, large bathrooms. We didn’t use the firepit. Beach chairs and beach toys for kids were in the garage. No umbrella. Contrary to the listing, there are actually 5 beach towels at the property. Worked great for our needs.

My wife, son, and I loved the house, with a spacious first floor living area and kitchen and a second floor with a spacious master bedroom/bathroom and extra bedrooms. Would highly recommend this home for a stay in Inlet Beach!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here from start to finish. Check in was a breeze. The hosts could not have nicer. The house was beautifully decorated and most importantly it was super clean, cozy and so comfortable! The location was great. Walking distance to the beach as well as the shops and restaurants of Rosemary Beach. We will definitely stay here again!!
