Acogedor bungalow de playa 27 pasos de la playa!

El hogar está ubicado en la calle frontal del Golfo de México. La carretera de frente pequeña no es un acceso principal, por lo que no es una calle transitada para cruzar. Literalmente a 27 pasos de la entrada a la playa. Usted puede ver esto en las imágenes aéreas proporcionadas. La casa tiene un dormitorio principal de gran tamaño con una cama King y baño privado con ducha. El maestro también tiene acceso privado a través de las puertas francesas al patio exterior. Hay un dormitorio de matrimonio también con un baño privado con combinación de bañera / ducha. El otro dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales y un baño privado con plato de ducha. También hay una sala para tomar el sol en la parte delantera de la casa que también tiene un sofá cama doble y una acogedora sala de estar. El área de la puerta exterior tiene dos áreas de patio cubiertas con una mesa de picnic y sillas. La otra sala de estar es abierta y aireada con trenzas cubiertas de enredaderas. Usted tiene una lavadora y secadora de tamaño completo en su propia sala de lavandería afuera. Hay una parrilla de carbón de tamaño completo para su uso también. El patio trasero está completamente cerrado para que puedas dejar que tus animales o niños corran. Puede caber fácilmente tres vehículos en la calzada. También hay una ducha al aire libre con agua caliente!

Esta casa se encuentra en Thomas Drive, en el corazón de Panama City Beach, Fl. Tienes restaurantes, bares, discotecas, comida rápida, salones recreativos y pistas de carreras para los niños al otro lado de la calle. Desde la puerta de entrada hasta el acceso a la playa hay solo 27 pasos. El camino que debes cruzar es Surf Drive. es una carretera de 2 carriles y no una carretera principal. Cruzar con niños es muy sencillo.

Esta casa permite mascotas de hasta 40 lb. Si su bebé de piel pesa más de 40 lb, no dude en consultarnos, tenemos excepciones para algunos perros.

Muy buena locación cerca de la playa lo único malo es que tiene cámara en la entrada principal yo pienso que nos quito un poco de privacidad pero aun así todo bien

We had an amazing stay! The house was spotless, comfortable, and in a perfect location—just a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming, and it was wonderful to find a pet-friendly place so our pups could join us for daily beach walks. The private backyard was a great bonus for relaxing in the evenings. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and communication with the host was excellent throughout. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Best vacation everr

This house is our absolute favorite...it is so convenient to the beach access and plenty of room for the entire family. We love the outdoor area for grilling and hanging out in the evening. Will definitely be back for many more stays...

This is our forever Florida place to stay. Pictures don’t do this place justice. It is a shorty walk to the beach then when have stayed right on the beach. Perfect place to stay.

Perfect family vacation retreat!!!

Absolutely perfect home for family vacation… bigger in person than the pics show and very close to beach access. Quiet neighborhood and less crowded beach than other areas…definitely will stay here again in the future!

Great location

We booked last minute when other friends were staying in a condo. This house was very close to theirs as well as to the beach and very spacious. I would choose a house any day over a condo or hotel. Kitchen was well stocked. AC unit worked great and cooled appropriately( no sleeping hot). Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our family.

Awesome stay

The house has everything we needed for our weeklong vacation. It is located right by the beach, really just steps of the sand. The house itself is spacious and there are different areas to hang out, including a game/hangout room next to the living room... we spent most of the time in the outdoor areas which were great. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed. The house was super clean and well furnished. The rooms were spacious and welcoming. The backyard was a plus for our dog who was with us.

Can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely loved this home. It was cozy and was in the perfect location. The only thing I noticed was a lot of dog poop in the back yard, it was not our dogs as I noticed right when we arrived. I did pick some up so the kids could play and not step in it. There was also dog hair on the chairs in the side living room. Neither of these impacted our stay though! I just wanted to mention it so I did not get held accountable for that as I disposed of my dogs feces and did not allow her on any furniture. Other than those two things it was absolutely perfect! We had an amazing time and would absolutely come back again!

Great Stay!

Great access to the beach! Clean and comfortable. Lots of room with bathrooms for each of us. The fenced in yard was great for our dogs. Enjoyed sitting on the patio. We would definitely stay again.

Nice stay at Pelican's Nest

Overall, we had a nice stay. This place is in a great location with beach entrance just across the street and in a neighborhood with mostly homes; not right near the huge high rises. The beach was not as crowded. We enjoyed the 4 block walk to Alibi's Bar and Grill for music, food and trivia. The house is dated and could use a deep cleaning and updates, but we were plenty comfortable. Note there is no dishwasher, but that is not a problem for us. There was a plumbing leak when we first got there and management responded immediately. Steve from maintenance was extremely nice and the problem was fixed promptly. Lastly, it would have been much nicer had the weather been more cooperative...it was downright chilly this week with lows of about 40 and highs in the low 60's and our last day was mostly sunny and 72! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

October paradise!

We absolutely loved our week at Pelicans Nest! It was perfect in every way for our family and pets. The house was very clean and met all our expectations. The outdoor areas were great to relax after a day in the sun. It was located close to everything we needed and the neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, The walkway to the ocean was just across the street which was definitely a plus! Would LOVE to stay there again!!

Lots of room and a bathroom for each room!! A wonderful backyard. Super convenient to restaurants. The beach is very close to the house. Wonderful patio- the space available in this house is incredible with tons of sitting options. We enjoyed our stay at the house and recommend it as a place to stay. Cons- It was disappointing that we were not able to get in until after 5pm on check in day. Also, there were no pantry supplies (salt, pepper, coffee filters, coffee, dish liquid, etc.). This was a huge disappointment for us as we stay in many places that always have items to get you started or to make a quick meal (olive oil, Pam, etc,). As travelers this was very inconvenient.

Great little house

Great location. Close to everything we wanted to do, plus just across the street from public beach access. Cute little house perfect for my family. It would be nice to have a dishwasher and for the laundry room to be connected to the house, but overall these things were not a big inconvenience. Property management took care of all our requests promptly.

the house was very clean. However, i would suggest that you leave more toilet paper and towels and washcloths. there was less than 2 rolls of TP in each bathroom and only 2 washcloths and 2 towels. we had to wash every day and had to go to the store to get TP and garbage bags and coffee filters. i would have thought that if you paid nearly 5,000 to stay somewhere for 5 nights that these necessities would have been included.

Very Very clean and well accommodating space. Parking is snug if you have more than one car. Property is very spacious and spread out for good noise separation and privacy. Games and sitting areas for relaxing and such. Master could hold a small village if needed. Location is about perfect for any vacay type.

Super close to Beach!!!!

Cute little bungalow style property! Close proximity to the beach and good overall location in PCB. It needs some updates and it will be top notch. Kitchen doesn't have a dishwasher. Really nice outdoor space. Overall great week!
