This was a great place for my family to stay with our two dogs. They are large German shorthaired pointers and we’re allowed to stay at this house. There is a giant backyard for them to play in a beautiful swimming pool. The only thing negative I can say about this property is that the living room is rather small. The check-in and checkout process were very easy, and the benchmark partners were very communicative before and after my stay.

Best Location

The house was amazing the beds were like sleeping on a cloud and we never ran out of towels. You can see the ocean from the back porch. The kids loved the pool. We will absolutely stay here again...

Amazing place!

Safe and secure, lovely outdoor, beach access, 5 minute walk to grocery store, and so much more! Yard is wonderfully safe for dogs to run, completely gated! Definitely recommend

The screened in porch was a great spot to get out of the sun for a bit and I even set up my laptop to get some work done out there. The house had everything we needed for a great week! Can't wait to stay there again!

Leo's Hideaway

Leo's Hideaway has everything that we wanted in a beach house! It was close to the beach and the Carousel Grocery Store. It was very comfortable and had a well equipped kitchen. The beds were great. The beach house was very quiet and had a great screened in porch to listen to the ocean and watch the beautiful sunsets. Our furbabies loved the fenced in yard. We would definitely rent Leo's Hideaway again. Thank you for making our stay wonderful!

Great property!

The rental far surpassed my expectations. Every aspect was perfect. Seamless checkin and communication. The house was perfect for our needs and preferences. A short walk or ride to the beach which was never busy. A quiet neighborhood but not too far from our favorite things to do. Zero complaints! Hope to return ASAP.

Great house FANTASTIC location!!!

This house is close to everything and yet you have tons of privacy. It is within walking distance to both the Carousel Market and Thomas’ Donuts. The beach is just across Front Beach Rd, and BONUS...you can see the ocean from the back deck! The view of the sunsets is exquisite! There are two wagons, lots of floats, and even a cooler on wheels! No need to pack these items 😃 The house was clean and spacious. Our grandson LOVED the bunk room! We will definitely be back!!! Thank you for a great vacation!

Very convenient to grocery and the beach being walking distance!!My only recommendation is seating around fire pit needs replaced as many chairs were broken. And maybe not every chair out there be an Adirondack type, not comfy for fire pit!The pool was amazing!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, newer pool, dog friendly and the right amount of space for us. Stayed for 3 weeks this spring as we did last year. Had a couple mechanical issues, no fault to management but they were quickly resolved. Cleaning could have been slightly better but we always do a once over when we arrive. Enjoy Leo’s and plan to stay again next year.

Staying in this immediate area over 15 years. Renting same 2 houses year after year just blocks away, but this year chose to stay at Leo's Hideaway, first time. The house was very nice for 6 adults, 2 dogs and 2 grandchildren. We loved the pool and fenced back yard!! Will be staying here again and again! Enjoyed this house !! To Owners, thanks for sharing!

Family Summer stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place is in a perfect location and the we found it to be very clean. The beds were all comfortable. Just know the bathrooms are small. One is so small you can barely move in it. We had issues with having hot water and thought it was resolved but it would still come and go. Which is annoying. Two chairs by the fire pit were broken and one by the pool was too. There were plenty of chairs to use to take to the beach, but there were a lot of junky chairs and rusty wagons that just need to be removed from the back yard. The pool was the perfect size and just lovely. Overall we had a great trip minus the hot water issue which was attempted to be fixed.

Great Family Getaway at Leo’s Hideaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was as described in the description. Easy lock to enter the house. The house was very clean. I had expected it to possibly have a pet odor since it is a pet friendly place. There was no pet odor at all and the place was spotless. The location was a big plus. The Carousel grocery store is behind the property. You can see the beach and beautiful green space behind this property’s fenced in yard. Thomas Donuts is in walking distance which we enjoyed on a couple of occasions. The pool was perfect for the whole family especially for the grandkids. We all enjoyed the open space of the backyard where kids had fun running around and playing. We felt like we had our own private space. The gas grill was a wonderful convenience the first night we arrived for grilling hamburgers and hotdogs. We will consider staying at this place again for another family beach vacation.

Hidden Gem in Laguna Beach

This house is amazing!! We loved our stay at Leo's Hideaway. The pool is awesome, with very nice chairs and pool toys, and the yard is huge with a great fire pit and chairs. The beach is so close to the house, and the road you cross to get to the beach was easy to cross. The beach was absolutely beautiful, with clear water and white sand, and we didn't find it to be too busy as it is located a good distance away from all the big hotels. The location is great, being steps to the beach, donut shop, and small grocery store and liquor store which both had surprisingly good prices. We loved so many things about this house, other than the fantastic location. The grill was very large and had 2 propane tanks. The screened in porch was such a nice area to sit and have dinner. The beds were super comfy, and the bunkbeds were great for the kids. The house was equipped with SO MANY towels, and had a good variety of kitchen items. The beach cart, beach umbrellas, and beach chairs were great quality and in excellent condition. We did have an issue with the dryer, but the property management team responded to us right away, and sent someone out to fix it within a couple of hours. We loved our stay at Leo's Hideaway, and would definitely return in the future. What a fantastic property!
