Dolphin Waves @ Panama City Beach - 50 yardas a la playa de arena blanca

Beachside Townhouse PCB es una casa adosada frente al golfo (frente a la playa) ubicada en Beachside Townhomes en la playa más hermosa del mundo con una increíble playa de arena blanca azulada, deslumbrante agua turquesa y espectaculares puestas de sol. Excelente ubicación en la autopista 79 y Front Beach Road. Menos de una milla de Pier Park. Pier Park tiene más de 120 tiendas y restaurantes para sus compras, entretenimiento y restaurantes. (Teatro IMAX, Dave & Busters, Tootsies, 5 Guy Burgers, Margaritaville, Texas Road House solo por nombrar algunos). Winn Dixie, tienda de licores, CVS Pharmacy está al otro lado de la calle. Mercado de pescado fresco, McDonalds, Pizza Hut y muchos otros a poca distancia a pie.

Estamos a menos de 20 minutos (15 millas) del Aeropuerto Internacional Northwest Florida (ECP). Puede ver el muelle en Pier Park desde la cubierta de la parte posterior de la unidad, excelentes vistas, pesca, así como exhibiciones de fuegos artificiales varias veces al año. Algunos de los entretenimientos incluyen Frank Brown Park, Aaron Basset Park, el parque acuático Shipwreck Island, Gulf World Marine Park, Ripley's Believe it o no, Wonderworks Museum, carreras de perros, parasailing, paseos en bote y pesca. "Dolphin Waves" tiene 1800 pies cuadrados de vida espaciosa con impresionantes vistas del Golfo de México.

La unidad duerme 10 en tres habitaciones, dos habitaciones tienen 1 cama king size y 1 cama individual; el tercer dormitorio tiene 2 literas (4 camas individuales);
- La sala de estar tiene un sofá cama doble que puede alojar a 2 personas adicionales. Totalmente la unidad tiene capacidad para 12 personas.

La cocina está totalmente equipada, la unidad tiene lavadora y secadora grandes.
- La unidad tiene cuatro (4) televisores de pantalla plana, uno en cada habitación y uno en la sala de estar, todos están conectados a un cable y la unidad proporciona conexión a internet y WiFi.

De marzo a agosto - estancia mínima de 7 días; La estancia debe comenzar el sábado.

the property was literally steps to the beach. It was in a great neighborhood but the roads were pretty busy so look out for that. The house was clean and much bigger in person! Overall excellent stay!

Great location, great rental!

This spacious unit is in the perfect location for PCB…very close to restaurants/groceries, but the beachfront feels more secluded. All of the bedrooms were very comfortable and we loved the covered deck area looking out on the ocean. Great communication with the owner, and they were very accommodating.

Outstanding Location

This property is right on the beach which makes it perfect for a lazy beach vacation. 3 bedrooms each with their own bath accommodated 3 couples perfectly. Washer and Dryer are available and the kitchen is well equipped. A supermarket is only steps away. Parking is an issue as there are only 2 spots and they are small at that. So don't bring a trailer, don't bring 3 cars. We were able to park 4 motorcycles in one spot, if barely, and a car in the other. The deck has seating for 4 adults and a canopy provides some sun protection. The beach, oh the beach, no matter what , this has to be one of the most pristine beaches with the whitest sand we ever experienced. This house is good for 6 but the deck gets crowded with 6.The appearance is a little run down, nothing major, mainly cosmetic but everything is in working order. We loved our stay there.

Relaxing Getaway

The house was amazing with easy beach access. Any need accommodations were nearby. Owner was easy to reach for any issues and addressed them promptly and professionally. Only issue we ran in to was the beach was not pet friendly even though the property was. This is on the city not the owner but it could have been communicated through the listing better. There was a pet friendly beach near by. Would definately stay again if going back to Panama City.

Wonderful Trip

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the ocean view!!! I love this property and the owners! If I could give 10 stars for communication with the property owner I would. We will definitely rent from them again. The kitchen had everything we needed. The updates are beautiful!! All the bedrooms and baths are updated the mattress are great. They put pride into the property and it shows!!! Location is great we walked to Pier Park and loved the dogs on the beach. We will be back!!!

Would book this unit again!

The unit was fantastic. The beds were super comfortable. We asked a few questions to the owner when we got to the unit and they were very responsive. There are a bunch of restaurants close by - great location. This was a mini get-a-way but plan to come back because there is definitely more for us to explore! Good to Knows - Beach towels are not provided - Beach chairs are not provided - If units are rented on either side, there is no privacy when sitting on deck - recommendation to put up curtains

PCB vacation

This was our first year to PCB and it was nice besides all the construction but we know it will soon be awesome! We travel as a large group of family and friends for almost 10 years now. We love being able to have our group in the same townhome unit for the week. Townhome rentals are important to us so we can all stay together yet have our own home with our family for the week. We enjoyed it again this year! Thank you for providing a wonderful unit.

Just What We Needed

Having rented from this owner before, we knew what we were getting into. Once again, the condo was perfect for our group of 8. We love the access to the beach and convenience of the surrounding area. Everything is so clean and in proper working order. With several different types of restaurants only steps away, there's something for everybody. If you're in the mood to stay in and cook, you'll have everything you need for that as well. Looking forward to renting again in the future.
