  • Beachside Townhouse PCB is a gulf front (beachfront) vacation townhouse located in Beachside Townhomes on the world's most beautiful beach with amazing sugar white sandy beach, dazzling turquoise water and spectacular sunsets. Great location at Highway 79 and Front Beach Road. Less than a mile to Pier Park. Pier Park has over 120 stores and restaurants for your shopping, entertainment, and dining. (IMAX theater, Dave & Busters, Tootsies, 5 Guy Burgers, Margaritaville, Texas Road House just to name a few.) Winn Dixie grocery store, liquor store, CVS Pharmacy is across the street. Fresh fish market, McDonalds, Pizza Hut and several others in short walking distance.

    We are less than 20 minutes (15 miles) from Northwest Florida International Airport (ECP). You can see the pier at Pier Park from the deck off the back of the unit, great views, fishing, as well as fireworks displays several times a year. Some of the area entertainment includes Frank Brown Park, Aaron Basset Park, Shipwreck Island water park, Gulf World Marine Park, Ripley's Believe it or not, Wonderworks Museum, dog races, parasailing, boating, and fishing. "Dolphin Waves" has 1800 square feet of spacious living with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico.

    The kitchen is fully equipped, the unit has full size washer and dryer.
    - Unit has four (4) flatscreen televisions one in each bedroom and one in the living room all are connected to cable and unit does provide internet and WiFi.

Great location, great rental!

This spacious unit is in the perfect location for PCB…very close to restaurants/groceries, but the beachfront feels more secluded. All of the bedrooms were very comfortable and we loved the covered deck area looking out on the ocean. Great communication with the owner, and they were very accommodating.

Excellent Stay

the property was literally steps to the beach. It was in a great neighborhood but the roads were pretty busy so look out for that. The house was clean and much bigger in person! Overall excellent stay!

House was pretty good. The only thing we had issue with is that the bathtub on the top floor doesn’t have a thing to switch it to the shower head instead of the bathtub.

Great get away

Beautiful house!! Very clean and updated appliances in the kitchen. Great communication from the owner. Very private and close to the beach. We literally walkout and the beach was right there. I'll definitely book here again

This as our first stay at this home. We loved the direct beach access! Overall the home is user friendly especially with a toddler particularly the kitchen, bathtub and the space in the bedrooms and living room. All of the beds and rooms were comfortable which is a rare find. The outdoor deck has been redone and is so nice, the pictures with the listing don’t show the new deck but should. One area for improvement would be to add a curtain on the left side of the deck. We had decent neighbors but whoever is next to you is basically shoulder to shoulder with you when outdoors. It was tough because our neighbors were nice but not as peaceful as we were. Access to food and shopping were all excellent. Parking is great with two full spaces. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!

It overall was a nice stay but there was things that was not told on vrbo site and I had a handicap person with me that almost fell through soft spot in floor. Will not book here again.

PCB vacation

This was our first year to PCB and it was nice besides all the construction but we know it will soon be awesome! We travel as a large group of family and friends for almost 10 years now. We love being able to have our group in the same townhome unit for the week. Townhome rentals are important to us so we can all stay together yet have our own home with our family for the week. We enjoyed it again this year! Thank you for providing a wonderful unit.

Relaxing Getaway

The house was amazing with easy beach access. Any need accommodations were nearby. Owner was easy to reach for any issues and addressed them promptly and professionally. Only issue we ran in to was the beach was not pet friendly even though the property was. This is on the city not the owner but it could have been communicated through the listing better. There was a pet friendly beach near by. Would definately stay again if going back to Panama City.

Would book this unit again!

The unit was fantastic. The beds were super comfortable. We asked a few questions to the owner when we got to the unit and they were very responsive. There are a bunch of restaurants close by - great location. This was a mini get-a-way but plan to come back because there is definitely more for us to explore! Good to Knows - Beach towels are not provided - Beach chairs are not provided - If units are rented on either side, there is no privacy when sitting on deck - recommendation to put up curtains

Wonderful Trip

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the ocean view!!! I love this property and the owners! If I could give 10 stars for communication with the property owner I would. We will definitely rent from them again. The kitchen had everything we needed. The updates are beautiful!! All the bedrooms and baths are updated the mattress are great. They put pride into the property and it shows!!! Location is great we walked to Pier Park and loved the dogs on the beach. We will be back!!!
