Wrong door code provided. Check in 4-6 but arrived at 5:30 and couldn’t do registration for parking pass and wristbands until next day. The property is dated and parking is tight. Several cars were hit during our stay. One of the elevators went down but it was repaired by the next day. The unit’s high touch surfaces were clean but the rugs were dirty and there was a lot of black mold in the shower door slide and on the arm of the door where we tried to hang wash cloths. Sides of vanities and things were really dusty. Beds were not very comfortable. It was a beautiful beach view. Loved the beach set up was included. The couch looked new. Overall, it wasn’t anything over the top but it was fine for the week.

Not great! Elevators are terrible!! The lock on door barely works!! The bedroom window on the walkway doesn’t lock! The room was not very clean! The people at front desk were rude!! Will NOT be back at this location!!

Dated and subpar cleaning

Was on the quite end of PCB near the park and our favorite restaurants. Received a ticket with in 10 minutes of being on property. Building was old but condo was updated - sort of. Washer/dryer did not work. Probably ruined clothes that were in it. Property management never followed up after multiple points of contact. Kids not allowed to play or play with toys at/near pool. Beach service was nice. Balcony tiny. Way over priced for what you get. I have been vacationing in PCB for years. I wanted to try something different this year. This was by far the oldest condo we have ever stayed. The room itself was ok but the building is ancient the 2nd bathroom shower didn't work and toilet barely flushed so all 4 ppl had to use master. Apparently they don't use mirrors as neither of the 2 displayed lower than chest. Kitchen was gross. Every dish was covered in food. I had to clean before we could use. No dustpan vacuum or mop. The spa is a joke. Not big enough for more than a few, warm at best, always full of unattained kids and closed for majority of the week we stayed. Would never return here nor would I book through this company again.

This was a beautiful condo on the 5th floor. We were impressed with how roomy it was and how very clean it was when we first arrived. We stayed here for two weeks and really enjoyed everything Regency Towers and our unit offered. It was wonderful having four chairs and two umbrellas out on the beach, that the property management offered us for free. The people that set up the chairs and umbrellas every day were fantastic to work with and gave us a good spot every day and made sure it was ready for us when we came out on the beach.The king size bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and the walk-in shower was super nice!The only things that we would suggest to the property management company is to invest in a couple full length mirrors in the unit. The only mirrors in the unit are the two in each bathroom. We ended up going to Walmart and spending 20 on a cheap full-length mirror since we had a couple evenings we dressed up for some important parties we attended.Also, a normal toaster to toast pop tarts and toast would have been nice instead of the toaster oven that is in the unit.And one other thing that I saw in other people's reviews was the washer/dryer combo. I absolutely would never purchase a washer/dryer combo for people that are staying in a condo and are expecting to wash beach towels, swimsuits and clothing daily. You aren't able to wash one load and have one in the dryer so it limits you to one load at a time.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed the property and beautiful beaches, swimming pools and location. The unit was very nicely updated and decorated with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The only negative was closure of the tiki bar and other areas of the property under construction through April 29, 2025.

Everything was great! Not a huge fan of the washer/dryer combo but we made it work. Having 2 sets of chairs and shade was awesome and hard to come by. We will definitely be back!!

The trip was wonderful! The space was large enough for our family. The bathrooms and bedrooms were perfect for our family. The price was great and the room came with two sets of chairs and umbrella service which was absolutely incredible. Thanks for a wonderful week! Hopefully we will see this adorable place again soon!

Needs update, repair and deep cleaning

Check in process was easy. We arrived w family and a load of groceries. Fridge was not clean and had dried sticky spills... ice maker didn’t work, but thankfully there was a countertop version. The fridge temp regulated wildly so we either had warm drinks or frozen food. Unpacking clothes saw that dresser drawers were flimsy/missing tracks so drawers just fell back and forth when opened/closed. Floors were dirty and vacuum was old and spewed a cloud of filth when used hardly picking up anything. The living room furniture was covered in stains and had flimsy coverings that didn’t stay in place. Kitchen sink backed up the second night there. Made a maintenance call, then another one the next day and finally had it repaired. Two double beds had very worn/sagging mattresses. Master bedroom bed was comfy enough, but poorly sealing window whistled like a tea kettle all night, so we both had to wear earplugs to get rest- and the screen was badly worn..visible mold in both bathrooms and window tracts. The complex amenities were nice- we enjoyed billiards on rainy days, the fitness room, food area, and the beach chairs/umbrellas were a nice perk. The little bait/booze place across the street blasted the national anthem randomly, but was a convenient place to grab bait and the Dollar General was handy for picking up supplies here and there. Our family has visited the lagoon are of PCB several times but this unit was by far the worst rental yet.

Bed was ok, hot water plentiful, nice kitchen pots and pans, cooking was good, flooring was updated, furniture was not comfortable but most are not in these places, all in one laundry takes hours to do a load, not my favorite, walk in shower was great, nice high toilets. Overall stay, was good, location is in quieter area, guarded parking area, beautiful view, ocean front, pools were nice, plenty of seating in the sun.

Perfect location, on the more quiet end of PCB but that was perfect for our family 8! The kids loved the options between 2 pools, Kona ice, the beach right there and game options! Elevators were a little slow but that’s bc one was down, other than that everything was perfect!

Cute Condo w/ Potential.

My fiancé and I enjoyed our stay overall. The location was great and view was absolutely beautiful. This condo has been recently renovated and had a modern beach theme. I highly recommend that the owner of this condo hire a new cleaning crew. The guest bathroom had brown/orange stains on walls and it leaked down to sink. The doorways were really dusty and the vents did not seemed to be cleaned regularly. There were broken appliances and furniture that need to be replaced. The beds were probably the worst thing about this condo. They were super springy and worn down. We had to stack multiple comforters in order to give them more cushion.

Escaping the snow and ice

Older building, very nice remodel of the unit we stayed in. Beautiful view. Property was clean, furniture was nice and had lots of kitchen appliances, tools and dishware. 3 nice TV's, all had many channels, including premium channels. Pretty quiet, mostly mature adults. Nice heated pool, workout room, spa, and a fantastic, sugar sand beach

Nasty ...not saying there again

Everything that ppl have said about the black mold is true...the floors needed to be clean...there was a blood stan on the couch...both bathrooms had damage done to them...the ice machine didn't even work..the list goes on...for the amount of money and the time I spend driving there for vacation wasn't worth it ...and the bug spray was unreal...we had to check our things to make sure we didn't have roaches.....
