Dream House!

It was like staying in our dream house! Excellent location, gorgeous decor, and so much space for large groups! Comfy beds and couches and close to the beach and town for activities. Great communication from the rental team. They even dropped off our bags from the rental office so we didn’t have to do pick up. Will be recommending or trying to return myself!

Overall good experience. Has a leaking roof in the kitchen, wouldn't expect any issues like this based on value and rental cost. Management was aware of issue, but it wasn't mentioned prior to arrival. House was very clean throughout, good maintenance team for the inside of the home.

Everyone had their own space. We had everything we could have needed available in the kitchen. The company was amazing at communication and anytime we needed something they responded right away. The beach access is very easy to get to which was a bonus! You are a very quick walk to shops snc restaurants - can’t beat this location. No complaints!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We immensely enjoyed the layout of the house. It was very comfy for our family. The pool is perfect size for littles. Suggestions include exterior chime control (a must) - appreciate the safety but having ability to punch exterior button would be extremely helpful (especially at nap time for littles)Spray patio for ants - hard to sit on side of pool without getting ant bitesAccess to broom and/or swiffer would be helpful for daily cleanup. Not good customer service to expect guest to purchase broom, mop, swiffer (bit of overkill there)Replacement of bulbs and exterior garden hose - maintenance should be all over those items Ceiling repairs should be addressed - unsightly areas make house seem old and uncared for Adding additional turf under palm trees for seating behind pool area would be a plus

Summer Getaway

This house was wonderful. We have been staying in the Rosemary area for more than 7 years. The house was very nice with everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beach and very quick bike ride to Main Street Rosemary. Being on 30A I thought it might be noisy but we never heard any street noise and the beds were very comfortable. The management company was very responsive and even brought us bags of ice two days while they repaired the ice maker in the freezer. We would definitely rent this home again for our beach vacation.

Girls Trip

Amazing for our trip with 12 girls! The management company was impressively quick to answer any questions. We called about heating the pool, and there were men there in less than 20 minutes to fix it. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back!

great family place in a nice area

We especially liked the location. One negative was having to rent chairs at the beach. You would think paying. over $11,000 for one week that the owners would include chairs!! Overall if money is not a concern you will enjoy this space.

Lovely home for entertaining

Visited RB with 8 women for a long weekend. The house was amazing, beds and linens delightful to sleep in. Communication with rental agency was prompt and responsive and they addressed any concerns or needs that arose quickly, professionally & to our satisfaction.
