Disfruta de las hermosas playas de arena blanca de la Costa Esmeralda. El agua es verde esmeralda y cristalina. Disfrute de un largo paseo por la playa después de la cena. Una piscina está justo cruzando la calle desde nuestro porche delantero para que toda la familia disfrute. La piscina frente a la playa y una de nuestras muchas casas club se encuentran a pocos pasos a través de la comunidad cerrada de Gulf Highlands. Compras para aquellos que aman encontrar esos regalos únicos ubicados en Pier Park, a solo 5 millas al oeste de Gulf Highlands. Las atracciones locales están a menos de 5 millas en cualquier dirección. Hay 11 piscinas, 3 piscinas climatizadas, 6 canchas de tenis y un gimnasio. El minigolf de 18 hoyos y el juego de tejo están justo afuera de nuestra puerta trasera. Todas estas comodidades son para que disfrutes sin costo adicional para ti. Gulf Highlands se encuentra cerca del "Parque acuático Shipwreck Island" para pasar un divertido día de diversión. Menos de 1 milla de Walmart. Older but clean

Older unit but everything was clean. The property had tons of pools and a putt putt. Safe neighborhood and easy to get to things to do.

Home Base

This condo truly felt like home away from home. All nessesary accommodations were present and the property was clean. It was a little farther to walk to the beach than I had anticipated, so we drove a block over to beach access 40, and parked in the 12 a day lot so we didn't have to carry coolers and canopy so far. Walk would not have been bad without the large items. We thoroughly enjoyed retreating back to the nice cool house after a long day at the beach. Neighborhood felt very safe and well maintained. Greg was very prompt to respond to any questions we had during our stay.

Loved it!

Such a nice place! We will be staying here if it’s available for all our Panama City Beach trips! Kids loved it! We didn’t want to leave! Clean and great location. Kids loved having the pool right across from the condo. Short walk to the beach too!

Great! first trip as a family

The pool being right outside the front door was a plus with having 2 kiddos. The walk to the beach was not “horrible” for the kids😅 but once at the beach everyone had fun. The location of the property was nice, easy entering and exiting. Wish the heated pools were heated during our stay but unfortunately they were not. Overall great place to stay!

We definitely enjoyed our stay. I will say that the mattress in the master could def use an upgrade. I felt like I was falling in a hole all night long. The appliances are definitely dated. The microwave was a struggle but we managed lol

Beach Resort

We enjoyed our stay at the Gulf Highlands Beach Resort Condo. We stayed in an older condo with limited updates but our price was reasonable for our accommodations and once we did our own cleaning, we were very comfortable. Our host was very accommodating and prompt with responding. Entry and exit into the gated resort was super easy and our host gave us everything we needed to keep it simple. The condo itself could use a few updates, but again, the price reflected that. Cupboards were a little overstuffed, but again the host is taking care of that! The couches were brand new and very comfortable. We had a heated pool right outside the condo, which was amazing. The Beach was gorgeous, also. The location is unbeatable.

Affordable, nice and quaint, a short walk to the beach.

The property is nice, the people are friendly. There are plenty of swimming pools, gym and a short walk to the beach. It is close to everything. The pullout bed could be more comfortable. Other than that, there were a few things that could be updated but for the price in comparison to other places in that area, it was a good deal.

The owner communicated very well, and responded quickly! The walk to the beach was only 5 minutes or so. They had a closet full of beach items and the beds were so comfortable! I would definitely rent this place again!
