    SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING: Beach towels, beach chairs, tanning lotion, camera, radio/ipod, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, bath soap, bicycles, rafts, coffee filters, antiseptic, flashlights, umbrellas, and fishing gear.

    By submitting payment for this reservation, the Guest acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of the 30A Rental Properties Rental Agreement, thereby creating a legally binding contract between the Guest and 30A Rental Properties, LLC. The Primary Guest accepts full responsibility for ensuring that all occupants and visitors comply with the terms of this Agreement. The Guest further agrees to be financially responsible for any and all damage, loss, excessive cleaning, fines, or violations of property rules, HOA regulations, or applicable laws caused by the Guest, members of their party, or visitors during the reservation period. Guests are encouraged to contact 30A Rental Properties immediately with any questions, concerns, or issues before or during their stay so that reasonable efforts may be made to address them.

    Rental Agreement Acknowledgment, Electronic Consent, and Execution Requirement: The full 30A Rental Properties Rental Agreement, including all Rental Terms and Conditions, is made available to Guests prior to booking through the VRBO platform, including in the House Rules and Rental Agreement sections. Guests are provided a reasonable opportunity to review the complete Rental Agreement before submitting payment, including through the hyperlink labeled “Review Rental Agreement.”

    By submitting payment and completing the reservation, the Guest expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

    The Guest has read, understands, and agrees to be bound by all terms and conditions of the 30A Rental Properties Rental Agreement.
    The Guest has been provided a reasonable opportunity to review the Rental Agreement prior to booking.
    The Guest's submission of payment constitutes electronic acceptance of the Rental Agreement and creates a legally binding contract between the Guest and 30A Rental Properties, LLC.

    As an additional condition of the reservation, the Guest must execute and return a written or electronically signed copy of the Rental Agreement within seventy-two (72) hours of booking.

    Failure to timely execute and return the Rental Agreement may result, in the sole discretion of 30A Rental Properties, LLC, in any of the following, subject to applicable law and VRBO policies: Cancellation of the reservation, Forfeiture of payments, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and platform rules, Refusal or denial of check-in and occupancy.

    The Guest further agrees that failure to sign and return the Rental Agreement after booking does not invalidate, revoke, or negate the enforceability of the terms already accepted electronically at the time of booking.

We enjoyed our stay at Dolphin Watch #1 very much. The location and proximity to the beach was excellent and we loved walking in and out of the unit each day to enjoy beautiful Seacrest Beach.

Great unit with excellent beach access

Unit is very nicely done and exceptionally clean. We had 8 adults and 2 children under 16 months. Plenty of space, seating, and amenities. Plenty of bath towels. Beach access was phenomenal and was perfect with 2 little ones and needing to go back and forth regularly. Although it's a public access to the beach, it was not crowded. We've stayed in this area multiple times and continue to love it. This was the first time at Dolphin Watch 1, and we would stay again. Check in and check out was very easy.

Convenient location with an uncrowded beach!

My husband, parents, 4 kids (ages 3-9) and myself all stayed here and loved it! Such a convenient location. Walk out the back door to the walkway to the beach. I loved that all 3 bedrooms had their own bathroom access. We never felt crowded in the space, and that can be a challenge with 4 kids! The beach is not overcrowded & I love that! We couldn’t find umbrella/chair service at the beach (I believe because it’s considered a private beach), but at least 4 chairs and 1 umbrella were provided at the house, and we’re not difficult to carry up and down. There was not a ton of outside storage space for sandy things, but that is about the only critique I could give. In my opinion the perfect place for a 1-3 family getaway!
