Great place!

Everything was as described- great location within walking distance to the beach, clean, and very cute. We really enjoyed the heated pool and the palm trees out back.

Great place for the family to stay. Quiet neighborhood, just few minutes walk to nice white sand beach. House is nicely decorated and will make you feel comfortable and cozy. Great pool at the backyard that we used every day. Short drive to PCB and the attractions. Highly recommended.

A month wasn't long enough!

What a great stay we had at Pineapple Paradise! Two adults working remotely (great WiFi connection) and able to enjoy the pool between meetings and the beach for sunset every night. The host was very responsive — highly recommend!

Awesome place and great location

This was our 4th trip back. Perfect place and great location. It’s quiet no matter what time of day. Very clean and comfy. Kathryn is the best ! Would highly recommend this place to any family of 4-6 people.

Nice house, good location !!

Kathryn was very responsive. We were the first renters of the house so found few things along the way that should help future renters. Pool was cold but is expected at this time of the year. Beach was still very nice and not crowded. Overall we had fun !!!

Best Beach in the World

We love the Sunny Side Beach and this house is in perfect location. No crowds and everything else at your fingertips, awesome pool, privacy, super clean house, awesome neighborhood and has everything you need. What else could you ask for. This is our 3rd time returning to this house and the host is amazing. Very communicative and goes above and beyond to help with anything you might need. Finally, if we could have spent a month or longer we would , 9 nights wasn’t enough but it’s very enjoyable no matter how long you stay.

Pretty Pineapple Paradise

I want to start by saying Kathryn is the best property manager I’ve ever dealt with! The house was so clean, plenty of space to spread out. The garage was a great additional space to park and use as an access point instead of going through the doors. The pool was warm clean! Also, there is no worry about wondering where everything is, it is ALL labeled which was also amazing. I cannot recommend this house and Kathryn enough! All the girls had a great time and want to plan a reunion to come back again!

Pineapple Paradise

We had a wonderful relaxing time. The kids had a great time playing in the pool. My husband is in a wheelchair and an amputee, so he had trouble getting in and out of the bathroom and couldn’t get to the shower at all. Thank goodness we brought wipes just in case of this. He did love sitting on the patio in the sun. He did have to have help getting in and out the patio door. We will definitely stay again without my husband. House was very clean and decorated very nice with a beachy theme and pineapples. The kitchen was very well stocked and our daughter did the cooking. It was definitely fun being away from home. The homeowner was really nice and answered any questions we had and we loved our gifts. Very nice and unexpected. Sandra N

Paradise at Pineapple Paradise

Wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Very clean and comfortable and within walking distance to the beach. Loved having a pool to play in. Kathryn was wonderful to deal with. Would definitely rent this house again.

Pineapple Paradise

The property was exactly as expected very clean very convenient loved having a pool right there. Convenient and easy access to the beach. Nice quiet family oriented neighborhood. It was our home away from home for a week. We had two babies under the age of two with us and couldn’t get make it to the beach every day so it was wonderful to have a pool on property for an alternative and the babies loved the pool. This is the reason I chose this property because I knew traveling with two young children would have its obstacles! Pineapple Paradise was perfect for us.

Perfect!

We had a wonderful stay, everything was great and just as described. The heated pool was amazing and perfect for the cooler days/nights in early April. Easy walk to the beach and loved having the beach wagon to cart all of our things to the beautiful beach!

Loved pineapple house!

This house went above and beyond our expectations :) Close to the beach ⛱️ and private heated pool was a hit for family fun all day and evening long. Will definitely be back😘

Peaceful relaxing vacation

The house was so clean! The beds were comfortable and cozy! My favorite part was how organized the kitchen is! The kitchen is so fully stocked, we made Thanksgiving dinner and had everything that we needed, pots, pans, bowls, etc.. Kathyrn was so quick to answer any questions that I had. Would enjoy renting again!! Thank you!

Beach escape

Property was as described and our children loved the pool and the short walk to the beach everyday. While it is a public beach it was not crowded and sea shells and dolphins and other wildlife were plentiful at the beach. Property manager was very responsive throughout our stay and no real issues arose. Hospitable is a great to describe the host

Responsive Host

We went in the Fall. Kathryn had the pool nicely heated for us. She also had a cute welcome gift for the kids. The house already had beach towels, chairs, wagon, etc. Good house for a quick family get away.

Great for small family trips or girls getaway.

It was very clean and just the right size for us (we had 6 people). House was very clean. Pool was refreshing as well. It's about a 7 min walk to beach but we drove (hubby and I both have bad backs so hard to walk). Very peaceful neighborhood. We did have fridge issues but it has another fridge in garage so it wasn't a big deal. We contacted the owner regarding fridge and she's going to have it checked. Kathryn (owner) is so sweet and very quick to respond to messages. Definitely would recommend!!!

Great rental experience

First time renter from Mrs. Jones. Very pleasant to deal with and very responsive to any questions or issues. The house is very clean, spacious and designed well to insure privacy and comfort among the bedrooms for larger families. The pool is the perfect touch making this a quiet little oasis! We will definitely be back in the future!

Overall great house!

The only negative I can say is that the sleeper sofas aren’t very comfortable. With 2 families we didn’t feel cramped & everything was clean & in good condition. Great location. It was really nice having a wagon & chairs to use

Awesome pool and location!

My husband and I and our 2 small children stayed at the Pineapple Paradise home in June 2021. We loved having our own pool and the garage to store our beach stuff. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean! It was so wonderful not to have to pack beach towels, boogie boards or a beach wagon and umbrella because Kathryn (owner) thought of everything and had all that stuff for us. I wasn't sure if the walk to the beach was going to be a challenge with a 7 and 3 year old, but it was very close and actually enjoyable. The neighborhood was so cute and the the kids had fun spotting toads and lizards along the way. Kathryn was an amazing host and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. We hope to make it back to visit again soon.
