Great location, good for families

We have stayed at this property before and it is great! The location across from the park is great with kids and close walk to the beach access that has ramps so good for wagons and strollers. The property is in a quiet area that is well regulated for spring breakers that may be loud/unruly at night. The rental company was very responsive - had an internet issue and they resolved within a few hours of my text and fixed the problem. We hope to stay again!

Spring Break with young teens

Excellent location and beautiful home which was even larger in person than we expected. We walked to restaurants and shops every day. Short walk to the beach and pool. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Our young teen boys had plenty of room to stretch out in the upstairs loft. When we had an issue with the gas grill not starting the property manager helped us right away. Would definitely stay here again. In regards to Rosemary Beach during spring break ... there is an 8 pm curfew for anyone under 18, a lot of police and security guards patrolling the neighborhood at all hours, and a large police RV parked in the main square to detain rowdy youth.

Our stay at Brighton Cottage

Our family had a great time there. Perfect location. Close to the beach. The kids playground was right next to us which made it very handy. We used the 4 bikes available to cruise around during the day. The place was very clean and had all the amenities you needed. We would definitely stay there again.

Great September Stay

Location is great especially with a toddler...kid's park is in front of house, only a block to the pool and a block to the beach. Management is very communicative and helpful.

Property manager (30A Luxury Vacations) did a great job, super communication, and responded immediately when we had an issue with downstairs AC (they had a tech out there at 9pm the first night a little while after we called). So A+ for them. House positives: ideal location (close to Walkover A entrance to beach, 1 min walk to Coquina Pool, and next to playground). Can't get much better location in Rosemary, which is why we chose the home. House negatives: We have rented houses in Rosemary Beach (gulf side and park side) for over 10 years and this is the most dated one we've stayed in. The fixtures, appliances, and furnishings are very worn. There were no locks on any of the bedroom or bathroom doors. The baseboards were starting to look pretty bad in areas like the kitchen and bathrooms. Look, I get it, if you can still rent your home who cares, right? If you want a Rosemary home that's up to the aesthetic standards of the other ones look elsewhere. If you just want a place to stay in Rosemary near the pool and beach and don't mind that it needs a material interior upgrade then this place is totally fine.

Serenity and character

We chose Brighton Cottage in Rosemary for our annual couples trip to Fla panhandle, and we’ve stayed for last 10 years or so in Destiny By The Sea, a nice private gated community in the middle of Destin. Our group decided to try a new locale this year and boy are we glad we chose Brighton in Rosemary! We loved the serene atmosphere of the community overall, and the shops/restaurants and amenities (pools, courts, bike/jogging paths etc) are great. The mature trees, fabulously manicured common greens and pathways, and parks create a special ambiance. Brighton Cottage was well appointed, super clean, and very close to the beach walk-overs. We really enjoyed morning coffee on the screened porch on the front, and the privacy of the back patio. Compared to many other homes we’ve rented, Brighton is in better shape and you can tell the owner and mgmt company are diligent about keeping everything looking fresh, in great working condition, and inviting. Our group took advantage every day of the 4 bikes that come with the house, as well as the walking/jogging paths. The check-in and checkout procedures were very easy, and the mgmt company was super communicative, very proactive to make sure everything was to our liking, and extremely responsive when we had one small question. Everyone in our group was very pleased we made the switch to Rosemary and Brighton Cottage…we’ll definitely be back!

Family vacay in Rosemary!

We had a wonderful time! The house was so clean and roomy for us. The only complaint we have is that there are no locks on any of the bedroom or bathroom doors and there should be. Other than that it was perfect!

What a wonderful weekend!

We were in town for the Panama City Marathon and chose a Rosemary Beach for our home base. Everything about this house is perfect! Close to the beach and pools, clean organized and well stocked, and mostly simply felt comfortable and like “home.” Thanks for such an enjoyable stay. Already looking forward to our next trip.

Close To The Beach

Our family and extended family of eight enjoyed a week at Rosemary Beach. We hd more than enough room ad were just a one minute walk to the gulf. The pool where we spent a lot of time was very close also. We had use of four bikes and there were running trails too.

Perfect vacation home!

The Brighton cottage was the perfect plan for our family and friends. With 3 master suites and one on the main walk in level is really hard to find. The home was beautifully laid out and super comfy beds. The location was superb for walking to the private beach, pool, shopping and dining. We will certainly rent this lovely home again. Stephanie

Perfect Location

We had no idea what to expect for our first trip to Rosemary Beach, but this house worked perfectly - a quiet section of Rosemary - two minute walk to the beach, two minute bike ride to coffee in the morning. Plenty of space and any slight problems we may have had were immediately seen to by the owner.

Perfect spot in Rosemary Beach

This property was, perhaps, the best we've rented in Rosemary Beach. The place was spotless when we arrived, and the owner was extremely responsive in communication while we were there. Proximity to the beach is literally a 2 or 3 minute walk to the sand. To one of the pools, 1 minute. Playground just outside the front door. 3 floors, with all bedrooms and bathrooms very nicely decorated and upgraded. Courtyard is perfect for hanging out, as well as storing beach items between times at the beach. Beautiful place, very easy in and out, and perfect location. We'll be looking to stay here again in the future!

Great for Family Vacation

We loved this house! Great layout, and super location. Very convenient to beach and pool. Multi levels allowed for teenage girls (5 of them) to have their own space. Communication with Kerri was easy, she answered our questions quickly and gave very clear instructions for arrival and departure. Highly recommended!

Great Rosemary Beach Option

I love staying in Rosemary Beach and this property did not disappoint. First, it was roomier than I expected. There were no pictures of bathrooms in the online description so I wasn't sure what to expect there, but they were great. The owners were very responsive to my questions before we arrived. Check-in and check-out procedures were simple. Loved our proximity to the beach. The house had a great setup for my husband and me, our teenage kids and the friends they brought along. Plenty of room for everyone and the upstairs family room was the kids' hangout. Because we had teenagers with us, the only thing I wish this house had was a keypad lock. Sharing one house key was a bit of a logistical challenge with people coming and going. Otherwise, everything about the house is great and I'd book it again in a minute.
