This is my third time staying in Rosemary Beach. The property is exactly as advertised, with a very convenient location and great access to the beach and pool. The kitchen sink stopped working, but to the credit of the ownership as well as the management company, was rectified very rapidly.Honestly, the only thing that really took away from the trip had nothing to do with the property itself, but rather the fact that there’s a huge amount of construction/renovation going on in some of the other houses as well as the roads around where we were and it was fairly noisy nonstop from early morning Till early evening. Add to that that the parking on the streets during the day was partially occupied by the many workers in the area.I would definitely come back but probably confirm as to whether there’s construction going on. Again as far as the property is concerned, it is every bit as good as advertised , beautiful, well laid out and extremely comfortable. I would definitely return to this property.
