Perfect place to stay!

This was the perfect place to stay for a beach getaway! It was just perfect for the two of us! We walked everywhere; the beach, downtown for dinner, and some shopping, it was amazing!

RMB Getaway

We always enjoy our time in Rosemary Beach. This property was very nice and perfect for 2. The location is great as well. The property managers were very helpful and quick to respond to questions while we were there.

We picked Kidd Carriage House for the location, amenities and design and it exceeded every expectation. Our week long stay provided exactly what we wanted from this trip - we parked our vehicle upon arrival, rode bikes and walked

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a wonderful stay at this property! The home was beautiful, gorgeously decorated, and in a perfect location. It felt inviting and pretty tidy overall, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the trip.One small suggestion would be to add a full-length mirror and perhaps improve the bathroom lighting, as both would make getting ready a bit easier.That said, those are minor details compared to how lovely the space was. Overall, it’s a gorgeous rental, thoughtfully designed, and I would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing location, space, and quality. Our stay from beginning to end was great! We absolutely adored this little house and have already looked into next years dates. Perfect for a couple looking to getaway. We rode the provided bikes every single day, used the chairs for sunset, and fully enjoyed the space.

There was plenty of beach equipment, although not advertised, the bikes were great, the space very clean, the beds comfortable and the area itself was just a dream. Close to pools, parks, and the beach. The unit had character and was decorated beautifully. Would absolutely stay again. My only feedback would be to add more hooks or racks for towels.

The home is well maintained and furnished with all the necessities. The only recommendation I would have is to replace the coffee maker with a Keurig. Many of the other property's in Rosemary have Keurigs. The Cuisinart coffee maker provided produced coffee with grounds in it. Even though the temperature was 100 plus the cottage remained cool.

The location was perfectly situated in the heart of Rosemary, an easy walk to the beach, coffee shops, and restaurants everyday. We chose this place specifically because we did not rent a car for the week and wanted to be able to walk/bike to our destinations. The apartment itself was clean and well decorated, but could do with a couple upgrades to make it even better: keep salt + pepper on hand, replace the mattress as it’s starting to wear down (note- this is a queen. The listing says king which is not accurate). Those little things aside, we loved our stay!

Cozy and comfy

We loved our stay and it was just right for mom and son trip we were on. Great location, and everything was comfortable. Nice being able to park my car in the garage. Loved having use of bikes and gear also. It’s a really lovely place with everything you need. I didn’t use the kitchen much but it’s fully stocked and don’t let the small fridge scare you off. It’s the perfect size for vacationing. Just a note. The main house slamming door is really loud. Maybe a note can be added to that door to garage area so the occupants in main house know? Housekeeping overlooked washing the pull out bed cover I think, and I couldn’t find sheets for the pull out, but we made due with blankets and I washed the cover. Thanks for the lovely stay!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was good. The carriage house was nice, however its need some attention. The coffee maker leaks water, the dishwasher needs to be fixed and the zero entry shower floods the bathroom. There were only two bowls and a small amount of coffee mugs. I found myself cleaning up and hand washing more each meal. There also needs to be better communication about parking, mention to guests that they need to walk inside the garage to open the garage door instead of using a code. And a note regarding how to work the TV would be nice too, we had to have the maintenance guy on the 3rd day show us. This is important for families with small children. The carriage house beds were vert comfortable and the location is great, it just needs a little TLC to make guests’ stay more enjoyable and less of a hassle.

Pleasant Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Vacation rental was clean and cozy and within walking distance to shops, food, and the beach. All was within a 5-10 minute walk. The pool was just around the corner about a 3 minute walk. The property had everything we needed from linens, coffee, pots and pans, and dishes. It also has a small refrigerator and freezer which are separate from each other. There is a connecting house that has a pool (not for use with this rental) but it was not used during our stay. The pool is right outside the living room window so I could see it being an issue if there were guests there at night but it was not used while we were there. The rental also had cable television and wi-fi. Both worked great for us. There is also a washer and dryer in the rental and washing pods were provided. My only complaint is the bed which was not comfortable for my husband and I. Everyone is different though, so our experience with the bed will not be the same for everyone. Communication was great with the property manager as well, they were just a text away. Overall a great stay for the price and would stay again.

We stayed for an anniversary weekend with our 2 year old and it was a blast! The bicycles that were included was really nice to have. The area was quiet and it was a plus being within steps from a pool! Definitely will stay again!
