The accommodations were at first sight lovely except for a raised step platform we had to climb up and down (3 steps each way) to use the bathroom and bedroom. ??? We are an older couple and would have appreciated a heads up on this. The fridge and freeze were 1/2 size which was challenging at times.We lost hot water. The management responded wonderfully to this and it was restored by a plumber later in the day.The fridge door did not close/open easily (wooden frame in the way) nor did the doors to the washer and dryer.Areas needed updating… particularly around the bathroom and kitchen faucets/countertops. Evidence of a lot of ware and tear. Veneer coming off the bedroom dresser and drawers were hard to open.No Kleenex, no salt and pepper, no foodstuff amenities like small amount of oil, sugar, pods for the kureig. These are inexpensive offerings.We came from a stay in St Augustine where we had a 1bedroom with amazing attention to detail. Very generous on all counts at half the price. I realize we paid for the Rosemary Beach location and should cost more. It was a beautiful area.

We stayed for an anniversary weekend with our 2 year old and it was a blast! The bicycles that were included was really nice to have. The area was quiet and it was a plus being within steps from a pool! Definitely will stay again!

Perfect place to stay!

This was the perfect place to stay for a beach getaway! It was just perfect for the two of us! We walked everywhere; the beach, downtown for dinner, and some shopping, it was amazing!

RMB Getaway

We always enjoy our time in Rosemary Beach. This property was very nice and perfect for 2. The location is great as well. The property managers were very helpful and quick to respond to questions while we were there.

Cozy and comfy

We loved our stay and it was just right for mom and son trip we were on. Great location, and everything was comfortable. Nice being able to park my car in the garage. Loved having use of bikes and gear also. It’s a really lovely place with everything you need. I didn’t use the kitchen much but it’s fully stocked and don’t let the small fridge scare you off. It’s the perfect size for vacationing. Just a note. The main house slamming door is really loud. Maybe a note can be added to that door to garage area so the occupants in main house know? Housekeeping overlooked washing the pull out bed cover I think, and I couldn’t find sheets for the pull out, but we made due with blankets and I washed the cover. Thanks for the lovely stay!

Beautiful and quiet retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This lovely coach house had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was well-appointed and the living area was spacious and welcoming. We could walk or bike to every restaurant and shop we wanted to visit during our stay. The Benchmark staff was professional and such a pleasure to work with--attentive to any needs or questions we had during our stay.

The property was very nice and we love Rosemary beach. It could use a little storage areas. We did not realize there was no freezer at all! But all in all it worked and we enjoyed our stay.

The location was great! FYI the complex doesn’t have a jacuzzi just a pool. The mattress has a dip in the middle so you roll into it. The place had only one mirror and it was the bathroom vanity. A full length mirror would be nice. The garage door was broken and we had to manually open and close it every time. Good thing my husband is handy bc we told them about it the first day and no one came to fix it for the whole stay. Internet and phone service isn’t good in the entire area. Overall we were happy with the place but we probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Lemonade

In a rush to find a safe haven for my family at 3am the morning before Hurricane Ida, the Lemon Squeezy carriage house was available which included all of the emenities my family needed. A large kitchen island for my family with lots of workable counterspace for family time meals, top of the line furnishings, bikes, a bedroom, a sofa sleeper, and a well designed efficient bathroom which included a washer, dryer, and multiple lighting choices whether it be the soft sconces or recessed lighting. The staff from both the rental agency and facilities management were amazing and prompt with calling back and solving any issues that came up which was anywhere from the fixing the igniter in the oven, to the wifi password, the lockbox, and renting another night. The warmth that the staff gave in conversation over the phone and in person including Paula and Darla just to name a few, can only be deduced that they love their jobs. I hope that when the time comes for us to revisit Rosemary that we are able to stay in Lemon Squeezy again. Thank you 💕

Celebrating 13!

I booked this place for my daughter who turned 13 during the pandemic. It was a delayed celebration but worth it! The size was perfect for the two of us. The bikes were great for the short ride to the beach and we were able to hook a cart to one bike to carry our beach stuff. Would definitely book again if it’s just two of us.

Very nice, couple of issues

Great location and overall space - e.g., right around corner from Cabana pool and easy walk to the beach. Two main issues: 1) the freezer kept beeping and believe was because it couldn’t keep temperature below 32 degrees consistently…at one point the temperature showed to be 35 degrees. 2) the wifi was extremely weak and unavailable at times. It was so bad that I had to use my own portable hotspot to be able to adequately have a connection speed on my computer to do work/participate in online conference calls. I ended up having to use my entire monthly allotment in less than 5 days and then having to spend another $30 for additional data usage that was needed. I don’t know what their internet service is, but there are devices that can be installed to extend the connection range (I’m assuming here that the router was somewhere in the main house and not in our carriage house). Would we go back? Yes, if they can resolve these issues.

Overall Great Stay but a Few Small Issues

Had a great stay at Lemon Squeezey. The location is great, just around the corner from a pool and 5 minute walk to the beach. The house itself was beautiful and had everything you might need. There were few cleanliness issues that could be improved such as a lot of mold around the bottom of the shower and numerous stains on the couches and chairs. Also, the rear windows overlook the main houses pool/courtyard. It would have been nice of those windows had blinds that could close instead of just open shutters.

Great Little Space

This unit looks just as pictured and we found it to be very clean (which is a big deal for us). It has a great layout and is best suited for a couple or family of four. The atmosphere and furnishings are very comfortable despite not having its own designated outdoor space attached. We loved how close it is to the beach and the square at Rosemary. There is only one thing that could make it better. The mattress either needs to be flipped or replaced- it has a deep impression in the middle. We did not get our best sleep but definitely not our worst. Overall, great place for the price and we would stay there again.

Perfect hideaway for relaxing summer fun!

Easy process to book. Nice welcome gift and great info packet on how to get around and enjoy the town. Parked in the garage without a problem and loved having the chairs and bikes!

Horrible Experience

I never write a bad review- but I felt I had to share my experience. The lengthy check in packet with rules had my expectations high for a clean stay. Upon arrival, we found a stain on the area rug, blood on the duvet cover, toilet and shower unable to drain, and one of two beach chairs completely ripped. We had to take time out of our vacation to meet the maintenance guy almost a day later from initial complaint to give him the house key. Something they should have handled on their end, or informed us would be happening. Considering the price for this property, I am extremely underwhelmed. If not booked with the main house, you will be looking directly into their pool and they can see up in your “house” as well. We have stayed in Rosemary at multiple properties over the years, this is by far the worst. The management never answered my calls, and only answered the emergency maintenance call. Also, there is zero Wifi information provided... Terrible customer service and an awful property management company. You have been warned!!
