Heaven on Earth

We had such a wonderful stay at the Gypsea. Amber made everything so easy for us! The place was beautiful- well stocked, clean, and peaceful. We were steps from the beach and came home to rwlax in the pool after hours of ocean fun. We enjoyed every moment of our family time and would highly recommend this place!

Great stay

We spent 5 nights here during “spring break” at the end of March. Our group included 5 children and 8 adults, and this space worked out perfectly for us. I appreciated that it was extremely clean, and very walkable to the beach. The nearby beach was busy, but not miserably packed. The pool is in perfect condition, and the hosts checked water levels several times during our stay. It was heated very warm, which was much appreciated in March, but is on the smaller side for large groups due to permitting restrictions. I would highly recommend this property for any groups looking for a place near a less crowded area of Panama City.

Amazing Stay

Check in & check out was a breeze. Communication with the host was absolutely amazing. The house was so spacious and we absolutely loved the super short walk to the beach (only 1 small backroad to cross and you’re at the beach access) and the entertainment-providing backyard with a heated pool and plenty of seating. This house had everything our family needed and was perfect for our spring break vacation! Beautifully decorated as well and had gorgeous views from the 2nd & 3rd floors

Loved it, even better than last time

This was our second stay at this property after staying here last summer and we loved it even more the second time. The pool is brand new and lovely, and it was difficult to get our kids out of the pool! The new additions inside, including the new beds and soundproofing upstairs made a major positive difference in our sleep and comfort. The host was also very responsive, is so nice and thought of our every need. We were able to easily walk back and forth from the beach and the beach itself was clean and mostly crowd free. The walk was so short that we didn't even worry about bringing lunch, we just walked back home and left our stuff on the beach while we ate. We are definitely planning to use the Gypsea as our primary summer vacation spot each summer going forward!

Perfect stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! Plenty of room for our two families and the kids absolutely love the pool. The pool was always super warm and the kids loved all the variations of the pool lights. The walk to the beach is very quick, 2 minutes from the front door and we were relaxing on the beach. The best part of the beach is that there was so much open space for our family! The beach was not very crowded, especially for summer, which was amazing! We are already planning our trip for next year and can't wait to stay here again.

Perfect family trip!

We had a perfect family vacation at this property! Amber was a wonderful host from beginning to end and even sent a thoughtful sweet treat for the kids on our last day. The beach access is very close and convenient and made it very easy for us to come back for lunch or a break from the sun. Amber told us that the pool had been recently installed and we could really tell that it was a new pool. It was nice and warm for those cooler nights and the kids absolutely loved it! We would love to stay at the Gypsea again and are already planning a return trip next summer!

Perfect for us

We had two families and the accommodations worked perfectly for us! Spacious open floor plan in kitchen/living area. Nice pool area. Ceiling fans would have helped move the air, but it was still nice. We certainly enjoyed our stay! Was easy short walk to beach access.

Amazing Views and Great Location!

I can’t wait to stay here again! Everything was so easy and straightforward. The host was super helpful with any questions we had. It was great to be able to see the water from the house and the extremely short walk to get to the beach was wonderful! Plenty of room for everyone to relax after a beach day at the house and close to some great restaurants. We even took a short walk to one of the restaurants on the beach. Great location and we cannot wait to come back!

Amazing beaches and views!

The location is incredible! The beaches are only a short walk away and they are absolutely pristine. Because the area does not have condos, the beaches are much less crowded than any of the other areas I have stayed in the area. We had no problem finding a spot right on the water with plenty of room around us. The house had great views of the water from the kitchen/living room as well as the second level and third level decks. Beds were comfortable, house was clean, the process was easy and the host was extremely responsive throughout my booking. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

We booked this as a last minute getaway and ended up in the best house we’ve ever rented. The new owners had just given the home a makeover but were in process of uploading new pictures, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was blown away by how gorgeously updated and tasteful they’ve made it. Aside from the house itself, the best part is the beach! You can see it while inside the house! Lots of views off the balconies too. And getting there took us less than a minute with all our gear. The beach was clean and the water was clear to the bottom and a gorgeous turquoise blue that looked as beautiful as the most beautiful islands I’ve been to in the Caribbean. The house was spotless clean and the bedding was super soft. The owners are very nice. Amber answered all my questions quickly before arrival and gave clear instructions for check in and check out which made our stay easy. We are already working with Amber to book a full week next summer. We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing

This property was amazing. Even better than the photos. The views of the beach are spectacular. The walk to the beach is so close and easy. The house had everything we needed and more. The property manager was wonderful and very easy to work with for the few questions we had but everything was set up and exactly as the listing says. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking to stay down here.
