Summer Celebration

We loved our stay! You can't beat the location. The size was just right for our family. It was great having a pool. The management company was responsive and nice. No complaints and hope to get to come back!

Best house in the best location

My friends and I took our three girls 12mo and under and had the best time. The location was perfect and all the amenities one could want were there. We will definitely be back.

Great stay at Rosemary Beach!

Our group of 10 stayed at this great house with private pool and a short walk to the beach and all the shopping and restaurants at the Rosemary Beach area. House was well stocked with every item we needed.

Great place!

House was updated and had all the things we needed. The property managers were very responsive. We especially loved the heated pool and the location close to everything. The beds were very comfortable.

Family vacation

Sweetgrass Cottage is a large beautiful home located steps from Rosemary Beach. The home is in the ideal location for shopping and dining, It is outfitted with everything you need to have a wonderful and relaxing vacation. The private pool is a wonderful bonus and our teens loved it. The property managers are kind, quick to respond and very helpful. Our family truly enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be returning soon!

Great family vacation!

This house is beautiful! Great location and has everything you could need! The manager was amazing at communicating when we had any issues. Only thing was the cleaning crew left cleaning supplies out and the glass on the doors didn’t appear to have been cleaned. We had no complaints and would stay here again. Only thing to be aware of, the pool is awesome but the balcony from another home sits over it and the people staying there (at least while we were there) wanted to chat and hang out. They were very nice but we really would have preferred a bit more privacy.

Beautiful home perfect location

Our whole family has stayed in Rosemary 2 dozen times over the past decade and this was our favorite house! The location was ideal. It was fully stocked with everything we needed for the pool, the beach, and the kitchen. We had all of our adult children plus two small grandchildren and we had more than enough space and hang out spots in this clean and comfortable home! Highly recommend!!!

Five Star Weekend

The house was the perfect setting for our 4th annual girls' trip to Rosemary Beach. The house is just steps from the shops, restaurants, and beach. This spacious home provided ample room for our group 5 to relax and enjoy our time together. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare meals quickly, and the open floor plan made it easy to hang out as a group. Highlights included the private pool, shaded porches, and easy access to the beautiful Rosemary Beach. We had an exceptional trip and highly recommend this rental for future visits. This home is first-class!!!

Family vacation 2024

Property was great. The kitchen was fine for our purposes but we did have a chef that said a couple burners didn’t work which slowed him down. Wine fridge never did cool down…. Other than that it was great!

Great for large families

Beautiful, clean home. Very walkable to shops restaurants and beach. House is very comfortable for large groups. The rooms are surprisingly larger than pictures show. Only minor inconvenience was appliances/cookware. We cooked a few meals there and would not do that again. The oven temperature must be off, it took twice as long to bake biscuits and casseroles than it should have. Cookware provided isn’t suited for gas cooktop. All that aside, We would definitely book this place again. And go out to eat.

Incredible!

Our family stayed at SweetGrass cottage and it was the best trip ever! The house is incredible. Upon arrival, the house was spick and span clean. Looks brand new! The decor is beautiful! Appliances are amazing! We had 8 adults and 4 kids age 4 and under. There was plenty of room with beds to spare! And the kids loved the pool! We asked if it could be heated ahead of time and it was nice and warm when we arrived! The house has anything and everything you could need. Just around the block to go shopping, eating, or a day at the spa! (Which we did all!) And just a very short walk to the beach. The F boardwalk is right down the path from the house. We hope to stay there again! If I had one suggestion, it would be to provide a high chair. But that's it. There is even a lower cabinet full of plates, cups, utensils just for the kiddos! Thank you for a wonderful week! We loved it!

Great location, and very CLEAN!!!!

This was an 11 person family trip, and all and all was pretty good.Communication with VRBO was excellent. The heated pool provided hours of fun for all kids and teens, the kitchen was very well stocked with any item you might need for cooking ( please know there are no paper towels, and no cleaners for for large countertop, and no sprays or cleaners for 6 bathrooms). The 4 yr. old child (whose bedroom was on the 3rd floor, with another older sibling) was way too far away from the parents on the 1st. floor, so they had to bring a mattress down and place it at the end of the parents bedroom ( not fun for napping and not wanting to wake the child up to get in and out of the room when needed). We did have a problem getting hot showers with 3 people, who staggered their showers after beach time...this happened twice in a row. The beds had mixed reviews...too hard in one, and too SOFT in others...the pillows were the worst pillows EVER, as they were PANCAKES!! I brought my own pillowcase and stuffed it d with 2 accent pillows. My bedroom was on the 1st floor next to the pool....please note there is NO CLOSET, just 5 hangers on a wall hook....also my bathroom had ZERO counter space unless all you are using is a toothbrush....I had a towel on the floor near the toilet for my stuff, so it was kinda a nightmare. Again, the location to town and to the beach caught our attention for this trip, along with plenty of beds and bathrooms for 11 travelers. Thank you for your quick responses.

27 Rosemary AVE. Sweetgrass Home

Big, spread out house that is great for vacationing families of all ages! Great kitchen for cooking family meals. Lots of room to spread out and get away from family members. Pretty good insulation so you can sleep if your family members are partiers like mine! Great pool. Close to everything. If you like Rosemary Beach area and what it has to offer and all the people, this home is perfect. I would say 2 blocks to beach and half a block to the start of the little town center and green spaces. It really is a nice place if you want to be seen and around others. Excellent communication with the property managers and if you need baby stuff call Laura at the baby rental place...I think that is her name. She is awesome! Also don't worry about bringing beach toys or chairs....they have a ton in the garage for guest use. Rent a SMALL car as the people have a big landrover in garage and it's hard to park in there and parking sucks at Rosemary, tho there are spaces right out front for "bird-dogging"! Only downside I could see was that a 5 million dollar house has some other house's balcony over looking the pool so that is weird. I didn't like other people a party to our party! BUT I guess if you are going to Rosemary you probably know this. I did not as I had not been there before. Other than that and all the people around, it was perfect...oh and they have 4 bikes to use and each bedroom is an ensuite!!!!!!!

Georgeous Home Good Location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this home. Great distance from the beach (2-3 min walk.) Even closer to the Town Center and a Publix is less than a 10 min ride. Of course Rosemary Beach is beautiful and well kept. The bikes that came with the house were great. I strongly encourage daily early morning bike rides. The pool was fabulous and bigger than what I expected. Typically the pools in these homes are much smaller.The home was immaculate and definitely felt like we stayed in a luxury home. Just note that the home does not have a true front door and when you first get there, you have to go through the courtyard/pool area to get access to the door. It is a true 6 bedroom home and every bedroom has its own bathroom. Love it!Now, here are the cons. The home has a beautiful wrap around porch but no furniture except for two flimsy chairs. It has a Weber grill but no furniture. We found this odd but after looking at the photos they look like they moved the furniture to the pool area. We were really bummed about this.Second con but not a derailer is the location of the home. Because of it's proximity to the Town Center you are awaken every morning between 6 -7:30am by delivery trucks. I am an early riser so it didn't bother me but the rest of my crew was not happy. It does stop at around 7:30 and very peaceful after that.Last con is the parking situation. They claimed we had parking for three cars (2 in the garage and 1 pad outside the garage.) Well, we did have three cars but one of the spaces in the garage was blocked by heavy boxes. The parking pad is smaller than the other houses and we had two huge SUVs. Thank God they gave us two parking passes but we kept having to find street parking everytime we moved the car. We suspect the boxes held new outdoor furniture and was tempted to open the boxes and put it together, LOL!

Family rally point for a three-day wedding event

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All-in-all, Sweetgrass served us well during our daughter's wedding events (service and reception at the Pearl). Her ninety-year-old grandmother was able to be a part of the dress-up for the rehearsal dinner (thanks to the elevator) and on wedding day the bride and entourage had a make-up and hair session using the large main floor suite. The day following the wedding, we had about 120 folks pass through for a farewell brunch that worked very well. Grayson Beach Catering set up the food stations on the balconies off the family room and the bar next to the pool - excellent fare.Our only caveat emptor is mentioned in earlier reviews - the garage is Lilliputian and one stall was used for bikes and furniture. But an additional street pass was provided.
