This property was perfect. A short walk across the street to the beach access and then the pool in the backyard was a perfect combo to be able to enjoy. Amenities were great and everything needed for a week stay. Would recommend staying here and would book again.

Ideal layout for everyone

This home was exactly what we needed. There was plenty of room for all nine adults plus a 2-year-old. The layout worked well for everything from grilling on the porch to chilling in the pool. Everyone said their bed was comfortable and the house was well cared for. The front porch is good for people watching, especially in the evening. Having a large pool and large pool area made for an easy place to hang out after a day at the beach. Beach access was convenient.

Super fun!

We had so much fun during our vacation. The house was clean and a minute walk to the beach. After swimming in the beach, we all went straight to the pool which was perfect. Just a few minor issues: wifi was not the strong (heads up especially if you are working remotely). Bathtub downstairs doesn't drain easily. Other than that, we all had a great time. Dan was a great host. We will be back for sure.

Great place for a family

We had a big family staying here for a week and it was the perfect house for us. There was plenty of beds for everyone and it was perfect location right across from the beach access. Spent most mornings at the beach and going back to the house for lunch and then hitting up the pool till late at night. Dan the host was very helpful in many ways. The ac downstairs messed up one night (not a huge deal we managed) but he called someone and they came immediately to fix it. He gave us great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. We all agreed that we would be back to visit again. highly recommend the Lazy Day Lanai!

This house is in great location, directly across from a beach access. If the beach is not your thing the house has a nice pool with a fenced in backyard.

Great central location, short walk to beach

Overall this house is perfect. We had 2 families with 5 kids under 11 and there was plenty of bedrooms/beds. The pool was perfect temp considering it was early April and the short walk to beach was easy. It’s also central if you enjoy visiting other places like Seaside, Alys and Rosemary. House was clean, had everything we needed and Dan was easy to reach and would respond within a reasonable time to meet any needs or answer questions. Would stay again.

Fantastic location

The location is great to get to the beach. The houses sit very close together and the noise from neighbors kept us up the first night. The kids rooms are connected and you have to walk through one to get to the other. If you have small children not a problem but with teenagers and especially opposite sexes this is an issue. Overall we made everything work and the location is perfect to get to beach!

Perfect location for a family vacation

The location to the beach access was perfect for us! We had twins- 10 months and 2-4 yr olds so being close to the house made things easy going back and forth. The pool was also great to have for the kids. The house was just the right amount of coziness with a beach vibe.

Relaxing

The house is everything you need for a perfect stay! The super clean heated pool is a bonus. Lots of bedrooms downstairs and up the stairs is another bedroom, living room, kitchen and two bathrooms. Sitting on the porch and being able to see and hear the Gulf was a very nice place to sit and have coffee. There is a walkway to the shore across 30A and a few steps to the left. A great yard for your dog as it is completely fenced in. The pool has plenty of sunshine for your swims. Thank you for sharing your home.

Great spot for families!

We wanted a pet-friendly rental home with at least 4 bedrooms, private heated pool, within walking distance to the beach and this property was an incredible deal! We had such a great time at Lazy Day Lanai. Very spacious with a convenient location and easy beach access, lots of beach gear available so we only needed to buy groceries. My kids loved the pool, and I especially loved that there was no extra cost to heat it during late October! I really appreciate the property being dog-friendly so we could bring our whole family along. Communication with the owner is awesome - Dan was quick to respond before and during our stay, and made the whole experience easier.

30A stay

Nice home, great location. The home and pool are a bit dated and could use some updating but nothing to take away from the charm and super convenient location. The kids and us had a great stay and enjoyed the property very much.
