Beautiful place. Only thing I would say needs to change is amount of towels, dish rags and washcloths. Other than that well stocked kitchen (we needed a pizza cutter but we made a knife work lol) very clean unit. Would stay again.

Floor on second floor jad a spot that was tore up. The sliding door on second floor was messed up and looked like someone tried to rig it so it would lock. However it did not stays latched when pulled open. The 3rd floor master bedroom door strike plate was broken to where it would not always latch shut. And the 3rd floor sliding door latch wouldn't always latch as sometime the part that hooks in to latch had to be pulled out so it would catch the bar to hook into. I informed the contact about some of this and said I wasnt worries about it being fixed while we were the. Then notified them of other doors being unsecure and they said they would let management know, yet no one ever cantacted me further on the door issues. Also parking is not 2 vehicle like i was originall told. When i asked about where to park the 2nd vehicle, they said to parallel park behind the first one. Unles you are driving a micromachine for a 2nd vehicle, you probabaly should plan on parking up by the curb if there is space. If not plan on parking in a local parking garage or public parking down the road. As far as it be ing clean, my only complaint was we found half a white pill on the floor of the upstairs master, which looked like it might have been tylenol. Not good when you have a 4 year old, two 2 year olds, and an 8 month old moving around the house. Other that that the place is what it says it is.

Overall nice place,far from luxury.Dated. closet doors in master were put back on,but 2 days in they fell off door guides.Sliders to go out to the beach need attention, curtains on said doors need replacing.Floors were filthy and don't look under the beds. 2 outside grills were un usable. I'll quit now . We made it work.

Overall a Great Place

Overall, it was a great vacation home. The beds were very comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, and the kitchen was well stocked. The washer and dryer were large capacity and worked well! There were extra sand toys, boogie boards, and beach chairs which was awesome.I didn’t realize that the downstairs room was not attached to the rest of the house (you have to use the outdoor stairs). The Murphy bed is in the main living room/kitchen area which makes it trickier to use. The fan in the bunk room is still broken (I noticed in another review that it was broken in March).None of the windows have black out shades so it is very bright with sunrise at 5:30am. The outdoor furniture needs to be replaced! There are just 2 chairs on the main level and they are rusted and about to break. There is a table and 4 chairs on the lower level (one is rusted out and broken).

Girls get away

This home is in a great location. Lots of restaurant and shopping choices within two miles. Steps to the beach, with the best soft white sand. The waves maybe a little rough for small children.We visited the zoo and took a crushed glass.The condo was so spacious we didn't need to use the bottom floor. But it would be nice if you wanted privacy from the group. We had a great time, and the neighbors are very friendly. Would love to go back next year. Highly recommended!class.

Spring Break

Stayed here with friends over spring break and the house was perfect. The place was super nice, clean and spacious. It fit everything and everyone we needed it too. It was in a great location being 5 minutes from Pier Park and other fun locations. Would definitely love to stay here again.

The townhouse was a nice size and good location. We had a few things not working. The fan in the upstairs bunk room, the air conditioner downstairs wouldn’t adjust temperature, and kitchen bar stool. These weren’t deal breakers for us…we just reported them to management. The downstairs suite bathroom needed cleaned. Overall i would recommend this townhouse right on the beach.

What a beautiful week

The property sits on a quieter part of the beach which was definitely preferable for our group. Appliances are well updated and furniture was very comfortable. We also really appreciated the grill and the decks. Can't recommend this property enough. Hard to pass up a townhouse that is truly beachfront. Also very conveniently near the Wynn Dixie. Definitely recommend trying Muy Wayne O's when you are here as well. Parking is tight, which is definitiely something to keep in mind, but we were able to manage alright.

PCB fun

The house was perfect and accommodated 10 people comfortably. It was the first rental I’ve ever stayed in that had enough kitchen supplies. It even had random spices which was so nice! The house was clean. The beach is seconds away from the back door. The company is very responsive to any questions we had. I would stay again. We had no issues. It was wonderful

Perfect spot

WE were in town working the motorcycle rally, and will certainly stay here again. Right on the beach with private walk, and a grocery store/ spirits is right across the street. The place is beautiful with plenty of room. A huge family could stay here and all have a place to sleep. Love this place.

Amazing! Perfect Location and Beautiful Property

We had an amazing stay. The property was beautiful and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked and was perfect. The property also had all sorts of beach stuff including chairs, coolers and sand toys for the kids. We look forward to staying at this property next year!!

Beach trip

Had a great time with friends. There was 9 of us had plenty of room. Property had a closet with beach chairs umbrellas and boogie boards. Winn Dixie right across the street which was very convenient when we needed something. Whiskeys bar across the street also. Beach was awesome. Would definitely book this property again. Parking is tight with 2 trucks but no one was staying next to us so it worked out

Big Family Beach Vacation

The property is right on the beach, so we could walk out our backdoor and step right onto the sand. It is located on the less busy end of PCB so it was peaceful and quiet. You are very close to Winn Dixie. There is not much parking so if you have more than one car, it makes parking a bit challenging. The trash pickup is on Friday, but since people check out on Saturday, you'll find your trash will probably be full when you arrive from people cleaning out their leftover food. After 3 contacts with management, our trash was picked up. The property advertises that it sleeps 14. We had 14 and we were a bit close. The dining table/bar doesn't seat 14 at one time so we were eating all over the living room and kitchen. The property does not have 14 sets of dishes/utensils to accommodate 14 mouths to feed. Management was notified about this so hopefully that will be taken care of soon. The property had a Keurig coffeemaker and a regular one. It had a blender, toaster, smallish crock pot, can opener, measuring cups, mixer, a few skillets and pots, and a cookie sheet. There were also a lot of mixing/storage bowls available for use. However, only ONE kitchen towel and dishcloth. Management was NOT overly communicative or helpful- did ask us if we'd be checking out earlier than 9 am the day we left. :/ There was also trash under some of the beds and a smushed cockroach on the pull out mattress. Makes me wonder how well they clean the property between guests.
