Great Reunion Spot

The property is new, well maintained and very spacious. Excellent place to stay with friends and family! Walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants. Would highly recommend this property.

Amazing Saty

We had an amazing time. The house was great and were able to walk everywhere and bike!! Lastly this was the best and most responsive management company we have ever dealt with and truly appreciated them. We will be staying in the future.

Great Location!

Location has all you would ever want however private beach setup needs work. Rental should have included at least 4 chairs & 2 umbrellas…especially since the private beach requires you to rent chairs and cannot bring your own.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed on 30a for 15+ years, and this was the best house we have rented. The main bedrooms and living areas were large with tons of space to spread out. Pool was great. Easy beach access.Had a few minor issues that were addressed quickly. Bunk room is a little tight for teenagers.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was perfect for our family of 13, with ages ranging from 19 to 78. We especially appreciated having plenty of space to spread out. The management was also very responsive to any issues that came up.While the freezer ice maker wasn't working, Royal Destinations' staff delivered ice to us three times during our stay, which was a huge help. Wifi was weaker in some areas of the house so maybe signal boosters would help. The only minor inconvenience was the cold water faucet in the two-queen room bathroom, which only ran hot water. We also suggest adding an outdoor water source at the front or side of the house to rinse off sand before coming inside.Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely book this home again.

Ocean House was a Dream!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had the pleasure of renting Ocean for a 7 day stay around the holidays. We had the best trip and this house was a true dream! We will be hoping to come back in years to come. It comfortably fit 8 adults and 7 kids (ranging in age from 3 to 10). The location was more than we could have hoped for with easy beach access. The photos of the house did not even do it justice. It was huge! Each room larger than the next. We loved being on a private gated street and when the weather was a little bit cold we were able to let the kids bike and play outside without concern. Pool was heated and plenty warm for swimming- kids were calling it a hot tub.We are so thankful to have had this wonderful week! Thank you for sharing this beautiful home!

Rosemary happy place

Beautiful home…. accommodations fit our family for maximum comfort! However an honest review should include key remarks. We feel this property needs a little more maintenance checks before quests arrive. There was one shower that didn’t work well. There was a major gas leak at the meter that we discovered the last day. The main water flange for city water needed attention and the dishwasher had mold in it with a full load of dishes still in it with styrofoam cups. I believe there should be some check off list to maintain million dollar properties especially when we paid thousands of dollars for the week stay. I gave the property five stars because it was as advertised, great location, great amenities. My complaints mainly focus on a need for a check system before guests arrive.

A lot of Home Just a Short Walk from the Beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy process booking and overall a great experince with the property management company. This home is spacious and convenient to the Beach and the Rosemary community. While it is new, it does have maintenance issues that still need to be worked out. The home is very accomodating and comfortable and has pleanty of space to seperate into different areas for the kids, young adults and parents. Plenty of Kitchen equipment and utensils for your use. We were all in agreement that we would stay here again in the future. Some of the issues that need to be understood about this home are as follows. It needs to be noted this home is on a street with a "lot of Construction". It appears that there a four or five homes under construction which means a lot of construction trucks and equipment between you and the Beach. It also means that your mornings start early (8:00 a.m. construction starts but they're rolling in before then).
