Fall break

The property is amazing and wonderful for a big group. The rules of Rosemary Beach are pretty strict, curfew at 8pm so maybe not great for teenagers.

Perfect Rosemary Beach Vacation

Location and accessibility to town was a perfect match for our party of 7, including two young infants. Easy beach access was perfect. House and sunset views were amazing!! Only two property recommendations; consider another bike company provider - several of our bikes broke down and needed to be replaced. Coffee pot was dirty and difficult to clean -which is the only 'knock' on the cleanliness ranking

The spacious home has 3 levels, multiple balconies (each with ocean views), luxury appliances, outdoor fireplace and much more. The property management team was incredibly helpful and were available day and night to answer any questions that arose. The online photos are only a small glimpse of this beautiful home! We loved every moment of our vacation!!

Hello 30A!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were fairly happy with our rental experience. We would have preferred to be able to access the property earlier, but got in at 5 pm as promised.We only had 4 issues: one of the bedrooms did not get a sheet change prior to our arrival, the windows in the dining room were leaking in water when it rained (need to be recalled), the smoke alarm went off in the kitchen anytime we used the oven (detector is placed too close to oven and it went off with the least little bit of smoke or heat), and the microwave shelf is the wrong size so the door was difficult to open (microwave kept slipping back and under the shelf lip).

But...it was fall break for high schoolers and gangs of teenagers (30-40 in each pack) were running the streets, boardwalks, and beach. Jumping security gates and generally raising ****. Very scary due to the size of the crowd. You could tell these were affluent kids wanting to cause trouble. If security doesn’t fix things like this, the area will be ruined

Even though Oasis was located at the beach access gate the house is very quiet. Oasis has plenty of rooms. We used the master, the room behind the kitchen, and one room on the first floor. We did not use the carriage house. We are a small group. We loved the proximity to the beach as well as the town of Rosemary. The home is compact but it worked for us. We wish that it would have had black out drapes in the master bedroom-no drapes on the main window so an early wake up at 5:30am! Other than that everything was fine! It is a beautiful home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Rosemary and had a great time at Oasis. The house is beautiful, and the location could not be better. We loved that the 4 main bedrooms had king beds and en suites. The main house bunk room actually sleeps 4 - it has a small trundle too. (Really great bunk room for kids!) There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. In the kitchen, you will need spices because the house is not stocked with them. I would also suggest at least one more bar stool at the kitchen island. There are 3 but it could use more for a house that size. The management co. was fantastic! We had a couple of small issues (as you will with all houses) and the management co went above and beyond in promptly responding to make sure things were taken care of. (Really great staff!) Overall, a wonderful Spring Break for us! Thanks for the sweet memories!

Not as advertised / Not Maintained

Property has an incredible view of the beach and is a fantastic location. House is advertised as 7 bedrooms but is not. One bedroom was locked. One of my friends had to sleep in a bunk bed. The patio outdoor fireplace was gas but did not work. The fireplace in the living room was fake with lights. The fireplace upstairs did not work. The curtains in one bedroom did not open or close and one rod fell down. There were fingernail clippings in one of the bathrooms on the counter. There wasn’t even salt or pepper in the kitchen. No basics available in the kitchen. The house was completely stripped down. You get bath towels, soap, shampoo and one packet of coffee. Everything else must be purchased. Communication was terrible. If I asked a question, they just didn’t answer. Crickets.
