Our entire family enjoyed this home! We had 11 adults and one pet. Rooms were spacious, home was clean, and the beach was very close. The 4 star ratings are only because the listing shows a fire pit that is now removed, and the hot tub jets cannot be turned on by guests. Overall, we loved staying here and have already discussed coming back!

Not what we expected

We stayed at this property first week of May 2025. The house itself was very nice and beautifully decorated, and the location is execllent- right across the street from the beach, which was a big plus.However, there were a few issues that impacted our experinece. Directly in front of the house is an abandoned building, and a homeless woman living across the street during our stay. While this didn't cause ant direct problems, it's something to be aware of. Upon arrival, we found approximately 15 piles of dog waste in the backyard. While Romy did offer to send someone to clean it the next day, I had to take care of it myself immediately due to having young children and a small grandaughter with us. The pool temperature was inconsistent - first too cold then too hot. Additionally, the jets in the hot tibe did not function at all during our stay, which was disappointing. A 7.5% refund was given to me for the inconvenience caused by the pool temperature issues, which I appreciated. The fan in the bunk bed bedroom worked on and off, making it difficult to keep the room confortable. The manager was aware of the issue.Communication throughout the stay was lacking. I was also told 10 to 12 beach chairs were available, but only 4 to 6 were on site with 2 being partially broken. Overall, while the house and location had a lot of potential, these issues made the stay less enjoyable than we hoped and payed for. However,

Great Stay

Great time with friends and family. Great location to beach, activities, and restaurants.Had some issues with HVAC and Shower drain, but both were resolved after a few days.

Wedding weekend

I was the groom of the wedding and I had my groomsmen and their wives stay here for the wedding weekend! It was in a great location and was kept very nice! Would recommend for large groups of people!

Amazing vacation home!

My family about 24-28 people including babies, kids, adult and elderly always go to Panama Beach for the summer. This is the prettiest rental house that we ever stayed at. The manager really try their best to make you feel welcome and answer any questions you have. The private beach is very clean! The view and the pool is super pretty! Love you here!

New house that needs finishing

We got there and the air did not work on the 2nd floor. We were told the housekeeping crew had inform the property manager but they did not tell us that. We arrived on Monday and the air was not fixed until Thursday. Thankfully it wasn’t really hot outside or it would have been miserable. The pool temperatures did not stay where they were suppose to. My husband had to adjust it. Our friend fixed the outside shower and garbage disposal that were broken when we got there. The elevator wasn’t working when we arrived and they came to fix it on Friday. The day before we left. The house is new and gorgeous but needs to have the finishing touches done. It is very close to the beach which was great!

Thanksgiving with 4 Generations

17 people in total ranging from 6 months old to 83 years old, mobility ranging from scooting on their knees to scooting with their walker 😂, and it was hands down the best place to spend it. The space is vast, there are multiple bathrooms, the rooms are large, the hallways and doors allow assistive devices like walkers to easily navigate throughout, and the elevator was an added bonus. The house is located just on the other side of the road with great views of the beach/water. The kitchen and main living area is spacious with dining space for all inside or out. For those that need it, there is adequate WiFi and smartTVs throughout. Parking for multiple cars. The property manager, Romy, was easy to communicate with and quickly responds. This was a wonderful family trip we will never forget!

Absolutely Breathtaking

This home is spectacular! I brought my parents who are struggling health wise and my sister battling breast cancer! The elevator was such a huge help getting them were they needed! Most importantly this hike has everything you can possibly need and views from every direction. Plenty of space TV’s so everyone could watch what they wanted and spread out. The view, decks, balconies we enjoyed so much sitting outside watching the waves in the ocean! We rented a golf cart and didn’t even needed it because the location was fantastic! Everything you need is right there beach steps away, restaurants grocery stores! All bedrooms are huge they have their on private baths plus there are 2 extra baths in both family room areas one by the pool in the game room and one off the kitchen The pool we loved we spent more time enjoying the backyard then anything! Plenty of lounging, tables chairs plus there are chairs in the garage you can take to the beach! The home owner and property manager were both very gracious, tentative and quick communications! We would soooooooo come back! If you are reading this go ahead and book it! DONT LET it get away!#bestfamilytripever
