Paradise by the Pier es una casa de playa con impresionantes vistas al golfo, ubicada en el extremo oeste de la playa de la ciudad de Panamá, justo al lado del parque Pier. Esta casa es el lugar perfecto para hospedarse, ubicada directamente en Front Beach Road, cerca de Pier Park, Walmart y el famoso Dusty's Oyster Bar. Paradise by the Pier también te permitirá llevar a tu mascota contigo. El parque de la playa para perros está ubicado justo al otro lado de la calle de la casa. Dos porches privados. El balcón del segundo nivel de la sala de estar ofrece vistas al Golfo!

It was a good location. The street in front of the house is busy, but the noise wasn't too loud. The house next door has a private pool and they had the music on very loud from 1015pm-11pm. It is dog friendly and there is a dog beach across the street, which is nice.You will need to buy or bring all toiletries and some cleaning supplies here. The only thing supplied is bar soup. A few extra rolls of toilet paper would have been nice. We had 5 rolls for 3 bathrooms for 4 people over 6 days. We had enough, but that last thing I want to worry about is running out of toilet paper. No facial tissues. No cleaner except some chlorox wipes.

Great Place

This place is awesome. It's clean, has everything you need, pet friendly and in a great location. Pier Park, fishing pier and dog beach are just a block away. Management team is friendly and quick to respond. Would definitely come back for future trip to PBC area.

Perfect Spot

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was great! My daughters were so happy they were able to walk to pier park and beach access was right across the street. My 2 year old granddaughter loved sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean and saying hi to everyone as they walked by.

Great location, good property management communication, and good value.

Property is very conveniently located to the beach and shops and dining. We did not have to drive and could walk everywhere. A few things to be aware of (not complaints but simply be aware) - Master bedroom is located right by the street and the configurations seems a bit odd. The street is very noisy during the day but that is to be expected given its wonderful location. There are NO basic condiments so bring your own. Also, it looks like there is construction beginning next door. Again -- great property, great management and I would stay there again.

Perfect Location

This is the perfect rental for families, especially if your family includes a dog! This dog friendly rental is a short walk to dog beach and Pier Park. There are several beach access points right across the street and you have an ocean view from second story balcony. Beds are comfy and kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook. We will definitely return!

Great time with the family

Brought the wife and kids here for the new year celebration. The house was clean and well kept. Was close to everything and has a great view. I didn’t speak to anyone during our stay but spoke to a couple of ladies with questions before and they were both nice as could be. Checking in and out went smooth. We look forward to visiting again and this place will be on the short list.

Enjoyed stay at Summer Towne Cottages #19. Favorite place to stay while in Panama City Beach !!!!

Enjoy the convience of Pier Park, beach, fishing, shopping, food. Everything within walking distance. House as nice, clean, well furnished with everything you need, even a wagon for the beach, mats, chairs, all the toys you will want.

Absolutely amazing.

This is the perfect rental property. The location is as close to pier Park as you can get and right across from the beach. The house was a perfect layout and the kitchen was complete with anything you would need. The rental agency was amazing as well. I highly recommend to anyone traveling to PCB.

Beautiful property & best location

We had the best time at this house while staying in PCB for Softball world series! The house has everything you need to cook plus lots of beach extras that were a bonus. The location is the best & we often walked up to the pier, to restaurants and shopping. Didn't have to try to park or sit in the Front Beach road traffic. Also, we were there a couple hours before check in and were able to get in by making a simple phone call!

PCB 2022

It was very nice and clean. Close to Pier Park so you could walk to there and the pier. Beach was across the street with easy access. Overall it was exactly what we needed. Will be renting again in the future!

This is a "Paradise Properties Vacation Rentals" look elsewhere

This property was soiled in several places, including the upstairs couches AND the rug. I have photos, however, VRBO no longer allows the customer to post proof. (if anyone has a service dog, you'll appreciate this). My parent's SERVICE dog confused the rug as a place to relieve himself while my parents were packing to leave. Service dog owners (and CGC trained owners) understand this represents an previously stained animal feces area that lacks approperiate cleaning. My husband and I had already departed hours earlier leaving my parents on their own. Again, I have photo proof of the previous stains when we first arrived on property, time-stamped and dated. WONDER where ALL the cleaning and dog fees go to? After 700.00 in fees and additional $200.00 was added (WE GLADLY and RIGHTFULLY PAID THE $200.00 fee. After all, the dog DID relieved itself upon leaving) The couches AND rug SHOULD BE CLEAN upon arrival!! Maybe the extra $200.00 will also go towards cleaning those nasty stained couches. The downstairs master bedroom is the loudest, HOTTEST room I have ever stayed in. I had to put toilet paper in my ears at night to TRY to sleep! Stair railing is coming off wall. Both, downstairs TV picture was "snowy" even after doing exactly the instructions in the drawer. Therefor, we couldn't watch TV before bed. New grass was laid while we were there. Before it was laid it was muddy wet mess for a while leaving it hard to get into our truck not including the water sprinklers coming on in the morning also making it a challenge to get into our cars. We never used any of the appliances or cooked a meal there.

Cute Beach cottage

Cute beach cottage is across a busy street from the ocean. Nice fenced in pool. Nice yard area. Walking distance to the pier, dog friendly restaurants and dog park. Everything we needed was provided. Really enjoyed sitting on the balcony morning and evening. Downside was the living room furniture and rug was dirty. Not happy about the family with the pit bull arrived the last couple of days we were there.
