Another great stay at this Seacreast Beach house!

This is our second time staying at this home. We keep coming back because it’s in a great location, the property manager is very responsive, it’s got plenty of space and it’s always clean!

Great home and location. Home was clean and well furnished with necessities. It was perfectly comfortable for our 2 families (8 in total and pet) over the 3 floors. Easy walk and/or tram to the beach and Rosemary. Publix just down the street. Host was a pleasure and responsive. Good parking.

Rosemary Beach Stay

Beautiful home in Rosemary Beach area. New modern development with amenities including walkable and bikeable sidewalks, small trails, large non-heated pool, across from beach access to gorgeous white sand beach. Very beautiful area with upscale shopping close to development. Lots of good restaurants nearby. House has all needs including fully stocked kitchen. Very comfortable beds and wonderful shower with great water pressure. If you are looking for a stay with family in a bright and well decorated home in Seacrest Beach, this is a perfect option.

Fantastic Stay

Everything about our stay at this house and location was by far the best stay yet. We have stayed at other properties in the Seacrest Beach community and look forward to staying at this one again. The house was super clean and had everything we needed and more. Enjoyed the outdoor space just as much as the indoors. We have no complaints. None. Great house, great location, and great weather. Nice time of year where you could enjoy the beach, pool, neighboring communities, and restaurants without long waits. Highly recommend this property!

Great house in great location

We booked for 12 nights and stayed 10 as hurricane Helene cut us short. House was great. Short walk to the pool and the trolley to the beach stops right near the house. Rob was very accessible throughout the stay and made the process seamless.

2nd Time just as Perfect

This was our 2nd time staying at this home and once again it was perfection. Clean, beautiful home with comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen. My girls feel so at home here with all the kid friendly items. LOVE this house!

Enjoyable

House was very beautiful and easily accessible to area restaurants and bars as well as access to the beach. The tram in the neighborhood came quickly when called and the drivers were very friendly. The host was also very responsive to answer any questions we had. Only issue was trying to find where to pick up our welcome package. The pool is hidden among buildings and there are no signs directing you to where go. We had to ask several people before finding it. House itself was easy to find though and code access was provided day of arrival so very seamless. The week was very enjoyable and I would highly recommend staying here and hope to get the chance to come back myself! Thank you to the host.

Beautiful, should be 6 stars!

The only reason I gave this a 5 star review is because 6 stars wasn’t an option! If you are looking for the perfect place to visit the beach with incredible amenities included then look no further. This property was immaculately clean and came as well stocked as I have ever experienced for a rental. You literally do not need to bring anything but your personal belongings. Rob the host is very responsive to your request. The location of this property is wonderful and everything you may want to see while you are here can either be walked to or a short bike ride will get you there. I really can’t say enough about this place other than if you are looking to plan a beach vacation this place should be on your very short list for accommodations! Thanks again Rob for allowing us to enjoy this wonderful place!

Perfect location, perfect host, parking GALORE!

We use VRBO often and, specifically, have come to Seacrest Beach MULTIPLE times. Rob's amazing property and hospitality did not disappoint! Fast review--we would 100% rent from Rob again--and it is my understanding that he has more properties in the area (which we cannot wait to explore!) A dear friend and I came for spring break with our teen sons. As Seacrest veterans, they have high standards! They immediately loved the location--the corner lot is in the middle of everything and easy to find for friends. The online check in was seamless and upon arrival, the property was spotless with a lovely bottle of wine waiting for us (the moms thank you, Rob!) We LOVED that there was EXCELLENT parking (we had more than one car) and several gorgeous wrap around porches. The bathrooms were stocked with towels and the kitchen had spices--this is HUGE when you want to cook. We didn't bring our pet but love that it was pet friendly AND want to make sure you know that it has no "pet odors", dander, or anything that should deter those who don't have pets. Bikes aren't included but are always easy to rent at Peddlers. **Of note, the 3 full bathrooms are all en suite. For those coming with groups that aren't family, it may be worth noting that to use ANY bathroom it does call for walking THROUGH a bedroom (no guest 1/2 bath on main.) This was NOT a problem for us since we are all close but should be noted if expecting guests.** Overall we LOVED Rob's place and would return!

Great trip!

We had the best time at Seacrest, it was easy to walk/bike anywhere we went. The house was clean and comfortable and the kids loved the pool! We especially enjoyed ending every night hanging out on the beautiful wrap around porch!

Perfect family beach vacation home!

What an amazing place to stay and awesome host! This house is perfect for families, from the bunk rooms to the LEGOs and games available. Large dinning room table and balconies with seating areas in every room on each floor. Very clean, super soft beds, good linens, and the sweetest welcome kit! You can’t go wrong. The tram stops right outside the door and renting bikes make every restaurant easily accessible.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! The furnishings were light and airy, and we loved the front porch especially for afternoon lounging or early morning coffee. The location was perfect for us, and the house had a great set-up for the kitchen and bathrooms. We'd love to come visit again soon!
