Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For a group of 7 friends, the house was perfect since everyone got their own lovely bedroom and private bath. The home is beautifully decorated and in a great location, just a few blocks from Rosemary restaurants and retail. Also close to the Rosemary Racquets Club. The pool was much smaller than expected, but the beautiful community pool is just around the corner. We loved the home!

Exceptional Property

We have booked properties in Rosemary for many years. This stay was by far our favorite. The house is so well maintained with a fantastic layout for families. So much attention to detail including high end appliances, beach towels, bikes, etc. In addition, the agency handling the rental was incredibly responsive and helpful. We will most definitely look to book this property again!

Wonderful family reunion!

Everything about the Harp House was GREAT. Our large family felt comfortable from the minute we walked in. The rooms and bathrooms with COMFORTABLE beds were amazing. We all appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, the dipping pool, the BBQ, and the bikes! Rosemary Beach is a fantastic location and was a treat for all!

GREATEST FAMILY MEMORIES

We spent a week at this beautiful home. It was everything we hoped for. The home was beautifully furnished and the beds and bathrooms we fantastic! The pool was clean and beautiful and close to walk to. We loved having the beach bikes and rented more which was also easy. And WE LOVED THR BEACHES ! All in all GREATEST FAMILY MEMORIES WERE MADE !

It was our first visit to Rosemary Beach, and we were very happy with the amenities offered in this area. We biked, walked the beaches and enjoyed the quaint downtown area. We heated the pool - and although it is small, the little ones loved it. We definitely recommend it and hope to return someday!

Beautiful property

We loved the house. Rosemary is a beautiful beach area. We were disappointed not to have use of double garage for parking. One trash can was completely full and no where could we find trash pick up days or procedure posted (that would have been nice to know). Small issues that didn’t dampen our good time. Would definitely recommend.

It was super clean and came with a few things to get us started with laundry and dishes. The pool is small and more like a hot tub. We figured out how to turn the temperature up on it so that was nice haha. Also there’s an alarm that goes off nonstop and we also figured out how to pause that for our stay. Overall an amazing place in a great location!! Right by all the shops and restaurants in Rosemary!

Lovely home, would stay again!

Beautiful finishes, great layout, plenty of room for everyone. We loved the large kitchen that was off the pool patio. We spent a lot of time there together. Having the carriage house as part of the rental is great too. The house had 8 nice bikes. Easy bike ride to town and the beach. We loved how each room had its own full bathroom! There are two washer and dryers in the main home and the carriage house. The kitchen has an ice maker which was awesome for drinks and coolers! The kitchen has plenty of dishes, utensils etc., but bring your own seasonings, cooking oils and such. They give you starters for everything (dish soap, laundry soap, trash bags...) but we brought extras too. The service company was very responsive too. We absolutely would stay here again!! 5 stars!

Great house, but a few issues

The house is great, but upon arrival we were surprised that the pool is so small. We’ve had small pools at Rosemary, but this was the size of a hot tub so no swimming possible for our kids. We utilized the community pools. The worst part for me was the dirty shower in the first floor master. There was soap from the previous renters and a large hairball in the corner of the shower. I called to get it taken care of and was told “we are having trouble getting someone over there.” I’m not sure anyone ever came because I had to clean it up myself. The coffee pot had coffee from the previous stay as well. I just would expect better attention to cleaning such a beautiful home. The layout was awesome, the beds were great, and I loved all the seating in the kitchen. The large porch swing is nice too. There are several bikes which is nice, but many had almost flat tires. Overall, a great house in a good location, but it could use a little more attention to these issues.

Terrible House

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOUSE! This was the worst place we have ever stayed! I booked this house for our annual vacation and specifically wanted a pool. We were a group of 10 and it was really important to have a pool for everyone to hang out…when we arrived at the house, at first glance, I truly thought I was looking at a fountain, but to my surprise, my daughter stated that it was in fact the “pool”. Because I have visited Rosemary several times, I am well aware that the pools are not huge, but this is utterly ridiculous, the “pool” is smaller than a hot tub! I measured it as 4’ X 8’..it is disgusting and dishonest that anyone would market this house as having a “pool”, it is a dark and dirty hole, NOTHING like the ALTERED pics that they put online..Furthermore, on the drive to the house, I received a text warning me that the house has a pool alarm mandatory under FL law.. so every time you open the door out to the backyard, an alarm goes off.. there is a button inside the house that you press and it gives you 10 seconds to open and close the door.. the PROBLEM arises when you want to come back into the house because the homeowners have decided to save a dollar and not install a button outside of the house.. so every time you need to come back in, someone has to be in the kitchen to press the button, otherwise, the loudest most ear piercing alarm will go off, which freaked out our dogs! I feel sorry for anyone who rents this home!DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
