The house was very clean and nicely updated. It was well stocked with toiletries and supplies for the time frame that we were there (4 nights). The neighborhood was quiet.

July 2025, stayed with kids

The home was absolutely perfect for our family of five. It has everything you need. The rooms were spacious. The kitchen was well stocked for days when we wanted to cook. The golf cart was a fantastic amenity to get around to shops and the beach. The beach chairs and umbrellas were a huge plus for our family. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Great House in a great location!

Lovely and spacious house just minutes from the beach and everything 30 A has to offer. Traveling with multiple adults it was great to have two bed rooms with kind size beds.

A perfect stay!

A perfect stay! The house is beautiful and has everything you could need. Close to the beach, great food and shopping. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were spotless. The pool was an amazing place to nap and relax. We loved having the golf cart and bike options. I already can't wait to stay again!

Great neighborhood and beautiful home

Loved the neighborhood pool with the dock that we could fish from. The golf cart was a huge help getting to the beach and nearby ice market. Great neighborhood and beautiful home.

Beautiful Home and Great Location

The home is absolutely beautifully decorated. It’s solid and well appointed. The beds are cloud like in comfort. The property had great amenities for beach days as well. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home. Felt very new. We walked to the beach numerous times. Spacious for our family of 8. Large dining table to play games and eat dinner. Lovely kitchen too.

Amazing stay!

We loved our stay here! The house was just as described and any questions we had were answered promptly. The golf cart was great and the beds were really comfortable! The chairs, umbrellas and beach cart were great! The only downside was the lack of towel bars or hooks to hang out towels and wet bathing suits. But we would definitely rent it again.

Perfect family vacation

This is the best vacation rental I've ever booked. The house is gorgeous with the perfect layout for big families. Most importantly, it was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the location - Close to Panama City which had lots of activities for kids on rainy days, and super close to Inlet Beach which had public beach access and parking. The restaurants nearby were all very good, and the local shops are so cute. We loved having access to the golf cart and bikes to get around, and the outdoor shower and gorgeous master tub was so handy to have with 2 small kids. They even have beach chairs, body boards, and beach toys for the kids, everything you need for a beach vacation. The house is well maintained and the amenities were top notch. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful well decorated home with very beds and bedding. The bathrooms and the kitchen were very clean and had everything you needed upon entering. The kitchen was most impressive with its high end cookery and all the contents supplied within. Again, all the linens, towels, sheets and bedding were above par for any rental I have stayed in before. Very impressed and happy with my coastal choice.

Beautiful home with responsive and courteous hosts. The home is less than a 5-minute drive to the public beach access points at Inlet Beach. The beach supplies that the house provided (chairs, umbrella, and wagon) were high-quality and in great shape! We appreciated the amenities such as the dishwasher and laundry detergents, extra towels, and beach supplies.

Beautiful home near Inlet Beach

Really a nice property, loved the golf cart, good location and close to the beach. Nice to have chairs for the beach and the paddle board was fun. I would say the only cons were there was no towel hooks in the bathrooms, the fans came on when you turned on the lights so the bathrooms were noisy, and they don’t seem to save any condiments from renter to renter so there really was nothing there and groceries are spendy nearby. Overall beautiful and fun!

Wow. What a home!

We had an absolutely incredible time at this home. The design both inside and out are impeccable, and it had everything we needed - premium TV to watch the big game, a dry bar area in the living room, comfortable beds, and a ton of great additions: The golf cart was new and drove like a dream to the beach, all of the beach chairs/umbrellas are real hardwood (not the cheap plastic ones), and the bikes were great fun riding over to the pool and around the area. The community was beautiful and quiet, but still really close to the beach. We took walks out to the community dock - it was the perfect home and we can't wait to come back!

Everything was absolutely perfect!

Beautiful location, beautiful home, very clean and perfect for our stay! We loved the bikes and golf cart for getting to the clubhouse and beach. Loved the little well thought out extras like shampoo, conditioner, dishwashing pods, etc. communication was easy and prompt. Everything was absolutely perfect! We will for sure be back and will seek out a home with Coast property management when we do! Thank you!

Perfection

We came to Grand Pointe and Piece of Paradise for a wedding weekend at Carillon Beach and could not have been more pleased! The home was spectacular and we took full advantage of the golf cart to the beach and the bikes to cruise down 30a for lunch! The living space was comfortable and the bedrooms and baths were all pristine. Six adults had so much room and even though we had one occasion to contact Coast Properties for a small issue, they were immediately responsive, friendly, and a joy to work with. We will seek this property in the future for sure!

This house has everything you need!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It has everything you need for the beach, comfortable beds, and an awesome golf cart. We loved being close to 30 Avenue shops & restaurants. The community pool is nice and quiet with a beautiful view of the lake. We enjoyed the quiet community and the easy beach access. A few things to note…there are no hooks or towel bars in the bathroom which was annoying, and the porch and patio areas could be better. BUT, we still had a wonderful time. We had a great experience with Coast. They were very responsive when booking and with any questions we had and would definitely use them again. Thanks!

Great home, nicely decorated and comfortable. Supplies/appliances in kitchen all high end. Everything you needed for beach and golf cart which is necessary with neighborhood being across street from beach. Close to everything. Our first time going to the “beach” and not staying ocean front, but figured we would give this a try. Would definitely stay again. Public beach access very convenient to home but parking is very limited. Obviously not host issue but just something to be mindful of when booking

Incredible!

All we have to say is WOW! The home was beautiful, well cared for, clean, well stocked (above expectations), all items provided were in working order. Your communication could not have been better! And when we had one issue (lights tripped upstairs and we couldn't find the fuse box, we called and the gentleman (can't recall his name sorry) new exactly how to help us and the problem was fixed immediately. Only suggestions would be more kitchen towels/wash clothes for kitchen clean-up and mirrors in bedrooms —- we were a shorter bunch and no Mirror was low enough for full length view. And with the upstairs two bedrooms sharing one bathroom— having mirrors in both bedrooms would help w space to get ready. But really, these are first world problems and we couldn't have been more pleased.

Wonderful Stay

This home is very beautiful and the layout was perfect for our family. Furnishings, bedding, and everything supplied in the kitchen were on higher end. Bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable. We slept well. We love to cook and kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. Loved the gas grill outside as well. Home came with an electric 4 seater golf cart, 4 bikes, and beach equipment. Beach equipment was incredibly comfortable and we loved having the seats and shade during the beach visits. We used the golf cart to ride to the neighborhood pool. The golf cart may need a service though as we felt the alignment was off. We notified management and they said they would take a look. The neighborhood pool was beautiful and never crowded. Most times we visited it was empty or just had a handful of people. The beach was about a 3 minute drive from the house. Good access and not crowded when we visited. Management was very responsive during our stay. On the day we arrived the code stopped working to open the garage with the golf cart abd beach supplies. Management was responsive to get the problem resolved that evening. Overall it was a great stay.
