Unfortunately, we had a horrible experience and want to share to prevent someone else from this disaster. Vacation is suppose to be fun, enjoyable, and relaxing. Our AC unit did not work from day one. When we got there it was 78 degrees. Hours later it ended up at 86 degrees in the unit and I had a dog in there with a big fan. I was obviously not happy and tried to be polite at first, but that changed when I wanted to leave because the new AC units wouldn’t arrive until 4 days later. Again, I tried to state my concerns professionally, but this lady was not considerate but nicely sarcastic with an attitude. I was told I would not get any refund per my contract then things continue to get very nasty from there. No understanding, no compassion, and ended up getting very heated where I was told, I AM THE PROBLEM. I am rude and disrespectful. No customer service, no compromise, and ruined my first 2 days of vacation with my family I do not get to see very often. We ended up finally leaving but only receiving about 35% refund for only staying 2 days. While I ended up losing money and was completely disrespected, we ended up at Grand Panama where my AC was cool, home was great, and the staff was exceptional. So it worked out and very glad I got to enjoy the rest of time. Please think twice before booking this place and having to deal with the lack of customer service and people that don’t value their guest.
