  • Beachfront views in quiet Sunnyside. Find a slice of paradise away from the tourist craziness (even during the busy months!) here at Sunnyside. Just an 8 minute drive to Rosemary Beach and 30A, this quiet townhome will give you and your family a place of peace with plenty of space.

    3 Bedrooms, 2 King beds and 2 Queen Beds

    Located on front beach road, this quiet townhome is right across the street from a local gem, The Sunnyside Cafe (get the onion rings - you will not be disappointed!).
    Just over a mile away from Winn Dixie and Publix Supermarkets, CVS, Waffle House, and more.
    Don`t forget to stop by the other local gem, Thomas Donut & Snack Shop only 2.5 miles away.
    If you`re looking to travel scenic Highway 30A, Rosemary is only an 8 minute drive away.
    Alys Beach is an 11 minute drive away
    Pier Park, with shopping, a movie theater, theme park and more is only a 13 minute drive away

    A bike will be sufficient for most travel, as the beach is just out the back door, and the grocery stores are 1 mile away.

    However, we do not recommend biking on Highway 98, even though Rosemary and 30A are just a few miles away. There is a lot of construction going on, so we do recommend either renting a car, or using a car service.

    If you`d rather not use cars, Instacart is a great option for larger grocery hauls. If you are interested in arriving to a fully stocked kitchen, please ask about the grocery shopping service from Ashore Hospitality and we will be in touch!

    Your stay at Inspired by The Sunnyside is made even more enjoyable with starter packs of essentials, including dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and complimentary samples of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

    Work and Play:
    Whether you need to catch up on work or simply want to enjoy a meal with a view, Sunnyside offers spacious and versatile options. Work from the screened in porch or the dining table, both of which offer breathtaking ocean views. And when you`re ready to relax, grab some of the provided beach chairs and make your way down the condo`s private beach access to sugar sand beach.
    No refunds are granted for any interruption in Wi-Fi service during your stay, no exceptions.

    Please be aware the cleaning fee includes the cleaning fee, the reservation fee, and license fee. These fees are non-negotiable.

    If you move something, replace it. If you break something fix it, or let us know. If you use something, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up.
    1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. CST AND CHECKOUT IS 10 A.M. CST. NO EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECKOUT IS PERMITTED. A $150 rent charge will be assessed if you do not check-in/out promptly and appropriately.

    2. NO SMOKING OR VAPING - This is a NON SMOKING OR VAPING unit. If the property has been found to be smoked in or vaped in, a $500.00 or higher fee will be assessed based on damage. If you choose to smoke or vape outside, all cigarette / cigar butts must be removed from the property. If butts or other debris from smoking or vaping are found on or around property, an additional $500.00 or higher fee will be assessed and charged to your credit card on file.

    3. PET FEES – No pets, including small dogs, are permitted in the rental home per HOA rules/regulations. Non-compliance of these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made. ESA animals must have proper documentation. HUD states that websites which sell certificates, registrations, and licensing documents for assistance animals are not sufficient on their own to reliably establish that an individual has a disability-related need for an emotional support animal. A $500 pet fee will be charged to those who bring pets without notice.

    4. AGE REQUIREMENT - No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany their children under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present at the time of check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying is not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any payments made.

    5. ADVANCE PAYMENT -Upon booking, an advance payment of 50% of the rent plus taxes, the Property Damage Deposit is due upon check-in and returned upon check-out. Accepted payment methods are VISA, Master Card, and Discover with 3% credit card process-ing fee.

    6. FINAL PAYMENT - The final balance of all amounts owed is due 30 days before your arrival date. Final payment must be made by credit card. If you are booking within 14 days of the arrival date full payment is required.

    7. CHANGES TO YOUR RESERVATION - There are no penalties for changing your reservation outside of 60 days prior to arrival, but you will be responsible for any applicable increase in rent or other booking charges. Any changes made to a reservation within 60 days of arrival will be treated as a cancellation, and no refunds will be given.

    8. INCLEMENT WEATHER – While we hope you have perfect weather during your vacation, this is not always the case. No refunds or other compensation will be given should you experience inclement weather. Unfortunately, the gulf coast is susceptible to hurricanes and flooding during certain times of the year, and frequently hurricane and storm surge watches and warnings are put in place for the county in which the property is located. In the event such a watch or warning is put in place, we will monitor the situation closely, but we will not provide any refunds or other compensation if you decide to depart early or check in late. In the event that a MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER is implemented for the county in which the property is located, we will require that you evacuate in accordance with the order, and we will provide an equitable refund for the number of days of your stay that were missed as a result of such order.

    9. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests for this property is 8. Exceeding the maximum occupancy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all money paid.

    10. MINIMUM STAY – Longer minimum stays may be required during peak seasons or holiday periods. If you check out earlier than the scheduled departure date, no refund or credit will be given for such early departure.

    11. INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen/towel/paper towel/toilet paper/soap/shampoo/can liner (trash bags) setup. Additional paper products, toiletries and can liners (trash bags) must be purchased by the guest.

    12. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Beach towels are provided. Linens and towels provided are not to be removed from the property.

    13. CLEANING FEE – A housekeeping fee will be added to all reservations, regardless of the number of nights booked. The fee will vary depending on the size of the property. This is applied for cleaning and laundry services upon departure. To avoid an extra cleaning charge: (a) wash the dishes or leave them in the dishwasher and start the cleaning cycle upon departure, (b) leave the property in a neat and orderly condition, and (c) place all garbage in the trash bins outside. A $335 excess cleaning fee will be charged if the unit is untidy. If more cleaning is required, the guest is subject to higher cleaning fees. If the unit is left in a state of dissarray up prior to your departure, if needed, we will assess an extra cleaning fee based on extra labor and time required to clean. This could be a minium of $300 depending on the state of the unit.

    14. NEIGHBORHOOD RULES/HOA – Most homes located in residential neighborhoods are controlled by an Owner Association. These associations have very strict rules that must be respected. Most violations warrant a fine that you will be responsible for paying. Many rental properties prohibit the on-site parking of recreational vehicles, trailers, personal watercraft (boats, jet skis, etc.) and/or restrict the number of motorized vehicles per rental unit (including golf carts). Two parking spot per condo.

    15. OWNER CAMERAS. The property owner may install security cameras outside of the home in order to protect their home from crime or other wrongdoing. By signing this rental agreement, you acknowledge that the property owner may have installed security cameras outside of the home.

    16. NOISE ORDINANCE – Quiet time for all properties is 10:00 P.M. until 7:00 A.M., in conjunction with Florida county ordinances.
