Very clean, quiet neighborhood, 5-10 minute walk to the beach or you can use the tram, beautiful pool, perfect location in between alys and Rosemary so you can walk to a lot. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this for families with kids as the top floor is bunk beds and two bathrooms.

Amazing!!! This home has everything you need to cook a FULL Thanksgiving dinner!!! All the sights and shopping is walking distance and the shuttle service was very convenient. Loved the convenience of the bikes. Great place to stay.

This house is so beautiful and fits everyone. The third floor with bunk beds was so amazing for teens and having two bathrooms up there was "cherry on the top". The host was very easy to communicate and very responsive to any needs. We arrived past midnight and the host left us some treats to enjoy since everything was closed already. We had plenty of towels, kitchen supplies and beautiful laundry. Thank you and will definitely stay again here.

Fantastic week at the beach in this lovely house! Communication was wonderful with the listing agents. House very clean and fully stocked with enough dinnerware and cooking ware. Conveniently located next to the tram stop to go to the pool or beach area. Beautiful bikes if you wanted to bike anywhere. The only draw back was the doors couldn’t be locked from the inside when the toddlers figured out they could open the doors. We would definitely use them again if headed that way:)

We really enjoyed our stay. The owners were incredibly responsive at all times. The home was clean and well maintained, and well stocked wtih most of the necessities that would be needed. We love this location as it is in between both Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. It's an easy walk to the beach or the tran is really convenient. Having the bikes and beach chairs available was a huge plus. Overall we had a great experience.

Our family of 6 spent 4th of July here for five nights and it couldn't have been more fabulous! Our young daughters loved having the top floor bunk room all to themselves and our teenage sons enjoyed having their own rooms with king- and queen-sized beds. The tram to the beach was probably our favorite perk - it made it so easy to transport all of our beach gear and we never had to wait long for a ride. The location was perfect too - walking distance to the 4th of July fireworks at Alys Amphitheatre, plus so many great restaurants in Rosemary Beach. The hosts were also super responsive and helpful. We hope to book here again next summer!

A Perfect Getaway

Our stay at the VRBO in Rosemary Beach on 30A was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were charmed by the beautiful architecture and the relaxed, upscale atmosphere of the area. The VRBO itself was perfect – clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The included bikes and beach chairs were a much-appreciated bonus, making our outings even more enjoyable. We loved being able to walk to the beach and also thoroughly enjoyed the charming Seacrest Beach community. It was truly a fantastic experience, made even better by our wonderful hosts, Ray and Tina. They were incredibly personable and responsive to our needs, both leading up to and throughout our stay.

Great stay!

We had an incredible stay that was perfect for our group, including six children. The home was beautifully designed, spacious, and well-equipped for a family-friendly vacation. The location was ideal with just a short trip to the beach, which made it easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The kids had a blast, and the adults appreciated the peaceful, upscale atmosphere of Alys Beach. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and fun, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Great vacation home!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and comfortable. We had 14 total with 10 adults and four children and never felt crowded. The kitchen is well stocked except silverware which we ran through faster than we could get out washed. I suggest bringing some plastic to supplement. Lots of beach and bathroom towels. Our only issue was that there was no pantry space. We made due with boxes on the floor and a crowded kitchen island. Great and huge pool area!

Absolute Perfection

This vacation was something we have been looking forward to for a while, unfortunately a week before the trip our original booking got canceled, but Tina and Ray were so accommodating and got us into this Heaven of a House. Lazy Day is the absolute best property, the space, the proximity to everything and most important Tina and Ray were absolutely fantastic!! Ray was able to help accommodate some things for us and we appreciate it so much. You are missing out if you don't stay here, it was absolutely wonderful!

Beautiful beach rental

The property is beautiful, airy and clean. It's beautifully decorated and has a modern beach feel.This was by far the nicest property we have stayed at in seacrest. Everything we could possibly need was provided at the rental. With an abundance of towels which personally I loved. The bikes came in very handy for our kids and having access to all the beach chairs was a nice bonus so we didn't have to bring any with us. Al in all we had a wonderful relaxing stay at this property and would highly recommend this rental.

Nice place and neighborhood

The home is nice and in a great neighborhood close to the beach and pool, which are each only a few minutes walk. Close to all of Rosemary Beach shops and restaurants, you don't even need a car. Six nice bikes were provided as well.

Love the neighborhood. First time out there. And was tight but a good option we plan to use again if we return for our three larger families that started there together. Super clean. Beautiful.

Family vacation

House and location were perfect. It easily accommodated our large family (6 adults and 4 kids). The bikes were great, although the listing said there were 4 and there ended up being six. Sorta frustrating because I rented 2 additional adult bikes for the duration of our stay. Beach towels, toys (we added to the collection) and chairs also a perk. We were disappointed with the kitchen as there was nothing more than salt and pepper. We had to purchase additional spices and cooking oil in order to be able to have breakfast a few of the morning, and extra paper towels as there was only 1 roll (10 people, 4 of which were kids). Additionally the coffee pot for the traditional coffee maker is not sized appropriately so you can’t actually brew a pot of coffee. Washer and dryer is also a great feature but again you have to purchase your own pods/detergent. Some of the basic needs and the perks of a VRBO missing certainly, however, overall we very much enjoyed our time and would consider returning in the future.

Great family weekend

The home is in a great location, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Tina went above and beyond for checkin and checkout. We enjoyed exploring the neighboring beach towns and the highlight was a beachside bonfire.
