  • Welcome to Seafoam, a stunning 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home with a private, heated pool, perfect for your next beach getaway! This beautifully designed retreat sleeps 8 and offers a spacious primary suite with a king bed, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a full-over-full bunk bed in the third bedroom, plus a twin daybed in the living area—ideal for families or groups.

    Located on Beach Drive on the east end of Panama City Beach, you're just a 4 minute walk to the closest public beach access! Cool off in the pool or take a short stroll to the beach!

    The open-concept living and dining area provides a bright, inviting space to gather, while the fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze. Step outside to your private backyard oasis, where you can cool off in the sparkling pool or relax on the covered patio.

    Located just minutes from pristine beaches, dining, and shopping, this home offers the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. Whether you’re lounging poolside, exploring the coast, or unwinding in comfort, Seafoam is the ideal place to create unforgettable memories.

Fantastic house and pool!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second or third time to rent this house. The pool and outdoor shower are great. Well stocked kitchen. Location is across the street from a public beach access and just down the road from Schooners annd the marina and a Publix is about a mile down the road. Traffic isn’t horrible on this end of PCB. We will stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and pool were are favorite parts. The house had plenty of space for us. It was an easy walk to the beach and close to several restaurants. The couple of issues we had was it was hard to close the exterior doors going to the backyard which would cause the pool alarms to always go off and the railing on the back deck was wobbly so we couldn't let out kids hang out up there since they are younger. Other than that we had a great time there!

Fast but worth it for this place!

We wanted to go to the beach last minute and found this for only two nights! It was expensive but worth every dime!!!! Had to get use to the new devices on the doors for safety at pool but other than that it was a 10 out of 10!

Good location, nice house but gotta bring everything with you

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a decent stay. But the lack of a loooot of things really made it more challenging and less enjoyable. We’ve stayed in many many other places before and every single house has had basic stuff. This house does not provide things like salt, pepper, sugar, coffee pods, so if you ever cook on vacation, you’d have to bring everything with you. Neither do they provide beach towels or any beach equipment whatsoever. These things just made for a lot of unnecessary last minute purchases.The location is great though being in close proximity with the beach. The beach doesn’t have public parking, so you have to walk.The house was decently clean. Found a random sock, and the shower could use some scrubbing.

I was happy with the location and the pool. The management company was excellent, helpful and attentive. The house itself was a disappointment. It's old and had an awful musty odor, there were bugs. The floors were grimy and I wasn't comfortable walking without shoes. I would not stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home itself was awesome, very comfortable and clean, inside and out. We loved having the pool on days that we didn’t spend at the beach. Unfortunately, the house next door had an extremely loud pool pump that made it impossible to have a conversation in the backyard/pool. We also found 3 cockroaches inside the house. Overall, it was a great stay.

We loved the large leather couch in the living area. Plenty of dining room seating. Rooms were spacious. Nice quiet neighborhood. You could walk to some of the beach accesses. We would def come back again. Ty for hosting us!
