Loved the property and the proximity to the beach!! The 4th floor was a bit toasty in the bunk room but having fans helped.

Not like the pictures!

The property was dirty inside. There was dust EVERYWHERE, the floors were NOT clean (on swipe of a paper towel, and the paper towel was dark gray!) there were towels and sheets that were stained, the sofa was stained in multiple places, the appliance lights didn’t work, the top floor shower was a trickle (and the head is rusted!), even after trying to adjust the pressure valve to turn off the hand shower. The top floor was also advertised as having a king bed, and two twin beds. But, it had 4 twin beds instead! There was also no starter role of toilet paper. Very disappointing for What could have been such a nice property. No idea why they charge so much for cleaning if they don’t clean anything at all. GROSS.

It was a blast with a very scenic view. The house was well equipped the beds were magnificent. Got a great glute workout with all the steps hahahaha. Really a great stay!

Excellent Property

Memories at Inlet Beach was an excellent property to rent and did not disappoint. The location could not be any better, the house was extremely clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend. Not knowing the area, we felt like we struck gold with this gem.

great beachfront property- very easy

This is half of the house, four levels, the top level awesome views even over the house in front. There was construction of house in front, but you still have great views AND SOUNDS from the beach to the sides. House had everything we needed and was very clean. They discounted the rate for the construction, but wasn't an issue on weekend and during week was only noticeable when home and when they moved trucks, only bothered us for like an hour (but most wer're at beach. Great place, defintely on list to stay again. Ps there are a lot of stairs, but not bad- really only if youre on top floor, only mentioning if older people are in party.

Great Location

The location was fantastic, but we had a couple of issues with the kitchen sink clogging up, the ice maker breaking and the overall cleanliness not super great. It's a 4 story house so be prepared to climb ALOT of stairs.

Great location with beautiful views!

Overall, we loved this property. It was very clean, the location was great, and the views were beautiful (we watched the sunset from one of the balconies every night). I would have given it five stars except for a few items. There weren't enough dishes (there were only six of us and we were constantly washing dishes), there were only four beach chairs, and we had to provide all of the kitchen extras (foil, salt/pepper, etc.). Although we had enough propane, it was our responsibility to get more if we ran out (first time we encountered this in the 8 years we've rented in the area). I would still recommend this property with its easy beach access, comfy beds, and quick bike ride to Rosemary!

Beautiful House in a great location

We loved our stay at this house. The beach views were amazing. There was plenty of room for our large group. We were just steps away from the beach. Can't wait to stay here again.

Amazing Retreat

This palatial lodging was a four-story dreamhouse. Immaculate, spanking new, it seemed we were the first tenants to stay there. It was hard to come back to real life after a week at 448 W Park Place.

Wonderful Thanksgiving vacation!

My family enjoyed this property and location so much! The house layout was perfect for our family with lots of privacy for each of us. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach, we loved the balcony at the top looking out over the gulf. And we especially loved a full kitchen with everything needed to prepare Thanksgiving dinner! We would definitely love to stay here again. Communication with Coral reef was fabulous, it was very tidy and clean. Absolutely fantastic place!
