We were there for a week, 6 adults, 4 kids, and the house was adequate in size, the location and distance from the beach was what we expected from previous Seacrest stays.
Our issues were the quality and amount of silver and dishes, mixing bowls, utensils, and the minimal amount of stuff to get us started, i.e. one dishwasher pod, hotel sized bars of soap, minimal paper products, and the smallest dish washing liquid bottle I have ever seen.
There were no king sized beds,(but maybe that was noted), and the ceiling fan in our room was missing but was in pieces in the closet (and we were in the 90's most of the week).
I guess that the owner has either on a big time budget or previous renter had pillaged the place.
As a note, we rent for ten days every summer in the Keys for 1/3 of the price and the place is very well stocked and everything works.
The downstairs air was not up to par, and the owner came by unexpectedly and we let him know. He suggested we call the maintenance folks. I would have addressed it myself right there. The temp outside dropped a little and we were fine but who wants to call maintenance for AC when your on vacation??!!
I guess if we go back to Seacrest I will know to ask these things and not expect that the high price would include these.
