Great Family Location

This is our second time staying at Wave N Sea and it was even better this time. The house is such a welcoming and great family house. My kids have commented both times that it feels like a family home and not just a rental property. Everything we needed was available for the house and we stayed in and cooked many of the nights. Great kitchen and hang out area for the family. The access to the pool and beach was wonderful and we enjoyed both. Every night we crossed the street to listen to the live music and hang out as a family. Rosemary Beach area is such a family-friendly area and so walkable for us. Really enjoyed our time and hoping to make it back soon!

Absolutely amazing rental

One of the best locations of any rental I’ve ever rented. 8 doors down to the beach. 1 block to seacrest town. 2 blocks to Rosemary town. Multiple times a day I kept saying omg I can’t believe this location. Families alllll over. Beautiful house inside and outside. The neighborhood was to die for! WISH WE HAD MORE TIME!

Needs a few updates… great location!

Cons..Could use an update… needs ice maker, trundle beds uncomfortable even for kids , better window treatments to block lights and sun… have to keep air on 70 and way to hot in August!!! check in instructions not clear and didn’t return calls… pros… great location to beach and shopping etc. kids enjoyed pool,…house warming gift was nice !overall we had a great vacation

Disappointing

The price of this property was outrageous for the quality of the home. We have stayed in world class hotels and rental properties, including Rosemary & Seaside, that didn’t cost what we paid for this home. Those properties were luxurious, very clean and had several additional toiletries to last us the week. In addition to this, saying it sleeps 12 is over stated. We are a family of 10, and we had to buy two blowup mattresses to accommodate our teenagers. They also say there is a second master, but the bathroom is in the hall, not the bedroom, and that bathroom door never latched to keep the door locked. If they had charged us the “average nightly rate,” we would have felt the price was appropriate, but they charged 3x it, making it disappointing.

Great location

Beautiful house and great location. Also so easy to check in! Just difficult to get in touch with the property manager in advance of the trip (although we easily contacted them when we were there and got locked out). House was clean too but for a chair that looked like it may have blood on it.

Nice property for the right group

Pros Access to Beach Private Pool Nicely Finished Interior Location is walkable to many restaurants Cons No railings on back deck was a nightmare for small children Bedding/Linens/Pillows were uncomfortable Smelled like there was a gas leak (management prepared us for this at check in, gave no reason why) Power tripped multiple times (management knew there was an issue, asked us if we knew how to fix??) Every morning we would find multiple Palmetto bugs around the house.

Perfect house for young families

Just shared this house with another young family. Beautiful house on the inside. Great access to private beach and two chairs and umbrella included. Downside is responsiveness of property management. They did not tell us the community gate code in the welcome text. I tried calling (4pm Wednesday) three times and nobody picked up. Another day we accidentally locked ourselves out during the weekday. I messaged in the app and called at least a dozen times over the course of 30 min. Nobody picked up. Finally called me back and said they didn’t have a key to the unit and I had to call a locksmith. Frankly I was completely unimpressed by the management team. Would not recommend them. The house itself was perfect.

Just what we needed

Perfect for our situation. Two toddlers and 4 adult friends. Everyone had a bed without it being a bunk bed. Perfect open concept flow. Cool Crow's nest for an evening fire pit. Heated pool for when kids/adults got sick of the sand. Very short and pretty walk to the beach and to shops/restaurants. 2 beach chairs and umbrella included and pre-set up for you. We'll be back next year.

The house itself was quite nice inside as it was well maintained and decorated. A little disappointed in the outside of the property specifically the pool which did not seem to be working properly. We arrived after the rain from Sally and noticed that all the outdoor cushions were left outside and basically unusable during our stay.

Perfect Location and Nice Pool

Location of this house is perfect short walk to the beach! Nice pool, But house by it self was not clean, back door was hard to close basically it was open all the time! Bedding was very poor quality and Bed mattresses on the first floor too old, so terrible and uncomfortable.

Beach get away

Great property and location near beach in gated neighborhood. Small issues only that were managed during our stay like clogged kitchen sink, trash disposal and ice maker not working. Would be nice to have a few packs of dishwasher and laundry soap when we arrived.....
