Slice of heaven

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. We enjoyed everything this house and location had to offer. I will say the steps are rough to the third floor for anyone with knee problems but it was 110% worth it. We will be back.

Best Thanksgiving Ever!

Jay was very helpful when checking us in and showing us around the house. The house was perfect for our family of 20 gathering. Everyone had their own space when wanted but all enjoyed the amazing shared living space. The pool was very popular and the beach sunsets were breathtaking! Love this place!

Delightful

Really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for everyone. Pool was a little small when you have 8 kids trying to share. Parking was easy which was a major plus. Each family had their own floor with plenty of bed room. Beach area was great and we had awesome neighbors as well. We will definitely return.

Southern Comfort (not Bel Air)

House and beach were good. Will never rent house with a pool alarm again though. With 18 people in house, there was constantly someone opening and shutting the patio door all day. Pushing the button every time was a royal pain. Had trouble with some breakers flipping off and icemaker not working but someone brought us 2 bags of ice each day, which helped a lot. Had good neighbors on both sides of us while we were there. People in the area behind us were pretty wild. Probably won't book anywhere on 4th of July weekend again for family vacation.

Great house and location

Southern Comfort was the perfect vacation spot for our family. The beach and pool were easily accessible and the location was great. We had a few rainy days during our stay, but the house was spacious enough where we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Another great perk to Southern Comfort’s location is no competition for a spot on the beach! I loved being able to walk right out and set our chairs right in front of the house. Check in and check out were both very easy. I highly recommend Southern Comfort and Holiday Beach Rentals.

Amazing house!!

We enjoyed our stay! We loved the outside area and there were plenty of places to sleep. The only thing that could be better were the pans. There could be more and maybe nicer ones for the price of the property.

This one has it all !

Convenience with pool & beach at your doorstep. Setup in living room is conducive to being “together”. Plenty of bathrooms. Beach service with umbrellas & chairs set up in front of the home saves time & aggravation.

Great house right on beach

Very good communication with property management. We went when it was cold out and it was so nice to have a heated pool! It was also nice being right on the beach. The house is wonderful and we loved all of the options of bunk beds for the kids!

Perfect for large group

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The house was large enough to comfortably suit our large group of 10 adults and 11 children (ages 2-13). We enjoyed the heated pool during our winter stay and the new putting green was a welcome surprise.

Beautiful, well thought out vacation home

We loved the home! Best part was views! View of sunset and ocean was the best from the 3rd floor master. All rooms were comfortable with appropriate furniture, lighting and bathrooms. The pool was heated to 90, which made it perfect for November. We would stay again. The beach chair optional rental was so worth it! Someone comes early in the morning and sets up chairs and umbrellas each day and takes them down after dark. This rrntal kitchen needs oven mits. You will need to bring your own beach towels and all paper items.

Beautiful home with amazing views!

This house was wonderful! Very comfortable and roomy as well as very clean. Tons of room for food storage, two washers and dryers and lots of places to sleep! Its the perfect house for a large group! We will definitely be back!

Good but had a few issues.

The house was perfect for us. Great Location and Size. The Decor was very fun. But we had some issues. The Keyless door lock didn't work so we were locked out on the first day. They did come to fix it, but it took about 1-2hrs to resolve. The Infinity Hot Water Tanks kept turning off. We had numerous showers that were cold. They came out to look at it but never really solved the issues. I also called pre-check-in to see if the Hurricane did any damage and was told all was good. But the stairs leading to the beach were damaged and from the last broken step to the beach was about a 4-5 feet drop. We did our best to add sand and they did come out mid-week to do some repairs. So it was a 2-3 foot drop after repairs. Overall we would give it a 7.5 out of 10. The realty company we're hands-on and tired to get everything resolved during our stay, but cold showers have a way of turning a good day at the beach into a bad day.
