  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Our stay at this property was everything we could have asked for. Everything you need is provided by the property owner. All you need to do is arrive. We had a family of 6…..2 adults (myself and my sister) with our 5 children (ages 16-24) there was more than enough room for everyone to have their own space and privacy. Board games provided great fun in the late hours. The pools, pickleball and tennis courts were in very close proximity. (Even cornhole) If I could have walked out the back door to the beach I probably would have never left. Lol! But the beach is a very short walk from the unit and easy to get to and enjoy with the wagon and beach accessories provided. I highly recommend this unit and will definitely be staying again in the future.

Wonderful Family Stay

We were in town for a wedding. We had lots of room for our group. The unit is clean, well-stocked, and Carissa is very responsive--although we didn't need her for anything of concern. We'd definitely stay again!

Great Neighborhood!

We had a wonderful week at Tres Flamingos!Pros: Spacious condo, wonderful neighborhood amenities, location of condo to pools and courts, very well stocked kitchen, well stocked tote of beach supplies (the wagon is great!), comfy beds and comfy couch, a great extended patio space, quick and easy communication with Carissa. Cons: Condo was NOT the cleanest - hairballs in the corners of bathrooms, crumbs and wrappers in the dining room, a pair of socks left under the bed. It was surface level clean but could use a good deep cleaning.Other: PCB in general is loud (we forgot about this from when we were there three years ago). This is no fault of the owner/condo, but just a general FYI. Lots of sirens, lots of planes/choppers flying overhead, lots of teenagers in big trucks with loud exhaust and booming stereos. This was not just on Front St, but also in the neighborhood. We were woken up one night at 2am with loud vehicles and kids yelling outside our window. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and Tres Flamingos is GREAT with lots to offer. We've just realized that PCB probably isn't the place for us. We prefer a quieter, less busy vacation destination.

Great getaway

This condo was perfect, the owners were great and answered all questions and gave lots of information. The condo is within close walking distance to the beach and super close to a pool and the playground is right out the back door. The condo is stocked with everything you need to stay for the week.

Great stay!

My friends and I booked this place for our spring break, and it was an amazing place! It’s super close to the beach with just a short 5 minute walk. It’s in a convenient location with Walmart right down the road for groceries. It has all of the dishes and utensils needed for meals, and great gathering areas for everyone to hang out; Whether that’s in the house, the patio, or the many pools and tennis courts the neighborhood has to offer. The property manager was very quick to communicate and met all of our needs! I would definitely stay here again if I came back.

Stayed during first week of August. Location is perfect, mins from the beach. Strange floor plan because you have to go thru one bedroom to get to the other room. Host was sweet and very responsive. Would recommend condo to anyone.

Awesome place near the beach

We had an absolute blast in PCB and really enjoyed the condo at Gulf Highlands. The upstairs layout is a little funky due to adding the additional room and bathroom but worked out perfectly for our family. The kids used the sunroom downstairs and loved it. The pool areas could use more chairs and umbrellas but that’s on the complex itself, not the TF condo. I would definitely recommend this place to others and stay there again.

Beach home was clean and came with just about everything you will need. With a quick walk to beach,several pools to choose from, restaurants in walking distance, and a great back patio. My family enjoyed their stay.
