Great house great location.

We had a nice stay at that's what sea said. There was plenty of room for everyone in the house i liked the kitchen setup with the long counter top that everyone could sit and have dinner. I am a family man and love all things family. The pool is a bit small for everyone to enjoy 9 adults and 2 kids under 12, the pictures are a little deceiving but still a great pool. Now a far as location a block from the beach, you can't beat it. We ended up renting the golf cart and it was nice we were able to get around everywhere down the strip with plenty of battery life. We lived our stay here and will deal with Warren rentals again!

We searched numerous properties and locations and landed on this house. Beautiful house with perfect beach access. Beach traffic minimal. We reserved this house for a bachelorette stay and it was everything we wanted! Anytime I texted with a question regarding the property, I was greeted promptly and kindly. Highly recommend!

Perfect vacation home

Close to beach! Bathrooms are new and nice!! LOTS of kitchen room and every pot you need. The island is perfect to prep and all sit to eat together. Ice maker makes it so much easier! Wine/Bev cooler is the best! Only 1 set of steps. Shaded area pool. Golf cart a plus!! LOVED IT!

Perfect location and great home!

We had an absolute wonderful time on our stay. The house is very roomy and held all 7 of us with plenty of room for more. The pool was a huge bonus with the beach being double red flags most of our stay. Honestly it saved our trip! You can tell the place was recently remodeled and very very clean. My wife fell in love with the couch downstairs! The ice maker is a game changer and absolutely rent the golf cart. It’s absolutely a short enough walk to the beach but who wants to walk on vacation right? It’s a 30 second ride on the cart! I can’t say enough good things about the place honestly. Great location and great property. We won’t stay in this area again if it’s not in this house. I’d recommend it to anyone!

Perfect Spring Break

What a beautiful property for our spring break! The house was recently renovated and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed for a week away from home. The golf cart and the ice machine were welcomed amenities for days spent at the beach and the heated pool was used daily! Cant wait to return to Laguna Beach next year.

Excellent Service And Great Location 🙂

Everything is illustrated as listed 🙂management was speedy when I sent request for pool service and maintenance. Walmart is 10 minutes away along with Publix Super market. Ice machine was excellent !! Golf cart was plus when driving down to beach a block from residence. Bed was exceptional comfortable that I slepted in (king bed room to the right of entrance hallway )☺️All rooms had big screens where everyone was able to watch smart tv apps with their favorite shows🙂Thanks again to Management Mitch for helpful services ‼️

Amazing week at the beach!

This property is just like the pictures. Plenty of space for multiple families to spread out. The pool was wonderful even without being heated, the golf cart is a must, and the ice machine was used daily. I highly recommend this property.

Beach Trip At Laguna Beach

Place was very clean and the pool was so fun for the little one’s having a shallow area to play on. The ice maker was such a Wonderful asset to have! Air worked Great! We as a Family had a Wonderful time at the house and the beach! The water was Beautiful ❤️

Jazz festival get away

The house was enjoyable and comfortable for the most part. We did have a few issues however the property manager was very quick to respond & was super nice! I think I would definitely use this property management group to rent again.

We would rent this house again!

We had a great week at That’s What Sea Said! The perfect beach access one block away. Easy walk- but the Golf Cart is always worth it to us! Convenient stores close by, we went to the Winn Dixie 5 minutes up the road for our groceries. The Margarita station with the ice machine was an amenity we have never had- and it was sooo nice! We kept two coolers all week, and never had to get ice! The kitchen is bigger than the pictures give it credit for, and the two bedrooms and baths on the first floor was perfect! The outside hang out area, was spacious and the large table in the shade was great. We had two families, and a grandparent. Great area, beach was not crowded at all! We had a great week! Quick response for extra bath towels when we asked. We are frequent vacationers and Loved everything about it. We had a great time, was not ready to leave.

Stayed at “That’s what sea said”

House was very well maintained and the air conditioning was excellent! The mattresses were also top quality. We really loved the pool and access to the 6 passenger golf cart. Be warned…. Do not drive the golf cart down Front Beach Rd. at night. FHP pulled us over and said since the cart was not registered it was not legal for touring the strip but ok to use within the neighborhood and to the nearby public beach access. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Nice home with private pool and so close to the beach

Our family had a wonderful time at That’s what Sea said! So many pros like ample beach equipment with cooler and the ice machine was awesome!!!! Can’t say enough about that! The neighborhood was quiet and so close to the beach and the beach access. We couldn’t decide about renting the golf cart but so glad we did! It helped taking stuff to the beach or running to the market for more beverages. The living room sofa was so comfy and room for the whole family. Also nice to have a tv in each room. Just a few cons or suggestions the dishwasher did not work and we put a call into maintenance and they never showed up so had to do all dishes by hand with only one dish towel. There were a couple of fans but none of them would work. They really need to have a broom and dustpan because beach = sand. We would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect for Families

We had 4 families in the house with a bunch of littles. The multiple bedrooms and bathrooms made it easy for everyone to have there own space. The living room was perfect to all lounge comfortably, and the patio pool area was 10/10! The beach is definitely walkable, but we loved having a golf cart to travel back and forth.

Great neighborhood, small house

The house was great for what we needed. We were a short trek to the beach (didnt need the golf cart) and it was well-supplied, other than TP. At least give ONE extra roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Terrible that there was only one roll. But the house is very cramped. The ceilings are low and the rooms are small. The pool is an excellent bonus, but if I was going to the beach again, I would pick somewhere with larger rooms, higher ceilings (the living room feels very small), and a maybe a little newer.

Everything we expected - very nice.

Everything was as advertised. The home was very clean and very organized with everything labeled. The pool was very nice and the extra expense to heat it was well worth it. It was very comfortable, short distance to the beach. Highly recommend staying at That’s What She Said!
