This house is an absolute gem — massive, beautifully designed, and clearly set up with families in mind. From the moment we stepped inside, we could tell every detail was thoughtfully curated to make our stay comfortable, relaxing, and fun.The layout is perfect for multi-generational trips or large family gatherings. There’s ample space to spread out, plenty of cozy spots to unwind, and a stunning kitchen that made meals a joy. Whether we were lounging by the pool, enjoying coffee on the balcony, or taking a short stroll to the beach, everything felt effortless and serene.But what really elevated our experience was Andy, the property manager. He was incredible — warm, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure our stay was perfect. Loved It!

Our family stay at The Belvedere in Rosemary Beach was everything we hoped for and more. The home itself is absolutely stunning — spacious, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. From morning coffee on the balcony with ocean views to family dinners around the large table, every detail felt intentional and luxurious.Location-wise, it’s hard to beat. Just steps from the beach, right near the shops and restaurants of Rosemary, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The layout worked great for our group — plenty of room to spread out, but cozy when we wanted to come together. Everyone from grandparents to toddlers was comfortable and happy.The host was incredibly responsive and helpful before and during our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. We’ve rented many places over the years, and this one truly stands out.If you’re looking for the kind of place where memories are made — this is it. We’re already talking about when we can come back!

This house is insanely beautiful and perfectly situated. We had a couple of issues with the air conditioning, but I’m sure they have fixed that. Other than the air conditioning, everything was perfect.

Best Rental in Rosemary Beach

Over the years our family and friends have stayed in over a dozen different rental homes in the Rosemary Beach area. This home is far and away the best we have ever rented. The pictures do not do it justice. The location is amazing, the kitchen / living area is perfect for large groups. Andy (the host) was amazing to work with and communication was very quick. We had issues with a hurricane pushing our trip back and he worked with us to make sure our trip happened without an issue. Highly recommend staying here.

Fabulous experience with The Belvedere

This property is absolutely stunning! The photos do not do it justice and it is worth every penny! The host, Andy, was also one of the most amazing people to work with! He provided our group many useful tips, was extremely responsive, and met us on site at check in to make sure we understood the features of the property! I cannot recommend this place enough for an incredible stay in 30A!

Spring Break 2024 - Awesome experience

The Belvedere was a home away from home. The location was amazing and the home was exceptional. I would stay again if I ever visit Rosemary Beach. The host was responsive and very accommodating.

Amazing Property

This property was phenomenal. Normally the pictures make the property look bigger than it actually is...but here, it was the opposite and most areas of the home were bigger than expected. We had 20 total guests and never did it feel like we were on top of each other. The location was ideal. The rooftop deck had amazing views and every room was spacious. If we come back with the same group we are FOR SURE renting the property again.

Wonderful location and stunning home!

We loved this location and home! So close to everything and easy to get to the beach. Andy was wonderful to work with. This home was luxurious and meet all our needs. Having the pool on the main level was convenient to watch the kids swim and play for hours. Sunsets from the rooftop were dreamy as well. You won’t be disappointed in your stay.

Beach trip with friends

This property and the service from Andy, the property manager, was simply over the top. Such a wonderful home in a fantastic location. We had 8 people there and could easily have had 8 more. It was luxurious and contemporary and super comfortable Just a perfect spot.

Lovely Property!

You couldn’t ask for a better location. The Belvedere was stunning! It was lovely to walk into such a welcoming home. All the king beds were very comfortable. I was there with 6 other women. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back.

Great Location and Rental - 3 Generations loved it

The property is great and the location can not be beaten. We had 3 generations on property and everyone had a great team with activities onsite and close for all. Would highly recommend and expect that we will rebook for next year.

Great stay and even better location!

Our stay at The Belveder was fantastic! We were at the property of New Years and it accommodated our family very comfortably. The house is laid out so that everyone has privacy and room to spread out. The pool is a great size and very convenient. The location of the property cannot be beat for convenience. No amenity was overlooked. We have already booked another stay!
