Esta es una suite del primer piso ubicada en el vecindario de The Palms, a solo unos minutos a pie de una de las playas más hermosas del mundo, Laguna Beach. Ideal para dos personas, pero con capacidad para cuatro, hay una cama queen y un sofá cama plegable. Hay una piscina comunitaria, bañera de hidromasaje y parrillas de carbón para disfrutar. Hay espectáculos de delfines, Ripley lo crea o no, parques de atracciones, carros, parques acuáticos, buceo, snorkel, motos acuáticas, vida nocturna, todo en el área local. Este es el mejor destino de vacaciones y eso no es exagerado.

Hay una entrada separada después de entrar para acceder a la suite a la izquierda con su propia cerradura. Además de un pequeño pasillo que conduce a la puerta principal, la suite no se comparte con la casa principal, por lo que tendrá total privacidad en la suite. Hay 1 lugar de estacionamiento MAX para la suite. No reserve más de 1 automóvil si reserva a menos que planee estacionarlo fuera del sitio.

After looking at the previous reviews the last couple months i was very concerned. However, it not not near as bad as those reviews. It worked perfect for our family as we dont spend time in the rrom on our vacations anyway. While it was small better for 2 people, we fit just fine. Great location just wanking distance from the beach. The owners were very easy to contact and responded right away with any questions we had.

Never Again

Checked in on Saturday July 1, 2023. Doorknob was about to fall off the door, place smelled horrible (probably from the upstairs condo toilet overflowing and leaking through the ceiling on our bed), I had to push the bed out from under the dripping toilet water from the ceiling for us to sleep and not get wet, nasty condo. Ceiling has multiple water leak damage spots, so this wasn’t a new issue. Property manager offered to bring in new sheets (laughable). I also rent real estate and if my renters endured what we did, I would not charge them. Granted, we normally stay at high end condos on 30 A, but my son had a camp in PCB so I decided to grab a place for my wife and I close to his camp. There were no light bulbs in the overhead fan and only one of the fluorescent lights worked. We left after Tuesday night and went to stay somewhere else. This place MIGHT be suitable for a drunken college student on spring break, but definitely not a professional couple in their 50’s! Total dump and I will never rent a condo from this property owner again.

First the description said 950 sq ft and when I questioned, the owner blamed VRBO. This is not a townhome or 959 sq ft rather a studio of 500 sq ft. The door handle falling off into our hand was a sign of things to come… There was a bag of old food on the back porch for the two days we stayed, owner said it would be discarded and wasn’t while we were there. The place was filthy with what we thought was dust but turned out to be mold. The dehumidifier and tv stand/dresser was hiding the mold. There’s also mold under the kitchenette sink. We provided photos and video to both owner and VRBO. The owner did refund 5 of our 7 nights stay. Was told cleaning fee couldn’t be refunded since we stayed 2 nights, although it wasn’t clean AT ALL!! VRBO stated the mold photo and video was not enough proof provided for them to refund their portion of fees. . NEVER STAY HERE NOR TRUST VRBO TO HAVE YOUR BEST INTEREST. If you have asthma or breathing issues stay away from here. My hubby is a Covid survivor with underlying lung issues. Day 2 he started having issues with breathing which was the same day we found mold and left. This property is not 4.1 stars. We have filed a claim against this property through Florida Health Department and My Florida License. Do your research, there are laws for property owners!!!

Just a few things wrong

The neighbors Tuesday & Wednesday nights were loud and their dog came in our room whenever we opened the door to go out. There were no lightbulbs in the living room light. The pullout couch had dirty socks in it with candy falling out of it. There were cut dirty toenails in the patio. But other than that it was a great place to stay.

Do not waste your time

This place was nasty. The sheets had brown stains on them so I couldn’t sleep. There was trash all over the back patio. There was water leaking in the bathroom & socks were brown from the nasty floor. And the contact will not refund my money. Worse place I have ever stayed.

Unit was misrepresented Dishes in cupboard were put away dirty We washed them all when we got there There were no untensils or pots and pans The floors were dirty Washed them twice ourselves Bed was terrible and sheets and towels were threadbare Pool wasn't usable, full of debris TV worked sometimes Owner should be ashamed to charge a cleaning fee Would NOT recommend

Perfect for a Couple’s Getaway

Hassle-free. 200 steps from beach access (I stepped it off). Close enough to everything (Pier Park) but not too close to where it’s noisy(10 min). I would stay here again. Parking can be tricky, recommend only bringing one vehicle.

Great experience!

This rental was exactly as described! There was a little hiccup with checkin but the stay was great! The location is exactly what we were looking for! Quiet end of PCB but close enough to all the attractions! House was clean and big enough for a group of 4. Will definitely book again!

Quick stay

The property was nice. It was a little hard to find as there is no address listed for this property. Once we got there the check in was easy. The neighbors were a little loud but we were only staying one night so it wasn't to bad. We couldn't go to the pool as there were too many people there. There was a limit for the pool and way too many people. The house was clean and sufficient.

Perfect for the price

We stayed with our two kids and it was perfect for a quick beach trip. The pool was right next door and the beach was a quick walk across the street. The area of beach we were at was not crowded at all. We would stay there again!

Perfect size, great location; needs some cleaning

This unit was the perfect size for the two of us. Great location, close to shopping, across the street from the beach and all the basic amenities. High quality bedding and towels though the mattress really sagged so could use a good topper or replacement and bed frame needs some lubrication. Nothing fancy but pretty good value for the price. There were some areas that need a good cleaning though - areas that just don't get done by a basic surface wipe but would add to the overall clean feeling of the unit. The owner was thorough and responsive to all inquiries and refunded our deposit in a timely manner. Would recommend this unit for anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Great little spot across from the beach

This was perfect for a short little stay during my travel nurse assignment in the area. It's on the west end, close to Inlet Beach but still close enough to the Pier Park shopping area. I wasn't here during a super busy time of summer, but it seems quiet enough that it wouldn't be packed at the beach even during peak season.
