Overall I had to rate this lower simply because the water heater does not work properly. For a 6 night stay we couldn’t take 1 hot shower. I assumed it’s because we had 7 people and maybe we were just running through it but no there is definitely something wrong here. This unit is in a nice location but the water heater HAS to get fixed before it is rented again. For what you pay a hot shower shouldn’t even be a problem to have here. That part was a huge let down. Streaming tv in the living room can only be worked with the remote labeled for the master just fyi.

Property was fantastic! All of the amenities provided everything we needed. The house itself had everything. The Seacrest Beach community staff was so very nice. Any questions during our stay was so timely addressed by our Host (30A Sea Story). Great trip!

My brother, sisters and I met all together for the first time in over 10 years. The house was perfect for us. Lots of space, great kitchen, no bunk beds, awesome location and a perfect screened in front porch. Everyone agreed that we could not have found a better place than this lovely home.

Very prompt communication with owner. Only issue was with internet and a technician came out and worked on it. Service still was off and on. Awesome screened front porch with fans so staying outside was very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen with utensils, pots, pans, spices, etc. Very helpful. Even a crockpot! Very large family gathering room so wonderful for a large group. TVs in all rooms. Excellent choice and close to pool and the “circle” of shops. Property has 4 good bikes.

Very spacious, great location. Comfortable furnishings. Enjoyed the screened in front porch, we kept towels and beach bags out there and that kept the sand out of the house.

Spent 6 nights at coastal brakes with four adults and two children (ages 2 and 4). Property was very close to both the beach and pool (awesome, resort-style). Had a blast - thank you!

Our third time to Seacrest Beach. This is a nice, well equipped one story house. It is a short walk to the pool and a tram stop is only one house away. We enjoyed our time there!

This was a spacious and cozy house that by design encouraged social gathering! We had a truly great time here and everyone had a spot to relax. We loved biking the town and enjoying the local restraints & breweries!

We had a wonderful stay at Coastal Brakes for our annual girl's tennis trip at the beach. We were 6 ladies and the house was perfect! We had plenty of towels, space to spread out, beds were extremely comfortable, and we loved that it was one level - no stairs to climb! It rained a good bit of the time we stayed so we had plenty of time to use the screened porch. It was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy coffee, wine, games, and friendly chatter with friends! We'll definitely stay again!

We stayed at Coastal Brakes for a week and it was a wonderful stay. The beach was not very close to walk for our grandma at the heat of August so we used tram system to the beach and back. The beach was crowded and we didn’t get first row umbrella with chairs during our stay even at 8am in the morning we were offered third row only. But that was ok. The swimming pool is close to the house, it was surprisingly cold in August. We have been to Rosemary for the spring break and the water was cold in this pool. Same in August. Maybe because of the rains. It was raining a lot and the gulf was rough with algae for the whole week of our stay. We loved the layout of the house, it’s all one level, renovated, nice, beautiful house with everything you need. One thing I thought would be helpful, there was no brushing pan for the floor no where to be found to clean some sand at floor under the decorative table at the entrance. And there was no comforters for beds, it was cold to sleep at night. Thank you, - Svetlana Alpharetta GA

Perfect house for our families. Liked having everything on one level. Loved the screened in porch! Easy access to beach and pool as well as “downtown” area. All the different porches and picnic tables would have been awesome in cooler weather. Would definitely stay here again.

We all enjoyed the house a lot. The location was perfect, so close to the pool. LOVED the porch! We had one issue with the air conditioner which was fixed within a few hours after calling the office. The sofa bed was difficult to use because of the sofa covers but the rollaway bed was great. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

This home was perfect for our family of six plus an infant. The home was beautiful and was fully equipped. The neighborhood pool was exceptional. We were able to walk to the beach but often took the shuttle. It was great to have the bikes provided. We really enjoyed biking to nearby Rosemary Beach. We highly recommend this property.
