  • Mi casa está ubicada en el corazón de Thomas Drive, justo enfrente de las arenas blancas y las aguas color esmeralda de Panama City Beach. La casa cuenta con 3 dormitorios y 3 baños. Una de las habitaciones y baños se encuentra en la planta baja para aquellos que no quieren subir las escaleras. La casa tiene televisores de pantalla plana y una gran área de cubierta trasera con mucho espacio para reuniones sociales. La piscina también es una gran característica. Tiene 16 pies de largo, 8 pies de ancho y 4 pies de profundidad con chorros de mensajes y mucho espacio para todos. Mi casa está completamente equipada con todas las sábanas y utensilios que pueda necesitar. Ven y quédate, te garantizaré que te encantará el alojamiento.

Our 2nd stay here and it was perfect again very clean and comfortable. Swimspa was very clean and relaxing. Perfect for a family not wanting to eat out constantly big furnished kitchen is always nice to have and it’s only 1 block away from the beach love this place and will definitely be coming back!

Loved it!!

Our family rented both sides of this property and we loved it. Great location and the pool was a nice bonus. We will definitely stay here again!!

Home away from home

This property is so well maintained. The owner, Jason, always makes sure everything is in order and that his guests can relax and enjoy every minute of what PCB has to offer! I have been staying here for the past 4-5 years, and will continue to do so because I know I will not have to worry about anything while I’m here! Another wonderful vacation in the books!

Great week

The property is a great rental in a less traffic area of the beach. It was easy to get in and out of. Was surprised at the lack of breakfast restaurants in the area however.

Honeymoon Stay

We had a great time for our honeymoon stay! House was very nice & the hot tub was even nicer. We had neighbors & it still felt like we had our privacy. Even grilled out different fish one of our nights. Definitely would recommend to anyone and if you have a bigger family this can be your place too it was very roomy

Wondercation 2022!

From before our arrival to our departure, our host (Jason Phillips) was beyond the best we've ever worked with! He made sure our stay and our house was well taken care of. Great location, wonderful amenities, and all around a beautiful home! We're already talking about next year's visit and trying to get both A and B side! Thanks for everything!

ocean view was nice even though it was a sliver, the place was very clean, the owner pays very close attention to detail. location was fantastic especially if you are a family with young kids, everything you need to be near is close to you. We enjoyed fishing and watching the dolphins at dolphin boat ramp, we played alot at the jetties of st andrews state park, we did so much using this home as a base of operations, the full kitchen was nice so we didnt have to eat out for every meal and the layout of the place was well thought out. Thank you jason for letting us stay in your home , we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it and it honestly didnt last long enough!! I will say this the description of the home says new, but infact it isnt new. maybe newly renovated? idk i believe that description of the place is inaccurate. (not a gripe just an observation.)

2nd stay

This was our second stay at this property and we chose it because our ticks all the boxes. The walk to the beach takes very little time however many drivers choose not to heed the crosswalks. This could be dangerous for families with young kids. The house is perfect for our family, parents of 4 grown boys. They loved the hot tub and just hanging out. We ate in most nights as the kitchen is great. We will definitely choose this unit next time we are in PCB.

Beautiful beach house

Me and my family enjoyed our stay in this beautiful beach house. Very spacious and super clean. Just enough parking. My favorite part was the privacy in the back with the pool/spa. We did have to call Jason(owner) once about the spa because we didn’t know how to operate it. Should have been common sense but you know lol. He was very helpful and even came to clean the filters out for us. I would stay here again. Five stars from me. Definitely recommend

Fantastic!

This is the third time we have stayed at one of Jason’s properties and it was a fantastic time as usual! The home was spotless upon arrival and had everything we needed for a week at the beach. Jason is extremely friendly, and attentive to his properties if anything needs to be taken care of he will get it done as quickly as possible. Before our trip he called to make sure we received all of our check in information and make sure we didn’t have any last minute questions. There is a public beach access that is less than a 5 minute walk and you will have your toes in the sand. Highly recommend renting one of these properties, we will for sure be back for a fourth trip!

We had a wonderful time. Very accommodating and very clean. The pool was a big plus. Yes, we would definitely stay here again!!

Great place!

The house was really nice and clean and just a short walk to the beach! We all enjoyed the pool/hot tub and deck patio area. The kitchen had all the pots/pans/utensils needed to make a nice meal, whether cooking inside or grilling out. The only issue we had was with a couple of the bedroom tv's, which we weren't concerned about as we spend most of our time outdoors, but Jason came over right away to try and resolve the problem for us. Thank you for responding so quickly :) This was a great place to stay, would definitely recommend it!

Great place to stay!

Had a great time here. It was our 2nd trip to PCB. I'm already planning a trip back to this location. Hoping I can stay here again. I need both A and B apartment's next time going to bring the whole family next time.

The house was wonderful but the hot tub was the star of the show. Very quiet area with convenient beach access. We will definitely book again.

Really amazing place to stay!

Close to a beach and other activities. The only (slight) inconvenience was that the supplies were not plentiful that we were expecting (shampoo, dish soap, garbage bags etc.) Fortunately there was several dollar general stores nearby to purchase what we needed. The hot tub was a great amenity that we used every day!!

Thanksgiving get away

The house was great! Lots of room and stocked so we could cook Thanksgiving dinner! The spa is amazing!! Fantastic location with a great view!

Family Vacation

The property was large enough to comfortably house myself, my wife, our three children, my mother and stepfather. The location is perfect for going out and walking to the beach. The hot tub pool is a perfect addition and must have for relaxing in the morning and evening. If we set PCB as the destination for our next vacation we will see about booking here again.
