Nice property for a family of our size (Grandparents, special-needs son, daughter-husband and three grandchildren.) Even a bit large for our needs. The proximity to the beach with small children was great, and once we got in synch with the recommended beach rental outfit, that all worked out well. We didn't make use of the nearby swimming pool, as it wasn't heated.
The short walk to Rosemary Beach village area was used every day. Grocery stores, short drive. The property might feel crowded once the two vacant lots on each side are built-out, but we enjoyed the extra spatial feeling. The parking pad was an unexpected high quality item. We only had two vehicles, but parking 4 cars there wouldn't even have felt crowded.
The kitchen was reasonably well-outfitted, a couple of the fry pans have gotten beat-up, and need to be replaced. It was great having a large sub-zero fridge, plus a beverage fridge, AND a wine fridge. A gas cooktop would be a welcome property investment, especially before they are banned. The electric one is hard to clean, and hard to use. Wine glasses, a constant needed investment. Good quality knives and flatware.
The outdoor propane grill, what to say ... you get what you pay for I guess. Char Broil grills are a cheap brand, overall. A rental property of this caliber (and cost) should invest in a better grill brand.
