Great outdoor spaces and perfect for our girls weekend - we had one issue with a shower draining but they had workers out within hours to fix for us.

Fantastic location with nice pool

Spent spring break with our daughter and one of her friends. Great location that was an easy walk to the beach and offering at rosemary beach. The pool and hot tub were fantastic to hang around in the late afternoon / early evening.

The outdoor space had so many different, comfortable spaces which we loved. The location is just a couple blocks from the beach and very convenient to downtown Rosemary and the gym/tennis courts.

The outdoor space of this home is great, multiple places to hang out. A short walk to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, but does not have any basic spices, foil, etc. one roll of paper towels. The house could use some interior painting, but overall was nice. Biggest complaint, no beach towels or anything for the beach. Had to go to CVS and buy 4 towels that cost 80. I have never stayed in a beach house with out beach towels.

One wrinkle is that section of 30A is a bit more...lively than other sections just a bit further north or south so that’s a consideration.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house has a lot of space including the cottage house. It was clean and spacious and has a lot of amenities. It’s not a bad rental but it would have better when the weather is hot/warm. The pool heater was out even though we paid in advance, it was replaced but towards the end of our stay, the management company didn’t set the jets on our suggested schedule, the fire pit had a gas leak, etc. there were maintenance issues which put a damper on the rental but in working order it should be a great selection.

Great house close to beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed on 30A at several rentals in years past and this one did not disappoint. The carriage house was included and proved to be accommodating for my parents who joined us during our week. It gave them privacy and added quiet if they wanted to turn in early. The main house was clean and well-appointed. The pool was a bit smaller than we’ve had at previous rentals, but served its purpose and was great! I was initially nervous about noise level as the property backs right to 30A, but it was surprisingly very quiet. The location is a quick walk to the beach and walkable to all the shops and restaurants at Rosemary we love. We strolled the summer farmers market on Sunday and bought some great local items. Such a great stay and we highly recommend this property! The management is also very responsive should any questions arise.

Comfortable home

Reviewer Comments: We selected this home because it was a quick walk/bike to the beach, had a very small pool with hot tub, an outdoor fireplace (which we did not use) and a gas fire pit. The kitchen is nice to cook in if you like to cook. The appliances were adequate—could be more high end but the kitchen is well equipped. It has lovely outdoor seating off of the kitchen and also a small sitting area off of the living room and comfortable sofas just outside the front door (which is around the pool/hot tub area. The loft room above the kitchen would be okay for anyone that did not mind to take the stairs down to the bathroom/shower which is off of the kitchen. This house was comfortable for us, conveniently located but the one room on the main level does get road noise from the traffic on the Main Street. We had a 10 day stay and it would have been great to have had a mid-stay clean included or the house have some cleaning items so we could have done it ourselves. All in all, it was a great stay. In regards to our check-in, it would have been nice that they call us and allow us to check-in slightly early but the maintenance people had a couple of “minor” things to complete. Given that it wasn’t high season, we were hopeful that they would have called us. Again, we enjoyed the home/location.

We loved the house! Plenty of room. Great location! I really loved how easy it was to communicate with the rental company. And thank you so much for sending cleaners in the middle of the week!! The pool was well taken care of and clean. A few things we wish were there were beach towels, and extra blankets. Also it would be helpful if you gave suggestions where we could donate leftover paper supplies and unopened food etc. we ended up taking ours to some locals who own a store down the street.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We visited the Acqua cottage in June 2022 with our four teenage children - first visit to RB. Looked at many 30A rentals and picked this one based on proximity to the beach and fitness center (both 5 minute walks), as well as the private pool. Location was great! Although the pool was small (which is typical in RB) it was a wonderful feature. Nice to come back from the beach and relax in the pool. House worked out very well. Appreciated the many balconies and outdoor spaces. House generally well furnished and was very clean when we arrived. A/C worked well. Guest house was also very nice. 3rd floor BR does not have a 3rd floor Bathroom as noted in other reviews - need to use the kitchen bath which was fine for us but may not be ideal for others. Beach was lovely and we borrowed boogie boards that were at the house to play in the waves. Management company was very quick to respond to small issues (air in bike tires needed, lost beach pass). Would definitely consider renting this house again!

The location is within walking distance to several great restaurants and is a very short walk to beach access (Walkover D), which makes it really convenient when traveling with kids. The house is clean, updated, and appropriately furnished with everything we needed during our stay. Would definitely recommend!

My wife, daughter and mother in law all stayed in the main house and it was a great space. I used the carriage house as an office space. We didn't use the upstairs bedroom in the main house so we could see how that wouldn't fit everyone's lifestyle with no door or bathroom up there but it was a perfect space for us and we loved the pool and firepit. Location is great and a quick walk to everything! We will definitely look to stay here again! thanks!

The pool and outdoor area was fantastic and well used. Beds were comfortable, everything went fine. A couple of things for future renters..the "loft" bedroom (king) has no bedroom door and narrow steps to the room. Also must use the bath in the kitchen, no bathroom is up there. It would be tough to have young children use that room. The master and other king are on the lower level/pool level. I was surprised that it is called a bedroom. Also Rosemary only gives you 3 access cards for the beach/pool even with more guests renting the house. So that becomes an issue, they will not give you any extra. We accidently lost the card and we got quickly charged the $100. We had a great trip and nice stay, perfect location of the house. But wanted to make sure a future renter is aware of a couple of things. Otherwise, a really nice house/location/area.

2021 Girls Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is in a GREAT location. Less that a five min walk to the beach and 5-10 min walk to shops. The home was clean and spacious. And stocked with all the necessary cooking accessories with the exception of spices, oils and such. The beds are super comfy as well. Because we were visiting during IDA and could not go to the beach everyday, we really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and outdoor fireplaces. However, we were never able to get the Hot tub to work and they wanted to charge me 25.00 daily to "heat" the hot tub. Isnt a hot tub "supposed' to be "HOT"?? As it states in the description that a "HOT" tub comes with the home?? Just a couple things we were not prepared for, not a lot of extra towels, hand towels and wash cloths. The home only comes with 3 bikes. So bring extra bikes or be prepared to rent them. The whole house media required a college degree to use. Property Managment came by on our 3rd day to show us how to use the remote. Apparently everything had to be "rebooted". Also, the loft bedroom does NOT have a bathroom, which was a HUGE inconvenience. The bathroom that you would use with that bedroom is right in the middle of the kitchen and was very VERY tiny as was the bathroom downstairs in the 2nd bedroom. I would also argue that the home needs a DEEP cleaning and updating of some furniture. On a positive note, 30A Luxury Vactions is wonderful to work with.
