“Lovely time, easy walk to marina”

“This property was amazing we had so much fun! The location is incredible, walkable to everything! Restaurants, bars, shopping and Whole Foods is literally next door and they have a ton of hot food! We ate there a few times. The host was extremely responsive to any questions or needs! The unit had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Urban vibesSo many mixed feelings about this place. We are locals who stayed for a few weeks due to home remodel. Very busy area with great restaurants and coffee options within a stone's throw. Immediate responses from host/management company but unfortunately AC was broken on day 1 was never repaired despite me waiting for technician on 4 separate days. If more than 2 people are staying in the apartment, eating and watching TV is logistically difficult given layout. ”

“It was very nice, the place suit the occasion. However, I won’t expect to really get much rest during the summer time visits….i didn’t know it was such a high traffic party area it didn’t get quiet until after 2 am.”

“My friend and I didn’t sleep at all for 2 nights because of the loud bar underneath. The music was so loud, even ear plugs didn’t help. I think there needs to be some transparency in regard to this when booking. The bed mattress was very uncomfortable; felt a bar or wood slat in my back both nights. Had to lay across the top of the bed. The pillows are very flat. The parking situation is very poor. You have to find space on the street where there very rarely is any. We had to walk very far to...

“Was okay a little pricey for a little apartment. Does not have central air but a split unit in living room, shower only had overhead sprayer, kitchen could have been more appropriately stocked. Location was perfect for what we had planned and relatively quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are not particularly quiet if you are a light sleeper and sleep in.”

“We really enjoyed our stay! It was easy to get to everywhere around San Diego and we could walk to restaurants and some shops. Parking was great and check out process was super simple which is nice.”

“Host was super responsive for anything, the apartment itself was awesome. Great space, large apartment to be able to spread out & relax. Enjoyed the balcony view the most!”

“Check in was easy. We were having trouble downloading a Canva link for instructions from the messaging board. The host eventually sent a pdf of it. The place was clean and cozy. Quiet time was at 10pm-7am. We arrived back on Sunday and the upstairs tenant tuned the place into a night club. Teens were loud coming in and out of the gate. Gate was left open through the night. The host said he will address it. No other parties happened after that night. Most of our stay was quiet except for that....

“The property was beautifully decorated and extremely clean and well appointed. We were walkable to many great restaurants, shops and breweries in the North Park neighborhood. We would stay here again and the parking garage access is a great feature for anyone with a car. The bed was comfortable and all of the rooms were spacious. A great find for this area!”
