“We stayed for 5 weeks in January and February. For 2, the house was overly grand. We chose it for the view and in off season it was fantastic.The weather was too cool to enjoy the pool but we did get to sit outside for a few lunches. Mostly, we just enjoyed the view of the sea from most every window.The house was adequately equipped but we ended up adding a few essentials for our needs like a teapot, spatulas, whisk, and a few other items to make our stay more comfortable. “This was a surprise booking to treat my family to a beautiful villa with a to die for view with a pool and all the amenities. We wish we had more time but 4 days was extra special. Our thanks to Allesio and Giorgio for taking good care of us. We highly recommend! By the way, the listing says zero bathrooms when we booked originally. Actually there are 4 that are ensuite plus many WC's and extra bathrooms elsewhere. First Class! Wish the elevator worked, but didn't spoil the stay one bit.”

“We had a great week at this flat in Cap d’Nice. It is charming with the mosaic floors, high ceilings and your own direct access to jump into the Mediterranean! We had a couple of issues during the week. One was solved fast, the other was disruptive and took time to solve but in the end was resolved effectively. We would rent again with the prime location and charm of the flat. ”

“My family of 6 stayed here over New Years. Everything was exactly as advertised. Even though the property was a little out of Nice central, which we liked, it was easy to get Uber anytime and have them pick you up at route11 as they can do a U-turn. That’s about a 1 min walk. The same is true for any tours you do. The views are incredible, and a supermarket is a short walk away. The kitchen has both a nespresso machine as well as a regular drip coffee maker. Ubicación y comodidad

"El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación. Tienen a una cuadra un parking de fácil acceso. La habitación que tuvimos fue una triple, amplia y muy cómoda. Todo bien cuidado, limpia, la vista era directamente a la iglesia de la acera de enfrente, y ya que estábamos en el piso 5 la vista era linda. La atención de Nizar a nuestra llegada fue excepcional, muy amable nos ayudó a instalarnos y sentirnos bienvenidos a pesar que llegamos muy tarde al check in. La distancia de todas las principales actividades de la ciudad están a pocos minutos a pie desde el hotel. "

Excelente localizacion

"La localizacion del hotel es de primera, y cerca de muchos lugares turisticos, tren y restaurantes. La bienvenida y despedida no ron para nada acogedoras. La joven en el counter me indico que me cobrarian el tax de la ciudad y no me indico la cantidad. Tuve que preguntarle y aun asi me respondio con un numero general. Ni las gracias recibi por el caballero al momento fe hacer check out. Fue muy poco cortes. La cama fue muy dura e incomoda. Los "springs" Del mattress me ocasionaban dolor y en las mañanas me levantaba adolorida. Me quede 2 semanas y tuve que solicitar que me cambiaran las sabanas a la semana. La habitacion quedaba al interior cosa que no me molesto porque no tuve ruidos para dormir. Habia agua 24 horas."
