“We stayed for 5 weeks in January and February. For 2, the house was overly grand. We chose it for the view and in off season it was fantastic.The weather was too cool to enjoy the pool but we did get to sit outside for a few lunches. Mostly, we just enjoyed the view of the sea from most every window.The house was adequately equipped but we ended up adding a few essentials for our needs like a teapot, spatulas, whisk, and a few other items to make our stay more comfortable. “Jean Pierre was absolutely wonderful, the villa is more gorgeous in person and the view is unreal. The layout was great, the AC worked perfectly. It is not somewhere you can really walk, Ubers are expensive into town but come quickly. Would 100% stay again. Chartered the boat for a day which was the highlight of our trip! ”

“This was a surprise booking to treat my family to a beautiful villa with a to die for view with a pool and all the amenities. We wish we had more time but 4 days was extra special. “The house is absolutely gorgeous and Delia was a responsive, helpful host. We had no issues getting access to the property upon arrival. The home was well suited for our party of 12. Everyone had comfortable accommodations and there were plenty of bathrooms. The outdoor space is amazing. We opted to cook one night and just enjoy the house. “We had a great week at this flat in Cap d’Nice. It is charming with the mosaic floors, high ceilings and your own direct access to jump into the Mediterranean! We had a couple of issues during the week. One was solved fast, the other was disruptive and took time to solve but in the end was resolved effectively. We would rent again with the prime location and charm of the flat. ”

“My family of 6 stayed here over New Years. Everything was exactly as advertised. Even though the property was a little out of Nice central, which we liked, it was easy to get Uber anytime and have them pick you up at route11 as they can do a U-turn. That’s about a 1 min walk. The same is true for any tours you do. The views are incredible, and a supermarket is a short walk away. The kitchen has both a nespresso machine as well as a regular drip coffee maker. “BEWARE! DO NOT BOOK! THE OWNER NEVER CONTACTED US TO GIVE US KEYS OR INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHECK IN!! After several attempts to reach him (he wouldn't answer phone calls or emails) VBRO had to cancel our reservation an hour before check in, after we had been traveling for 20 hours and then we did not have a place to stay. Had to find last minute hotel not in the area we wanted to stay. ”

“Fantastic house! Views are stunning, house has everything you could possibly need. Pool is great! You can walk into Nice, it is about a 35 minute walk downhill, coming back will take a little longer due to being uphill but is manageable. We will definitely stay here again. ”
