“Awesome house for large groups on top a hill, secured. Laundry doesn't work, rats at night but keep everything locked and you're good! Beautiful place in general the owner of this place must have been a happy guy while at home. If you got a feeling for old stuff come to this house. If you're picky about your place to stay the stay away. I would recommend this house 100 %. Vibes”

“Great villa in wonderful town. Modern decor that was comfortable, clean, and useful for 4 adults. One level/bedroom not used. Incredible views from lovely decks.Great interaction with host and son. Son helped us move in and responded quickly to a tiny mechanical glitch.Pool is tiny---size of hot tub but not heated like hot tub----would be good as plunge pool in hot weather---not clear in pics on website.Great brasserie and patisserie and boulangerie and grocery store within easy walk...

“Fabulous terrace overlooking the entire bay!Comfortable home on steep hill. Not ADA friendly as there are steps for first two bedrooms and second set of bedrooms are not connected to main space. Only 2 bathrooms(1 full, 1 toilet only and 1 shower). Additional, per bed Linen charges came as a surprise and beds are very ( extra, extra)firm. While pilows were not too fluffy (not at all).Staying here was like stepping in time, to prewar era. It is beautiful and simple and very peaceful. The rooms...

“This was a surprise booking to treat my family to a beautiful villa with a to die for view with a pool and all the amenities. We wish we had more time but 4 days was extra special. Our thanks to Allesio and Giorgio for taking good care of us. We highly recommend! By the way, the listing says zero bathrooms when we booked originally. Actually there are 4 that are ensuite plus many WC's and extra bathrooms elsewhere. First Class! Wish the elevator worked, but didn't spoil the stay one bit.”

We chose it for the view and in off season it was fantastic.The weather was too cool to enjoy the pool but we did get to sit outside for a few lunches. “The house is absolutely gorgeous and Delia was a responsive, helpful host. We had no issues getting access to the property upon arrival. The home was well suited for our party of 12. Everyone had comfortable accommodations and there were plenty of bathrooms. The outdoor space is amazing. We opted to cook one night and just enjoy the house.
