Villas en Parada de tranvía Opera - Vieille Ville

“A fantastic villa perfect for our girls trip away. Convenient to Nice and the surrounding area with a bus stop right across the road if you wish to use public transport. The host was fantastic and met us on arrival. We couldn’t of asked for a more perfect villa - we would definitely recommend, thank you Elodie!”

“Fantastic house! Views are stunning, house has everything you could possibly need. Pool is great! You can walk into Nice, it is about a 35 minute walk downhill, coming back will take a little longer due to being uphill but is manageable. We will definitely stay here again. ”

“Blessed with wonderful weather, we spent a lot of our time in the gorgeous outside space. The views from the garden and pool were spectacular and the outdoor barbeque, kitchen and dining areas were enjoyed by all. The villa is spacious if a bit cluttered, a home rather just a rental unit. The stairs were a bit challenging and the upper staircase would be improved by a handrail. Our teenager loved her own space with the home theatre. Only real problems for us were the approach roads...

“A 100 years old art deco villa with the best views of Nice and a private access to the sea that makes you feel more special than arriving by private jet or by a well-kept vintage 20 feet sailing boat. Just have a glass of Pol Roger Champagne on the terrace and watch the sun set far behind the lights at the Quai des Anglais.”

“Wonderful stay in a really special place. Superb spot and great layout, pool etc. friendly welcome and great communications. Would recommend and will book again”

“Host was friendly, helpful, and responsive. Home was beautiful, and in a beautiful location.”
