It is getting renovated, but the essentials are still open- pool which most of the time we had to ourselves. Property is off grid so some issues with hot water that were rectified. We’re told we would have daily house keeping, which didn’t happen once, but we were ok with the washing machine. If we had asked, I’m sure it would have been provided. Accessing the tours and using the river was a highlight for our family. - no fly...

Great staff providing great service - well above and beyond - particularly Monith Kumar on the night of the storm. Beach bar close - great Thai restaurant just up the hill and a very relaxed feel. Loved the rooftop kitchen/bar which provides a view that is unsurpassed. Monith’s curries cannot be missed….To quote a very famous actor…. “We will be Back!””
