Property surrounded by new, high fence, so I felt safe. Quiet, except for neighbors' dogs who occasionally have bark fests. But these are infrequent and not loud. “This cute space was just enough for our two days in Tucson. (Family of 4) It’s 20 minutes away from convention center/ arena. The kitchen and bathroom has all your basic needs. Everything was clean and organized . Communication with the host was efficient . The couch does fold down into a bed but probably for someone on the smaller side . Stairs going up to the loft bed are steep. Our kids slept downstairs and husband and I slept upstairs . ”
