Nicely decorated, kitchen basics, comfortable furniture, big bedrooms and a great location. Patio was a peaceful way to enjoy coffee and book in the morning - it faces the nature preserve and has easy access to walking trails. Close to the pool as well. State park, restaurants and more within a short drive”

“This studio was perfectly set up for a solo few days in Tucson. I loved being just blocks from the streetcar into downtown and a delicious grocery/pizza spot. The hosts were very communicative. The laundry machines were brand new, and the bathroom and kitchen were stocked with everything I needed. Would definitely recommend!”

“This was my 2nd stay here, also rented in May '23. House is just as described, copper plated on the outside, mid century modern and minimalist on the inside. Comfortable bed, and very comfortable couch where I took several naps. Beautiful, tree covered yard with an outdoor patio set where I ate several meals. This area is lit up with low-voltage outdoor lighting in the evenings, so you can enjoy it after dark. 5 minute walk to the #1 bus, which will get you downtown in approximately 20 to 25...

“I will continue to try to book this property. The linens are high quality, shower is hot with great water product, personal care products are nice. The front courtyard with firepit is lovely. It is quiet and the hosts quickly respond to any texts. Parking is in the private courtyard right outside the front door. Lovely spot.”
