Apartamentos en Sur de Arizona

“My favorite place to stay when I visit Tempe. Staff is very friendly and ensure we are comfortable. Very clean rooms.”

“Great little spot close to awesome restaurants and convenient to the University of Arizona. Truly charming area and great hosts.”

“Overall really enjoyed my stay. The casita had most of the things I would need. I wish the shower was a bit bigger cause it was hard to shower without getting mg hair wet. Just to note there is no door between the kitchen and bathroom. Also for longer stays there was not a good place to work on my laptop. Overall great experience.”

“Muy bonita casa, es una excelente opción cuando vas en familia”

“Had such an incredible birthday weekend here with my friends! The owner was very lovely, kind and helpful! The atmosphere of the property was very cozy with an incredible kitchen space & beautiful bathroom. Location is perfect as well for those who want to shop and go out for a bite. Thank you so much!”

“The room was nice, clean, and bigger than I was expecting. I’d return.”

“Thank you so much for a great stay! The home was clean and the environment was very safe and comfortable. Hosts were extremely helpful and communicative, and always let me know when other guests were arriving in the main house, or when maintenance was stopping by. Thanks again!”

“Easy spot for those needing a no-fuss stay near Tucson Convention Center, nothing wasted or missing really noticed here.”

“Outstanding rental, wonderful host and nice location. Thank you, I will be returning and referring this hotel.”

“My few nights here met all basic needs without any complications.”

“Nice clean place in a decent part of town, with all the essentials. Well maintained. As listing states, there are a few transients in the area, but they don't loiter or congregate. It doesn't have the vibe of a sketchy neighborhood at all. I'd definitely stay here again. Heck, I'd feel comfortable moving to and living here.”

“Three adults fit comfortably here without feeling cramped at all. We liked having microwaves in each room so everyone could make quick meals or reheat leftovers easily.”

“This spot offers excellent value with modern features and a pool without costing too much!”

“The stay met expectations just like other places I've been, dependable and comfortable throughout without surprises or issues at all.”

“Well worth the money. We really enjoyed the stay. Pool could have been a little cleaner as it had some degree at the bottom. But it didn’t stop the fun. It was nice, cool and refreshing. Would stay here again.”
