“easy process to book and communicate with host. Condo was comfortable for 2 people.”

“This condo was perfect for us! It had a lot of upgrades that made it even better such as the rain shower head and the air purifier.”

“Loved the bikes and location to everything. We were comfortable and had all we needed for the beach too.”

“We had an amazing stay at this beach condo! The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the beach with breathtaking ocean views. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the balcony was the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee and evening sunsets. The property was quiet, well maintained, and the amenities were excellent. “Beautiful spot with a short, easy walk to the beach. Hosts were very responsive and you can tell they actually care about people’s stay, and not just some company/someone who has 300 vrbos just trying to make money. The personal reviews of local restaurants/activities was nice to help someone new to the area. Can not recommend enough!”

“This condo has a nice view, but that's about all it has going for it. It's very small...I think it would be too crowded for more than 2 people. It was adequately furnished, but the sofa, chair, and footstools were badly stained. The bed was comfy, but there was a bad odor in the apt. The property management company was pleasant to deal with.”

“Gated community with free parking and direct beach access.”

“Great communication and smooth check-in process! Convenient location and easy access to the beach!”

“We had an excellent visit. The unit was very clean well stock with supplies and fit our needs perfect perfectly.”

“Everything was as listed in the details/pictures, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A short walk to the pool and beach, comfy bed, beautiful balcony view, delicious snow cones- what more could you want? Rob was amazing to work with, he was very responsive and helpful throughout booking and our stay. We would love to come back!”

“The place is immaculate and the location is excellent.”

“Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay. Communication was excellent with the owner. Lots of updates have been done to this unit as we have stayed in others that weren’t as updated. Probably could use a new sleeper sofa.”

“Perfect location for a relaxing long weekend! Walking distance to coligny shops and restaurants but away from the busyness of the public beach area. Great view of the ocean and wildlife from the balcony! A few bucks, doe and fawn visited frequently! Highly recommend this property and would stay here again!”

“Excellent place to stay. Wonderful communication with the host. Very easy to check in and check out. Access to the beach was quick and painless.Be aware- there is only one small elevator in the building and it is located at the opposite end of the building from the unit. The unit is on the 2nd floor, not including ground floor. Carrying items up the stairs is a bit of a task.Awesome place to stay!!!”

“Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Host was so proactive it didn't really require any interaction. All was as expected in condo. 3rd floor mid building. Decent beach view. We'll stocked. Bikes are a huge plus and as good as any you'd rent. Bed is on the soft side, and a king.”
