“Great for entertaining indoor & out. Didn’t get to use kayaks or fishing poles due to rain but available. Quiet neighborhood within easy drive of Orlando & surrounding attractions. . Only negative was soap available at a couple at a couple bathrooms but not kitchen or all bathrooms so would bring soap & extra towels. Would recommend.”

“Home was exactly as described in listing. Manager was quick to respond to any questions we had. Home was in a great location, convenient to many state parks, beaches and restaurants. It was in a great location for a central Florida vacation. It was close to Blue Springs, Wekiwa Springs and Rock Springs at Kelly Park. We also took day trips to Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach and Canaveral National Seashore. We are a family of 8 including 3 teenagers and grandparents. The home was a great layout...

“We loved the home! Very clean and had everything you’d need to just show up and cook dinner with groceries you brought. Beautiful sunroom and fenced in yard. Ceiling fans were great in all rooms. Washer and dryer made it easy to handle laundry. I would definitely stay again! You should, too! Great location near food, grocery store and pharmacy. Short rides to multiple beaches and Deland.”

“Three of us were in town to play in a local tennis tournament. The house was impeccably clean, spacious, and upscale. Beautiful backyard. Provided a comfy experience that you don't get at a hotel. The owner was always easily accessible when booking and throughout the stay. Easy check-in and checkout. Would love to stay there again next time in town.”

“Beautiful property in a nice neighborhood. The house is well decorated, modern and clean. Everything we needed was available and great quality (towels, linens, dishes, utensils, etc). We truly enjoyed our morning coffee on the lanai. Peaceful and serene. Location is great, only a short drive to downtown DeLand, or any restaurant or big box store you may need. Can’t say enough great things about this wonderful property!”

“We were a party of 9 Friends and stayed 5 nights in this wonder house by the river. Got absolutely flashed when entering first time. In- and Outside Areas are much bigger than it seems on the pictures. Had amazing evenings in the Patio at the gas firepit. Location is quiet and peaceful but not too far from shops and restaurants and also some Nature Parks and Springs. Host Kahui responds very quick to messages, thanks again for that. We would book again without a doubt. Thanks for having us!”

“This property is one of the nicest we have stayed. The sunrises over the lake were beautiful and even though it is a catch and release lake the fishing was pretty good and fun. The house was very clean and extremely well provisioned. There was an airshow at Sanford airport while we were there and the planes flew over the property. i communicated with the owner before we started our stay and he was very helpful. We had no need to contact him during our stay. We completely enjoyed our time there.”

“It was a bit tricky to find as it is on a side road not the actual address of the main house but mission accomplished-I found it. I was happy to off the busy main road. I found everything easily and enjoyed my stay. I never saw the host or had any communication other than via email thru VRBO. I would recommend this as it was very well appointed and clean.”
