“Old FL style cottage in quiet neighborhood right off Hwy 98 with lots of privacy. Other pros: super cute, the furniture is comfortable enough, LOVED the big screen porch off the back, has a fire pit too. Good responses to issues from property management.Heads up: the water must have lots of minerals, and thus it stains everything a rusty color! And the kitchen is SMALL.Cons: It cleary hadn't been checked recently before my stay, so there were some issues at first. The toilet was VERY stained...

“We loved the location--close to public beach access and very peaceful. And we were very appreciative that Suncoast accommodated our two dogs; they had a great time! Overall the house was nice, well-laid out, well-appointed and comfortable. However, the air conditioning didn't cool the house very well, and the linens (sheets and towels) weren't very soft; if those things were improved, no complaints. Check-in/out was a breeze.”

“We enjoyed our stay hear. Unfortunately the weather was not very good for our stay but we can't blame anyone but mother nature. The couch could use an upgrade as it wasn't very comfortable. If the weather had been nicer we wouldn't have used it as much. We thought the place was right on the beach. It's only across the street but I thought it was right on. Overall it was a nice place.”

“The setup was great as far as the rooms go, the kitchen was great. The dining room table was large and well suited for our group, four adults and five children. The porch space was great as well, plenty of space for the kids to play and the adults to relax. The one thing that would be an improvement is if there were more rugs inside to reduce the amount of sand tracked into the house.”

“Awesome experience. The house was fantastic. We booked it for two nights and really wished we'd booked longer. Situation is perfect, the island is incredible. Kids loved the pool. Laundry facilities were really welcome (we were over from the UK at the midway point of a long trip around the Southeastern US). Everything we needed was in place. Such a short walk to the beach. Such a short walk to great, well priced, restaurants and bars. Really comfortable beds. Also, comms with the management...

“We LOVED this place. It was everything we expected and more! Comfy, close to everything, clean, private, and had everything we needed. We had a place booked for next year but cancelled 2 days into our stay here so we could rebook with Glen and Lawson. If you want fancy don't stay here.. but if you want to walk in and feel right at home at a very reasonable and affordable price..this is your place! Thanks a bunch to our fabulous hosts!!!”

“A simple cabin with good privacy, well appointed for basic needs. We were there fishing and just needed a place to sleep and this was a great spot to come back to each day after getting off the water. It’s small, simple, clean and comfortable. I’d definitely stay again if we come back.”

“Excellent location we love staying on the Plantation. Beautiful secluded area. The house is outdated, upper bedroom window screen is broken. Second bedroom door to balcony is fogged over. Sink in kitchen broken. The house needs some TLC other than that our stay was great! ”

“This peaceful quiet space is within walking distance to the tap room and owls head restaurant. Shopping is nearby and hosts are available for any questions or needs. We enjoyed our stay and will be back. ”
